10/21: Confessions and confrontations!

FABULOUS episode!

Ahh it's so damn good to see great writing and even better, great ACTING giving us such fantastic scenes👏👏👏


The epi was just perfect from start to finish!

Starting with the early half when Sanjay is trying to figure out ways to confess to Shruti...ADORABLE stuff...lol...trying his hand at poetry...quite bad poetry if I may add😆...then trying his time tested LOGIC fundas...lol...then trying to do with it a simple rose...lol...Manav was awesome in this scene.

They showed a very logical progression for the way the gossip spreads in the office, is overheard by Shruti and she sets off to confront Sanjay over it.

Sanjay bechara kya mood banaa raha tha of a romantic confession😆...and Shruti came bursting into the office with steam literally coming out of her ears...saare plans flop ho gaye😆


Anyways all joking aside...the scene was so freakin BRILLIANT...from the written material...kudos, Sonal👏...to the acting...Manav was just AWESOME with his "I love you" outburst...even before that the way it builds up...him firmly telling Shruti he won't let her go anywhere, that he can't see her in pain...but after the confession, the scene totally belonged to Gautami...OMG what a PERFORMANCE from her👏👏👏...Every scope of Shruti's reaction...from the shocked numbness, to the shaky disbelief, shaky attempts at trying to brush it off as a joke...to the sheer ANGER, FRUSTRATION...everything burst out...man it's hard to list...I was so WOWED by the scene...everything that Shruti says to Sanjay...her misunderstanding is totally understandable...She's presumed that all those two years of the support that Sanjay showed her was due to his being in love with her...her saying that in this selfish world, she thought she always had one friend who stood by her unflinchingly, selflessly but today she feels shattered to know that he had something different in his heart.

You know why I REALLY love this scene though? Cuz Harsh wasn't mentioned even ONCE as an excuse😆...that is the time tested excuse used by a widow in movies and TV shows...no one can take the place of my dead husband...now that may come later for Shruti...but I LOVE that her first reaction was outrage at Sanjay as a FRIEND...that he took away that FRIENDSHIP from her...that before anything else, this was about them as FRIENDS...THAT is what hurt her the most...now later on she may tell Sanjay that he can't replace Harsh...but in this very moment Shruti was just out of her mind with the shock and pain of not realizing that her best friend was in love with her...now she's berating herself for not having seen it...taken Sanjay's confession in a whole another way...not giving him a single chance to explain how his own feelings developed...

But it's understandable...she is SO out of her mind with shock, she's totally shut out Sanjay...she can't bear to deal with what he's saying in this moment.


She's going to resign now but I wonder how Sanjay will find out the house issue...I think that will be the next turning point...how Sanjay tries to help her with the house issue despite her shutting him out...

The show is at a really interesting point now...👏👏

Wow What an episode👍🏼 Kudos to Sonal👏 Gautami was exceptional today. I dont think words can do justice to her performance today. Maanav was fabulous as usual. I had no expectaion from KHZAM after watching some epis last week . Trust Sonal to turn things around with her writing especially when you least expect it.

One more thing I like about SS is that when they are most angry or frustrated they try to control it by speaking in a soft or calm manner (though you can feel something is simmering inside)and gradually it builds up and finally they explode letting it all out. Looking at the current situation dont know how the ice is going to break between SS. What will it take to make Shruti talk to Sanjay again 😕 its really getting interesting .Aagey kya hoga? Any guesses 😆

LOL I loved Sanjay's logic too...I've always loved his logic fundas.

Btw do you realize in their very first scene, Sanjay-Shruti said the following to each other?

Shruti: I wish tumhaari jaldi shaadi ho aur tumhaari DO DO betiyaan ho

Sanjay: Jis din koi mujhe shaadi karne ki koi SOLID logic dega, us din main kar lunga

Shruti: Main dungi na tumhein wajah...woh bhi tumhaari logic se


LOL if you look back at this scene now, it all fits in so well...Sanjay ko logic toh Shruti se hi mili hai shaadi ki...saath mein do do betiyaan bhi...just like Shruti wished...haha

Oh I LOVE these scenes when they fight...lol...cuz the true depth of their care for each other shows in these scenes...when they are choked up in their frustration, anger or hurt...and TRYING to be calm but not really getting there and ultimately exploding as you said.

Another thing I loved in this scene was the way their core FRIENDSHIP still showed...the way they were still going "Yaar yaar" in b/w...lol...yaar tum galat samajh rahi ho...yeh KYA kiya tumne yaar...in all the hurt and anger, their friendship shines brightest first.

I think Sanjay will try calling/texting Shruti for a few days...then try to talk to her in person...how will they both hide this situation from Ami and the family though?😆

I just recently started watching this show and I absolutely love it!!! Such fabulous actors, I really hope for more viewership in india and will try to come to this forum often.Thank you for a great analysis! :-)

I had completely forgotten that scene lol . It means Shrutis wishes r coming trueLol. Regarding shruti saying yaar i think she said it thrice today. I never fail to notice that word u might guess why 😆 . I dont think Shruti will leave the job as there is an imp meeting and only she has the data for it. So maybe the client will insist on her handling their account. And Sanjays partner might end up pleading her not to quit the job. 😆 i know this is overguessing but it is a possibility. Just imagine Sanjays plight when Shruti will give him cold shoulder. I also loved the last scene where Shruti is trying to deal with the truth and that girl arrives. I absolutely LOLed when she said mam aap aayi tab to bilkul thik thi ab kya ho gaya. Jaise usko pata hi nahi . 😆
