I think its old but I just saw it
Nitya is saying that you will die from the hands of the person you love (kavya). Anajali in the car (scene from last week) where she is hitting the window and wanting to get out , and there is a hand on the window who is just looking at her suffer, Anjali looks up and they show kayva after he removes his hand.
