This is a small review type thing of what happened in Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil from the time it started till now, and it will be edited everyweek or even day, by me😳

A little girl is praying and says that please dont let anyone find out she is there, hidding and a key falls in her hands, but she doesnt take it. Mahi goes to meet Meet, and they talk, and see that there are people following them and they hide in a cottage. Mahi sees Heer, and tells her to go tell thier parents that she loves him and so she cant come out, and than burns the cottage with her own hands and escapes. Heer says that she only has one guy made for him and that is her fathers, poor friends son Prem, but right now he is gone to Canada and I know that they might be in another country but I know that mine and Prems relationship wont change.

14 years Later -

Canada: Lalit feels very lonely in Canada, misses his friend and wants PHs marriage to take place.

Heer & Meher are shown, having a fun and playful time. Daljeet(Chachiji) is shown where all the boys are fida/latoo over her. Daljeet goes home where everyone is talking about Meher's alliance in the city. Parjaiji feels uncomfortable and Daljeet says that Heer is elder so she should get married first and Heer is shown crying. Meher and others try to pacify Heer, about her alliance in Canada, which leaves Heer in thoughts. There is a flashback of Balraj & Lalit where Lalit is shown ready to leave India. Balraj is shown handing Lalit Rs. 12000 etc and the flashback ends, and Balraj says that its been years and he hasnt heard from his friend upto date. The groom and his family come to see Meher.

Balraj calls Canada and talks to someone else who he considers Lalit, and "Lalit" says that he didnt do any vaada with his friend, he must be mistaken. Balraj is heartbroken and thinks that his friend has changed since the time he had gone to Canada. On the other hand, the real Lalit is doing Pooja with Gayatri and remembering Balraj.

Thinking that Lalit doesnt remember Prem -Heer rishtha, Balraj fixes Heers rishtha with Manmeet. Heer is heartbroken and questions in her mind why did god make her wait for 20 years if she knew that Prem wasnt made for her. Its the RoKa of Heer -Manmeet, where Balraj feels uncomfortable doing the RoKa without seeing Manmeet, and stops the RoKa, and at the right time Manmeet enters. The RoKa ceremony is done.

In Canada, there is a football match going on, India v/s Canada. Prem is shown who is playing for the Indian team with his younger brother Harmeet. Prem is shocked that his brother Preet isnt there to play, so he on purpose puts his left shoulder forward for the Canadain team to hit, which they do. On the other hand, Heer is shown. And than back to the match, we see a guy Preet sitting on a car, near a cliff, listening to the commentary, and hears that Prem had gotten hurt. So Preet gets ready and makes India win the match. Prem -Harmeet -Preet hug and all together hold the trophy.

At home, Prem -Preet have a nice brotherly moment, and Gayatri talks to Prem about how he got hurt on purpose cuz he knew that Preet would never play cuz of his stubornness which would lead to your dad feeling bad. Gaytri carries on, saying that she is afraid, that whoever Prem marries, or loves, he will keep loving but dont say a peep about it. Preet is shown listening.

In India, Heer talks to herself again about how god made her wait all those years if she knew Prem wasnt even going to be in her life. On the other hand, we see that Manmeet is actually evil and has bad plans.

Lalit tells Prem all about Prem -Heers relationship when they were young and his and Balraj's dosti, and how Balraj had helped him. Preet comes to Prem and says they are going to India, and what about Prems dreams about marriying the one he loves, and Prem answers that maybe the girl he is going to marry will be his life partner.

Heer is on the terrace, and suddenly she sees that Balraj's fields had been burned and someone random person says, Look at Heers kismat, her 1 rishtha broke, and when she again was engaged, the fields burned down, making Heer feel bad.

Prem calls India & Heer is calling Manmeet, and they both have a misconnection and Heer considers Prem Manmeet and tells him about how jodis are made in heaven etc, and finally Prem speaks and says he is not her fiance, and Heer feels bad. Preet is in a disco and asks his friend, how India and the girls are there, and his friend answers that girls there wear ghagra choli, etc.

At the party, Heer sees Jugni, a Bhanjaran, and knows that Bhanj is a lady that dances in her loved ones memory, in pain. Heer starts dancing in India & Prem starts to dance in Canada. When Jugni comes to give Manmeet & Heer ashirwad, Manmeet gets scared & is sweating, and Jugni says, she danced, she danced till late night in "His"(Manmeet's) wedding. Heer doesnt get it, and Jugni goes to Heer, and says, that her sindoor, will be the colour red, red as in blood, which leaves Heer shocked.

