radz, read this story. and i'm soooo glad that i did. it is such a lovely reminder of what i remember prem-heer-are-one is all about. and how they should've continued to be throughout the show. two people who knew each other's souls over and above all the plans their parents and society had for them. y'know, reading this story, i realised that the prem-heer-are-one relationship went far deeper than the superficial. heer's mother told her that she was made for prem; that the stars shone brighter when she was born; that baby prem stopped crying when she was born. that prem was waiting for heer all his life as the other half of his soul -- without ever having seen her, ever having been told that there was a heer who was made for him. that the moment they met, they felt that link, and sunk into that link. was funny how neither of them actually knew who each other when they first touched each other, no? heer found out a few moments later -- that that was her prem. and prem? poor guy. he had to wait ages to find out that that was his heer.

but their hearts? their hands? their... souls, as it were? they knew from the very first moment.

and all this, your story brings out soooo very deeply. 😳 Thanks. I was trying, but was not so sure I succeeded all that well. 😳 Your words mean so much E.

is funny. i always said that prem-heer and their prem-heer-are-one story is an absurdity to believe in, in this day and age. and yet, they made us believe. and so does your story. prem, lost without his awareness, far away in london. heer, stuck without a part of herself, in india. and yet, she knows the moment he is coming home. and not just an er..i've-got-this-feeling kind of knows. she just knows! and i thought you painted that perfectly. of course, prem-heer-are-one ka heer would just know. as surely as she would know that the sun has risen. Yeah, it is hard to believe, but I guess, because, in this age and day, this sort of love does not seem to exist, is why this love story captured our hearts no? Because we wanted to believe in it? In such a love that transcended time and everything that life threw at them. In such a bond. At least, that's the reason I fell in love with the concept. 😆

i loved it -- i loved how you captured the essence of that so very well. everything else was kinda blurred out for me beyond that. sorry. 😆 blame it on the epe/ephe. 'cause my all time favourite in the story is the moment when he's at the party, sees heer come down the stairs, panicks and hides from her, makes her heart feel heavy, but how everything comes back to him then -- i totally loved all the flashbacks you put in, btw! that was a lot of hard work!!! ⭐️ -- and then, when he finally comes face-to-face with her, all they do is hold hands. *sigh* phhandooooohs. they make the world go 'round! 😆That was your favourite scene? Really? Oh, I had a nice time trying to figure out their feelings for that segment. I mean, Heer knew, Prem didn't. And then the flashbacks, that was a lot of work. Why'd you think I was stuck for so long! 😆 But I'm glad you thought it flowed. And phandooh, *sigh* What's the need for any conversation when their souls do it for them? 😉

so i just phrooled mostly over your story. the satellite stories whisked by in a blur. although, i must say i braked for a moment -- you had nihaal-veera have a kid called angad?? 😆Yup. Well, Veera and Ratpal's kid, but Nihaal took them in, loved them as his own, and the three became a family. I wanted redemption for them. 😆

but y'know what's the cutest part of this story? i can see you change in it! 😆 is kinda wonderful how stories capture so many things, no? 🤗 thanks for this, radz... i'm soooo book-marking this. Heh? I ish confused, but thank you! 😆 How'd I change? I guess one thing would be, me actually completing a story I started. Well, a multi-part FF, that is. 😆
