Fight, as in defend her from Afreen? Well, his plan hasn't gotten to its point yet, so I think he will fight for her!

he will fight for her and ages later he will dump her and then say "tough luck" 😆 😆 just kidding he will fight for her, trying to make afreen understand that he really loves her but has no intention what so ever

I think he will do that just to furhter bug Afreen and gain Nasreen's trust...then he will leave Nasreen and crush both Afreen and Nasreen.