Balraj & Teji are worried that Manmeet's family is asking for property, and come to Manmeet's house, and there come to know that it was Dajeet, and his brother who were there, behind all this, and that they backstabed them. BT are heartbroken, and are on their way back home, while Balraj remembers Lalit. The bus that they are travelling in meets and accident, and falls of a cliff, everyone else survies except Balraj & Teji. A guy, tries to save BT, but BT stay back, and Teji tells him to take care of their daughters. While dying Balraj says "Lalit please take care of my daughters" Lalit on the other hand, feels something is not right and with his whole family comes to India and is quite happy, when he hears about Balraj & Tejis death from someone, and he shocked. Heer & Meher on the other hand, are also feeling bad, and cry their heart out.

Heer & Meher do BTs funeral, while Heer, sells all her jewellery, packs her bags and with Meher, leaves their home to go to Ludihana. On other other hand, Lalit with Gaytri comes to BTs home, meet Balwant, and he says that BT are no more and even Heer died. Heer on Mehers request, come back home, to have a last look, and are almost seen by Lalit, but missed. Again, destiny brings Heer & Lalit together, but they dont see each other.Prem on the other hand, feels something is not right and someone near his heart is crying, Preet feels akward listening to it. At the station, Prem -Heer are almost to come face to face, but destiny has something else in store for them, and they are unable to see each other. Heer & Meher almost miss the train to Ludhihana, but finally catch it. On the other hand, while the Junejas are at a Mandir, Prem is about to do pooja for Heer -Balraaj -Teji, but Lalit stops him, and breaks down telling the whole truth, leaving all tearful. All the sad Junejas, come to Ludhihana, and Heer -Meher reach Ludhihaana too. On the other hand, Daljeet schemes up a plan to make her daughter Ashlesha to marry Prem. Daljeet is talking to Lalit & Prem how Balraaj wanted Ashlesha(Baljeets daughter) to marry Prem, and leaves it upto Lalit to decide what will happen next. On the other hand, Ashlesha is shocked to see what is happening, while Heer & Meher come walking into Daljeets house, leaving Daljeet shocked. Police catch HM, and take them to the police station, while Lalit leaves the decission to marry Ashlesha upto Prem. Prem is sad, and Hum Rahe Na Rahe plays in the backround, and Heer can feel that someone is crying. Heer calls Daljeet, but Daljeet says she cant hear her, and so Heer is sad, but a police officer comes and says to let HM go. At night Lalit is unable to sleep, and comes to his window to see Heer & Meher, but due to Daljeet, he cant meet or see them.

Heer knows that Prem, Lalit, Preet, Gaytri are staying in Balwants house, where Heer and Meher are. Heer sees Prem, and goes to a Shiv Mandir and cries her heart out, about her parents, and Prem listens. Prem tries to see Heers face, but she runs away, and Prem, gets hold of her payal. Prem comes back home, he finds a party annoucing his and Ashlesha's wedding, and is shocked, and tries to tell Lalit that he doesnt want Prem tries to get married, but too late. On the other hand, Ashlesha considers Preet -Prem.

Ash tells Daljeet, that she gave the ring to Preet, and Daljeet gets worried and steals Heers ring instead and makes Ash put it on Prem. Gaytri tells Lalit that Prem is not comfortable with this marriage, and Lalit answers back saying, its tooo late now, and that I have promised Balraj. Heer comes to Prem's room to get her ring back, and Prem sees the same eyes of Heer, that he saw at the Shiv Mandir and says, I know them. Just than when Prem is about to see Heers face, Preet comes and Heer runs away with Prem behind her. There is a raw moment between Preet & Lalit. Daljeet plans to stop Heer and Prem from meeting and says that she needs to get Prem -Ash together ASAP. Heer is looking for a job and with a coincidence, she finds herself landing a job in Prem's hotel, where as she is still unknown to the fact that Prem is her boss. Ash is getting ready to meet Prem, Preet, Harman to go to Prems hotel, when Meher comes in, with a stack of shoes. Ash makes Meher clean her heals with Meher's duppata, while Meher cries. There is a funny moment between Preet & Harman where Preet jokingly says something about Prem -Ash relationship. At the hotel, Ash makes the 3 brothers meet her friend..Sameer. Heer in a waitresses costume(Western) works at the hotel, when Sameer and his friend comes there, and somehow make Heer come to their bedroom, saying they need more towels. When in the bedroom, they try to misbehave with Heer, and in the process Sameer gets hurt. The manager comes and tells Heer to get out and that he will talk to the boss about her.

