well as my 8th sense says k after hearing all these bakwas from gmom's mouth heer will remember this n make her way towards nihaal's residencia in b/w she meets with prem n she agn try to make him understand the situation but he will not listend her n pretending to be rude wid her...in b/w the way heer will felt unconscious n got faint on the road

i guess after taking her to the hospital they will get to know tht she is pregnant
