Burning oneself? That makes Sati look like a holy institution.
Priya, just get a license and carry mace in the future. You may not be able to ward off motivated offender(s), but at least when such people spend a few days in the hospital and hopefully will never do it again.

Oh yes, exactly my sentiments - I am just fed up of these
youngsters resorting to such stupid solutions - that too for
someone who is totally unworthy of loosing life for!!! That
is why I said that she is better off dead - serials show that
committing suicide is like going to the shop and buying bananas.
Next we may have one whole load attempting such atrocity
in real life - so it is better that they show her dying and instill
some fear in those who nurse such thoughts!!
