how is this possible?

hey guys..how is it possble for Mahzar to have married Nasreen? When getting the naaka done..both the man and wife's names are to be said..and if the molebe said Salman's name..how is it possible for Mahzar to be legally married to nasreen?
Like the molebe usually comes to the girl and saids: do you agree to marry..(the guys name..which in this case would be Salman)
The molebe asks 3 times : Do you agree to do naaka with Salman

What nasreen just daydreaming? and not hear mahzar's name? or was this done by paying off the molebe? Very strange..but I know Salman is behind all of this..he sent Mahzar to marry Nasreen so he himself could get free.
