Today Sona and Dev proved me wrong. :-)

Although done in a bit of a "FL can never be wrong...", I liked how DevAkshi relationship was more natural today - Sonakshi reminded Dev of his responsibilities, Dev justifying why he has been ignoring his work (not really, but well), and their maturity around it all. The so called tattoo scene was also nicely executed - though it was cheesy for so many of us. It played well into the story.

But today's highlight was DevIsh relationship - the seeds of insecurity have been sown. Ishwari is now on to test her son - by doing things that she thinks is what binds Dev to her. Both Dev and Ishwari are reacting very naturally. It is absolutely natural for Dev to say no to the halwa (fresh in love, promised Sonakshi), and then eat it nonetheless... but Ishwari has already started thinking on a different track, so we are heading for something in the coming episodes.

I like (or would like) to see a show where the leads are not projected as soul mates - but as partners, friends and atleast today's episode shows this is where we might end up... Dev and Ishwari need to open up a lot to each other, and if Sona is as mature as she is projected to be , it wont be late before she can sense and steer Dev closer to Ishwari not far from her.

Wait and watch...

Show na hota (and if we didnt have to extend it to n episodes, the best thing would be for Sona to quit her job and join the hospital again - and meet like a regular couple in love would away from the eyes of Ishwari and RR. But again, Ishwari is now already on doubt track so it is a bit late for that too!

I know they have to keep Sona in Dixit house for sake of drama, but now that Ishwari is better (diet wise), and it would be illogical for Sona to take salary from Dev anyway it would have been the best thing to do

I personally enjoyed today's episode... It's a treat to see such a mature relationship nurturing!!
Sonakshi is a very strong character I 'm very impressed by her doing in many respects!
Dev is also playing very naturally into his character .. Kudos to them both!

I do feel that Mother and Son need to open up more .. Ishwari is a very person by heart and her insecurities need to be addressed and that gets very hard at times!! Dev is doing a find job as of now.. But will it be enough?

This lying is going to create the problem... His Mom will not be able to handle him hiding from her!

Waiting to see his this going to unfold, I'm enjoying their performances , brilliant for sure!

This is a beautiful post I must say!! 😳

This show proves me wrong almost my every prediction and with episode they brought a new shade of thinking...!

Okay! I agree with you ! Sonakshi should leave the house as soon as possible, three months have passed already. Not only that they can show the drama if she is out of the house too.

I guess this thing is going to happen when Ishwari will give the cold shoulder to Sonakshi and Dev and will tell him that she is okay and does not need Sonakshi now. It will hit Dev and he will take the decision for separation!

I loved the way Dev reacted to halwa..poor chap so wanted to have it..aur gadhe ne ms.boss ka naam kyun li? Mention of Sona triggered an atom bomb😆

Today's star performer is Ishwari...supriya is so good with her expressions man👏 tattoo wala love didnt turn out to be as cringey as I thought it would be..phew!!

I skipped through the self talk scenes (so glad to be an online viewer..lol)

Last scene? What the hell are they doing...Ishu ki nazar pakka unpe padi hogi anyways, eagerly waiting for Monday, which is going to be 100th episode as well. can we get Sona out of Dixit mansion and back to taking up her old job as 100th episode special? (ducking from forum wasis😆)

I was rewatching a few old episodes and realized Dev has never shared bigger things with Ishwari... Including Neha's conditions in both her first and second roka. Dev's character has gone on a slightly different arc compared to first few episodes but his hiding important things from Ishwari is not out of character.

Ishwari's insecurities are very deep rooted but they have not yet shown why is she so obsessed with him. She has always maintained that only she can make decisions regarding Dev's life... But question is why?

Because of that she saw Dev saying no to halwa but not how hard was he trying to resist. Her perception has already been tainted with insecurity now so unless Dev and Sona are careful this is a downward spiral now...

Baat rahi Sona ki, I really hope as and when issues crop up including Neha Ranveer issue she becomes someone who bridges their gaps not widens them. Denying Neha anything she may ask for from Dev will do otherwise. So again, I hope when the time comes she empathizes with Neha and tries to make her independent etc., so that she remains in team DevAkshi...

Eventually Ishwari will also yield in.

I agree Sona should leave the job but drama ke liye can't happen like that.

Many have been pointing Dev should tell about his and Sona's relationship to Ishwari. Do we really think Ishwari would had been happy to know about it If told by Dev. Well I for one don't agree with that. Ishwari is a lady who can go to any extent even harming her child "Dev" just in order to keep him to herself. Already she has done it so many times. She has hurt Dev emotionally and didn't even cared to say a few words of solace to him. Instead she kept throwing her own tantrums n showing how upset she was or is to him. Damn what a selfish lady (sorry I refuse to call her a mother at this point).

Even yesterday she sidelined why Dev refused to eat Halwa (for health) in the evening, but the only thing she was stuck at was Miss Bose said so.

Does a lady like Ishwari even deserves to get all the care and attention from her child or kids and sona. For now no matter what Dev-Sona would do, she will never be satisfied n remain blind due to her own selfishness. yuk.

She was feeling guilty of hiding the relationship - but I do not understand either why she has to hide it. I guess though in this case it is the mature thing to do because, if her family finds out, they are of course wanting to get her married yesterday...

Dev sensed mom is upset and did damage control, but of course he looked really cute hogging the halwa. Shaheer is a good actor, i must say!!!

Yehi real life hoti - to there would be times where he would upset Sonakshi too , while caring for his mom - like where he would not drop her, eat halwa, get mad at her if she called during business hours, etc., but ye show hai and they want to build up the insecurities, so well.

Tattoo wala question to mere dimaag mein aaya hi nahi... Kya mast observation hai...million dollar question...😛😛😛

Dev is always giving in - out of guilt and responsibility - but the key question is why is Ishwari so insecure? And how can Dev address this long term???
