Hello everyone..This is Manasi. Writing something has never been my forte..So with collaboration with a brilliant writer of our forum (Ratika) would like to present a short-story of our beloved DevAkshi on the current track..

Part I
"Hold on" surprised or rather shocking Dev yells at Natasha.
Natasha who was not surprised to know that he is certainly not in love with her and this ambitious person doesn't know that he loves someone.
"Dev, you don't love me!" Straight statement from her right before their engagement. " Natasha, you are not into your senses, I hope you are not drunk" he tells.
"In next half an hour, we are exchanging rings and you are telling me that I don't love you." fumes Dev, he knows that he doesn't love her but he was sure he will be loyal to her and anyways why does it matter to her that I don't love her, after marriage all she had to do is run business not FAMILY.
"Ok, I have had enough of your tantrums before too, let's make it clear,if I loose the deal because you think am not in love with you then you will pay me all and everything." he says and he doesn't understand how only business matter to him and not her.
"her?" he speaks between his lips,, loud enough to be heard by Natasha.
"Yes, her!" placing her hand on his shoulder to remove any more doubt " you love her, I thought all this long, I will take her place since you haven't realize that she loves you".."let's take you away from her and she easily gave you to me, she was confident that you will not understand if it's not told to you."
"and all you did is Broke her heart", listening all, a bated breath came, a tear roll over.
"I am not wrong, am different to enter in your family" she said explaining him why all his family thinks her rude.
"but she isn't for you and your family"
"But how did you come to know?" an anticipated Dev turns ask her.
"A month back"
"what?" surprised Dev.
"The day we met." She replies holding breath.
ONE MONTH BACK
" Mr. Dixit, thank you for coming, I thought you will not come" excited Sonakshi speaks on table sitting right in front of him on a supposedly dinner date according to her.
Smiling on her notions "No Ms. Bose, I had to come, after all it is about my mother but why do you want to talk to me about her, here?"
"No...No..No Mr Dixit" she stammers and holding herself tight , on toes, not losing for the moment.
"then?" he asks, raising his brows with a little concern in voice " Ms. Bose, aap theek hain? "
" haan kyun"
" Nahi, I don't see you like this usually, If anything is not right with, you can tell me"
A face full of tenderness is looking to him and he could not gather why?
"Ms. Bose...Ms. Bose...Hello?" waving his hand in front of her eyes, he doesn't understand what's happening to her and HIM for the moment.
" hello Mr. Dev!" Gujral surprises him with sudden greetings at the table.
Extending his hand to greet and there Dev shifts his eyes and attention to him, gets up and receives his greetings.
"Mr. Gujral, how are you?"
"oh am fine, so she is your commitment." facing Sonakshi, he asks him.
"Oh, Yeah, she is my mother's doctor and we planned this dinner with our family but somehow they couldn't reach here" he explains and covering little.
With having both men attentions for herself, she gets up from her chair and is being introduced by Dev. " meet Dr. Sonakshi, my mother's nutritionist!"
"hello sir, nice to meet you."
After all the greetings, meetings and introductions were done, everybody sat together, had food together and mean while Natasha was also introduced. To her bad luck, Natasha was introduced, her dinner date was disturbed and more over while she just had a day of her realization, god sent someone to take her Dev from her as she saw how Dev was getting attracted towards her and how Natasha was eyeing on him.Through the dinner she understood where was the dinner going which made her sad and upset, yes she became vulnerable to feel not to be able to save Dev from her.
hence, with more talks, giggles and food, everything ended up with Mr. Gujrals " Mr Dev, you are a very nice person, I would love to have someone like you for my daughter."
Later on, after the dinner, when Dev was dropping Sonakshi home " so you were saying something..?"
She understood everything on the table during the course of dinner that how someone like the other girl and may she should not open her heart now.
"Mr. Dev, I...I wanted to thank you for everything, how you saved my life."
while they reached her house. "Aunty ji is fine now, much better, much better, now my role in your life...I mean in your house seems to be over in next 2-3 days. With heavy heart,she speaks out her heart, not hurt heart " So, it should be goodbye."
and while she opened the door "Wait, what do you mean by good bye, you will leave house not me, not my company..Get it.!" orders with satisfied smile. and in return a girl smiles fake.
"Ms. Bose, you are sad of something, I never felt a smile that doesn't reach your eyes, what happened?"
Dev asks
"Nothing, I just need to be off now." she turns her face away "off from your life"
"Bye"
Leaving a thought in his mind of why is she in hurry to leave him, he felt, just now we have grown on each other. He speaks under his chin while seeing her figure reaching her door and not looking back.
"you are the first girl..,,Ms.Bose" in my life.
