So I have been looking for aara fanfics but there aren't many. Actually I just found one. So I thought of writing one and also request all the writers out there to write more on Aara. Please. If you like my first part then I'll post the next. So basically the idea is that Aradhya will fall for Aryan first...
Aradhya was crying in her room. She was angry, terribly angry and this anger came out in form of tears. She was still in shock. She couldn't believe what her Aaji had done. She spoiled a girl's life, her reputation and her future just for revenge.
She suddenly realised that her entire life was a lie. She was from a devdasi family, the tradition she hated most. Her own mother was a devdasi. She used to think that they were a small and happy family but her life changed for forever when she moved to Krishnavati. Not only that, they also had a feud with Aryan's family.
Aryan, her friend. Or so she thought. He hated her. He hated her whole family. This was all because of a stupid rivalry between their families which Aradhya was sure nothing but some misunderstandings. But both the families never tried to clear it. Instead, it was only getting worse day by day and this time it was her Aaji who was the culprit.
"Aru, what happened?" Aai sat beside her.
"I'm very angry with Aaji. How could she spoil Gayatri's life? She got married to that guy. I hate Aaji for this."
Tulsi hugged her daughter. She knew her mother was wrong. She did not want any of this. In fact, she never wanted to return to Krishnavati. She knew this rivalry would fetch them nothing, just pain and sorrow.
"Aryan is so angry. I'm sure he'll never want to see my face again. My Aaji spoiled his sister's life. He hates me now. Can't this ever end?"
Aradhya realised what she said. Why was she so concerned about Aryan? What made her so vulnerable? Why wasn't she able to get him out of her mind? Why did she want his trust?
Tulsi too realised what Aradhya meant. She cared about Aryan. Today she was sure about it. This should have made her happy. After all, she was her mother but she was scared. She had fallen for Aryan, Aryan Pradyuman Vidyadar Rao, their so called enemy. She was afraid Aradhya would commit the same mistakes like her.
"Aru, I can understand your feelings. Aryan is your friend, right? If he thinks of you as a friend, then he will trust you one day, after all you revealed the truth. He is angry. But trust me, when his anger fades, he will be able to see the truth clearly. Just give him some time."
Aradhya smiled. She knew that her Aai was right. Anger was a cardinal sin which can make a man do wrong things.
"But Aai, can't this enemity ever end?"
"Yes. Trust me, no one wants it. Just your Aaji and Aabha Saheb. I agree there have been a lot of misunderstandings but no one wants it. Some things can be solved but I believe that the right time is yet to come. There will be no one happier than me if this ends."
Tulsi wiped her eyes as she said it. She didn't know that she still had those emotions and that pain inside her. She had buried it deep wishing they never emerged out again. She walked out of the room hoping Aradhya would never see her pain.
"I want to talk to Aryan. Is he okay? Don't be so stupid Aradhya. How can he be? His sister's marriage was crushed. Yes, she got married but with the wrong guy. I wish I could have got there a bit earlier. Aryan must be very upset right now. I need to talk to him. What's the harm in trying? After all, I'm his friend even if he considers me his enemy."
She picked up her phone and called Aryan. He didn't pick up. She tried a few more times before giving up hope. She couldn't sleep that night, knowing Aryan was angry on her. Her mind wad completely focused on him. She remembered how he hugged her when she was scared, their vegetable fight, their Shivratri dance, how he saved her from slipping on the stairs and finally, his lip to lip attempt to save her. Wait a minute, she couldn't think of him like that. He was just her friend. Nothing else. All these memories were very special to her, even the kiss. But why?
