Alright so I have watched the episode with a clear mind and I am ready to write something in defense of Aradhya after taking out all my frustrations on her in the last 2 days. I shall try and present a justifiable argument in her defense. Aradhya has always stood by what is right as that is what her mother ie TULSI taught her in her upbringings. No matter what ill Pavitra did to her, she always maintained her respect for her, because that is what her Aai taught her. We saw Tulsi giving the same teachings to Aryan. She told him, that he ought to have no hatred in his heart for anyone and that justice ought to prevail in a fair manner and not via gundagiri. Something Aryan tells Kumudini loud and clear yesterday. Tulsi never lost faith in her daughter. Aradhya was willing to suffer through everything for her Aai's life. She stood and called her a devdasi, not caring about the impact it would have in her married life, so she could save her Aai from the clutches of PVR. Her Aai understood her motive and never once lost faith in her. Her Aai tried to advise Aryan of the same, but alas her death has brought a hell of a lot of emotions in him and he is not willing to listen.
"The whole world can become the enemy when you lose what you love."
Aradhya is fully aware of PVR's innocence in the sense that he did not shoot at Tulsi. Tulsi will never acquire peace post her death until her killers' truth is revealed and until Aryan and Aradhya become one again. The latter appearing ever so unlikely bearing in mind all of the events that have transpired thus far.
"Grief takes many forms, including the absence of grief."
Mourning is dealt with differently by every individual. Aradhya did not get time to mourn yesterday. She was in the process of digesting the events when all of a sudden her husband went mental and tried to attack the man he believed to have killed their mother and that was it. She could not mourn anymore. She had to pick herself up and run after her husband to ensure he does not commit a sin. Aradhya is fully aware of the truth and like Tulsi, she ensured Aryan did not do something he was likely regret when the dust is settled and the truth is revealed. She had emptied the gun, so she knew PVR was not the culprit and her quest was yet again to find the culprits of Tulsi. It is not to save PVR per se, but rather to find the killers of her Aai. And in the process, PVR will learn a big lesson because karma is a bitch. Aryan is in turmoil at the moment, mourning has clouded his judgement and his anger is not helping, but he is not to blame. He is justified from his perspective. But Aradhya is equally justified from her stance.
Aradhya has not mourned yet. She has not had time to digest that her aai is no more. When she does, I guarantee you, we will be crying with her.
Aradhya is the only one thinking from a sane mind. She is seen as the guilty party by many of us because of her past behavior with Tulsi and the mere fact that she was never given the opportunity to clear the air with Tulsi. But Tulsi never once lost faith in her, so why have we? When we as audiences can see each and every angle/aspect of what is being shown. We are all upset that she did not clear the air yesterday in regards to the revolver being empty of bullets. But if we go back to the scene, where she came to Aryan and shouted, 'YOU DO NOT KNOW THE TRUTH' he was in no mood to listen to her. So how was she to reveal the truth to him? PVR is not the one who fired the shot, but he did create circumstances to enable to evil duo to do so and I am sure the makers are in the process of changing his character for the better, especially seeing how traumatised he was yesterday. I think we ought to give time to Aradhya to enable us to see her true feelings. The makers have been good in showing her emotions when the dust have settled and this time will be no different.
Who would be interested in presenting a debate had they been in Aradhya's situation yesterday? I know I wouldn't. She didn't get time to mourn, all she had time for yesterday was to ensure Aryan did not commit a foolish mistake. Aryan went to that factory like an idiot despite knowing PVR's stance for him. Aryan never once trusted Aradhya, but just because he walked on burning coal we agreed that was his redemption. And similarly here, finding out her Aai's killer will be Aradhya's redemption. When the truth is revealed, Aryan will be hurting himself for his behavior. But I do not condemn his behavior. He is right in his stance. And if we think with a clear mind Aradhya too is right from her perspective.
The issue she has is, every time she decided to mourn her grief, another drama transcend upon her disabling her griefs. She is merely leaving via her mother's teachings by ensuring justice prevails and not emotions. Tulsi will continue to be proud of her. There is no denying that.
