Well Surely it can happen as its one of the Balaji serial that Prem might support his Zoo and Heer may suffer alone, Than RR show up his face and marry Heer for revenge...As she had thrown him in the jail...

Soon Heer will come to know that she is Pregnanat and Maya and Veera will tell Prem that Heer is pregnant with RR's child...And DUMBO prem will forget his PHINGOLI thing...and will accuse Heer and sooner or later RR will fall in love with Heer and they will show a dramatic fight b/w Prem and Heer...and then obviously either 8 yrs leap or 20 yrs leap will show up and things will be change..Prem would have married some Ding Batt Witch like Veer/Maya but they wont have n e babies and then Kekta will show a Milan b/w Premeer then they will fight and Prem will find out that Heer is innocent and so he will ask for a SORRY and she will forgive him but by then Heer will be in love with RR and then they will show that Kuldi's son(Vikas) had fallen in love with Heer and Prem's daughter and so on...
