Immediately, I knew (because I had watched the scene about 50 times), they were part of Prem's "Aaj, main Prem Juneja" speech, where he married Heer. Although there could be a hopelessly mundane and practical reason like the dialogue writer simply made a mistake, and didn't think of anything new, I prefer to concentrate on Prem Heer's connection. It simply proved my sneaking suspicion that Heer heard every single word Prem said that day. That is the power of Prem-Heer's love. As Prem likes to say, Prem-Heer are one!
