Feb 18th Update
Tambreen tells Riyaz that the last support of her hopes ended. Riyaz tells her to not quit so soon and try more. Tambreen says there's no use and his family will never accept their relationship. Riyaz's mom comes and tells her that they accept the relationship, and when asked why, they said that they don't want Tambreen to go home with a sad face which can worsen her father's condition. Tambreen reads the letter written by Yasir to her. Riyaz's mom tells her to leave home with Riyaz, her father will be happy to see them both together.
Nasreen and Mazhar are in the car. Mazhar picks up the call, and guess who he's talking to? Danish, Salman's boss. He thanks him. Danish says Salman is a weird man and accepted the job as if he were doing a great eshaan on me by accepting it, and that he had a lot of attitude. He asks why Mazhar asked him to give Salman work instead of hiring him for his own office. Mazhar thinks, Salman and him had the same rights over the business, but Salman lost all rights as soon as he left the house. We find out that he's given the job to Salman to show Nasreen Salman's reality, because he's sure Salman will be up to the same deeds.
Mr. Khan and Zareen are interviewing possible candidates for Kabir's nanny. The nanny's are hilarious. One says she won't answer when she should, one's name is gulbadan, one's very obnoxious and says she won't change the diaper, etc. Many nanny's are interviewed. When they've given up, the bell rings and a nanny enters. Her name's Sakina Sheikh. She seems like the perfect nanny to them. She starting singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. She's a very bubbly girl. They hire her.
Tambreen and Riyaz pack their clothes. Tambreen says they can't go to her house together. Tambreen says they should tell his parents the truth. Riyaz says no way, everything will end if they find out. Riyaz says he'll stay at a hotel. Tambreen tells him he's real sweet and they hug.
Mr. Khan brings Sakina to Afreen's house. Afreen's upset when she finds out Sakina is hired to take care of her baby. She says that the mothers who can't take care of their children hire people like that. She can take care of her kid, she doesn't need a nanny for him. Mr. Khan said he knew she wouldn't like the decision. But Mr. Hasan needs her too. Afreen says Kabir and her father have the same time for her. Mr. Khan says he's told Sakina to help Afreen only when she is busy, and that she won't take care of Kabir, she will just help in taking care of him. After a lot of convincing, Afreen finally reluctantly agrees.
Sakina sneakily makes a call. She tells her Boss that she's closer to her destination. She impressed Shahnawaz in the interview, and finally Afreen gave Sakina the responsibility her boss wanted to give her. She says that she will now kill Afreen's son.
Afreen plays with her son and before she leaves to change, he cries. Sakina comes in and tells Afreen to give Kabir to her while she changes. Afreen tells her to be careful and hands the baby to her. She looks at Sakina playing with the baby before she leaves and smiles at her. Sakina looks at her and nods at her, playing with the baby. As soon as Afreen leaves, she has an evil look on her face and laughs evilly. "You've finally come in my hands Kabir Baba. I won't calm your heart, instead, I will end your heartbeat, so everyone's worries end." She throws the baby in the air and then quickly catches him and changes her attitude when someone calls out to her.
When Naz enters, she starts being nice to Kabir again. Naz asks, "So you are here!" Sakina asks, "Where else should I be?" Naz says, "In the kitchen!" Sakina gives her attitude, "Oh! In the kitchen!" Naz says, "Go, and make me pineapple juice. Give him to me." Sakina says, "Arrey, can't you see that I'm playing with the baby." Naz says, "Do as I say! Understand? Give him to me. Come to me baby." She starts playing with the baby. Sakina angrily pushes the baby into Naz's arms. Naz angrily tells her to be careful and leaves with the baby. Sakina thinks, If I keep obeying people like this, how will I get my job done?
Sakina's climbing up the stairs with the juice. "I have to put this Naz in her place. Or else I won't be able to do what I'm here for. And I won't get a chance to kill Kabir. His mom is around him 24/7. The rest of the time, this Naz gives me some task or another." She enters Naz's room who is watching TV. Sakina thinks I could've easily put Kabir to sleep forever now. But this idiot ruined everything. She knocks at the door and Naz tells her to enter. She says, "It takes this long to bring Pineapple juice?"
Sakina angrily puts the juice down and says, "So how long does it take?" Naz says, "How would I know?" Sakina says, "So if you don't know, you shouldn't open your mouth about that, understand?" Naz angrily says, "How dare you? Stay in your limits! I'm the daughter-in-law of "