Heer is fired from the job, and outside meets Prem. Prem remembers Heer, from the temple, and Heer lectures him about how important her selfrespect and hounor are. Prem says Sorry to her and hires her back. As time passes, Prem is head over heels in love with Heer and tells Gaytri about it. Gaytri tells Lalit but he fails to understand as the letter who he thinks written by Balraj, originally written by Daljeet is more important. Prem tries to tell Heer that he loves her butAt the party, Lalit announces the wedding of Prem -Ash and Manmeet -Heer. It is shown that at Manmeets house, there is a guy, who is mentally unstable.

This week kicks off with, Daljeet breaking off Ash's and Prem's engagement.Daljeets reveals a letter written by Gayathri 12 years ago, which stated she was not happy with marrying Lalit as he already had children. Daljeet accuses Gayathri of not loving Kulraj and Prem as they are not her offspring. They are all tensed incase Prem hears any of this drama, but he does and walks off in tears. Gayathri goes off to find him, which is by a lake Gayahri asks him to forgive her and Prem breaks down saying he does not care about the letter, his depressed only because Gayathri did not speak in her defense. Gayahtri realizes Prem is right she gives a speech about her motherhood towards Prem. Daljeet apologizes and Prem announces he is still prepared to marry Ash.Heer is drugged by her manager and left in a hotel room. Fortunately Preet stops Sameer from entering the hotel, while Prem somehow ends up in the room in which Heer is unconscious a moment is shown between the two, which a hidden security camera has captured. Heer wakes up and is in shock to see Prem in the room with her, but he explains, a knock is heard and its Manmeet. Prem convinces Here to hide while he deals with Manmeet. Heer ends up in the place where the contrusction work is going on while Prem asks Gayahtri if he could tak the hotel in his name when Harman refuses saying it is not right. Gayahtri slaps Harmaan. Week ends there!
After Gayatri slaps harman,both she and preet berate him for questioning prem's intentions and preet even claims to give his life for prem. gaya3 signs the paper and a dejected prem leaves from there. there in the hotel police find out that illegal prostitution racket is going on in the hotel and suspect heer. heer takes all the blame to protect prem's image. lalit finds out that prem made the hotel in his name to make sure that in case there is any trouble he will be the only one who pays for it. prem finds out about heer's arrest and it heartbroken when heer accepts the charges. he gets drunk and wonders why heer lied. he vows to get her out and reaches the house of the real culprit and tells her to surrender. she surrenders due to manmeets pressure, who is the actual mastermind. prem and manmeet get heer out and manmeet hugs heer upsetting prem. they come home and lalit thanks heer. he decides to give a party in her honor. prem goes to his room drunk and preet and harman support him. gaya3 sees prem in that state and vows to get him married to the girl he loves. here preet comes to pick up ashpreet and the actual manmeet for the party who hasnt taken his medication yet.
Nothing exciting happened last week, it starts off in the party where lalit annouces that he will pay for heers marriage. preet announces a game to be played and DJ tries to trick heer in to dancing with an old man but prem saves her and they end up dancing together. there prashants girlfriend comes to party and mistakes prem for MM and prem starts suspecting MM of foul play.
Well the most important thing that happened this week is that all us girls came to know what Harshad looks like without a shirt!!! other than that MM and preeto are happy that they managed to fool prem at the jagran. ash is insulting meher again and vishaka arrives to saves meher. prem tries to convince heer about MM but she puts him down and this time vishaka catches them together. MM turns out to be a crazy psycho who likes to dress up as a girl and prem finds out but playing detective Juneja.
Prem goes to crazy MMs house and tricks him into coming with to heers ceremony. he reaches the hall with MM but preeto manages to switch MM and prshant and its prashant that prem takes with him to everyone...lallu gets upset on knowing that prem has once tried to accuse of MM and asks why he is doing that...just then the video of premeers night at the hotel starts playing and lallu what is the reln between heer and prem. prem tell him that he loves heer and lallu slaps him. he leaves and dj drags heer to her room and locks her there till the wedding. she then goes and pretends to burn herslef so lalu is forced to pressurize prem into marrying ash. prshant also comes there and pretends that he still loves heer and is ready to marry her. heer escapes the help of meher and goes to talk to MM but sees a crazy MM who starts paying with her chunni...she hides behind a table and sees both prashant and MM and realizes that she has been tricked. she comes home and tells everything to vishaka but DJ agains locks her up. here preet leaves the house cuz he is not in favor of the wedding. nihaal wakes up after dreaming about teji and balraaj and finds balraajs pouch that has MM's wedding photo with his wife and he takes it to show it to prem...there prem is all ready to get married and says his final good bye to heer before going to the mandap
