First thing, first. Guys, can we stop the name calling of any actress/actors. I remember sometime back we all agreed that name calling would be a no no. Esp in line to Atina and others are trying to get actors/actresses visit this website. 😊

Leena, I just realised overexposing is not a trend started by Sherya. Infact, only yesterday, I was watching a Jayalalitha movie, and in one of the dances, her costume was almost the same as Sherya's in Sivaji movie. There was only 2 differences there, one JL was wearing a transparent or see through skirt which shows off her legs. But SH's skirts were lengthy cut all over showing off legs. Another difference is JL was wearing a body fit what you can say pantyhose kind of top with just a strapless shiny cloth green bra concealing the breasts.Of course without a doubt, Jayalalitha can act.

Not to mention Nayantra in Manmadhan (I think) and in another movie Manmeetha was dancing on a beach with black bra and black short skirt.

But don't be surprised if another actress tries to emaluate Shreya or even go to a different level just to prove that they are better than Shreya. If they do, good luck to them. 😉

If she goes on about her jumping from building, then she rightfully have the right to be. I mean, maybe she has not done this before, so naturally she will be proud of it. It is just like when we first time get a driving license, many of us,act like there is no better driver than we are. Maybe you have done it and maybe not. Different people act different way. Some cool about it and some not. Sherya got excited about it.

But I will definitely agree with you, if Sherya wants to come up in cineworld, it is high time she concentrates on her acting skills and her lipsynching. Although I always thought, the lipsynching is done after the acting is over. So it could be the fault of whoever providing the voice services. Otherwise she will be sizzled out just like Kiran

On the other hand, like someone said about Silk Smitha, maybe it is her intention to be silk smitha. You will never know. Let's wait and see 😃

My two cents worth

Caryn,
The moderate expressions were very good. Beauty is just not skin deep.
The position on the top is not a permanant fixture by any means. It's tough to stay versatile and glamorous forever. Let's say it's a fluke. So what? For the person to whom its happening, its all lovely till it lasts.
Silluku established her brand very well, like Helen did in the Hindi movies. Her name in the credits always got prominence. Why beat a dead horse.

caryn, it's absolutely no fault of the person who is providing the voice for shreya. savitha is an experienced dubbing artist who has given her voice to top heroines like simran & jothika. you don't see people complaining about jothika's or simran's lip synches do you?

if you want to blame someone, only shreya is to be blamed for her predicament. she doesn't make the effort to mouth her lines properly. if she mouthes her lines well, the dubbing artist will then be able to dub for her perfectly. sadly, that's not the case in shreya's case.

Hey Meli.. if this is how it's going to be, I believe this should also include categorizing (or name calling or whatever you want to call it) - people from certain country. It's not only in this Kolly forum, but I've noticed it in other sections as well in the Tamil forums, by certain member(s). It's interesting to note hypocrisy is quite rampant here.

Jenim

Instead making wide range of accusation. It is best you come out and point out the person(s) mistake, just like I did. Dare you! Like Leena said she will keep in mind, the offensive person(s) will do the same too. End of story.

Meli is doing her job, even if 1 person finds something is offensive, she will go out to say it.

Calling a person 'panni' is degrading. Period.

Hipocracy? hmmmmm......it takes one to know the rest.

Well.. I thought who ever is bad mouthing the Indians or the Indian mentality should be smart enough to know what they said and when they said it. My post surely has got you off.. Now that must mean something, doesn't it?

What do you mean you dare me.. Like I care?

I'm not going to sit here and quote every single post, where there's something bad said about Indians from someone who's not from India. I have better things to do, right now. But if you or anyone here has done what I said.. then now you know, not to do that anymore. That's all I want! I don't want to go on with you like this and make every one else (who has nothing to do with this) uncomfortable.

It's Hypocrisy.. well.. let me have the last laugh anyway..
Calling Shriya as a stick and yeuk and what not in one post, and calling yourself a crusader for actress in another..

Come on guys....Chill!!!! I am sure that film stars are thick skinned enough to ignore the comments, name calling etc...as they are used to much more gossips, mud slinging and what not,so even if it slips out accidently from some members its no big deal! Lets not make a big deal out of it.

All these are light hearted posts and should remain that way..

I come to this forum to have a lot of fun and generally to horse around!!!! SO BUDDIES JUST HAVE FUN and NO HARD FEELINGS!!!! 😃

Just a thought!! 😊
