btw anu...missed ur threads...do make them everyday even if u dont like the episode...say that u loved the color of the curtain or anything LOL but just make posts pls...after a boring epi i only want to look forward to ur posts...

I seriously dont understand, was it so neceaasary to show Saachi in such a bad, helpless mental state that she blindly agrees to get married to a elderly man without thinking twice? Its ok if she refused to marry DV for her family's sake, but agreeing blindly to every dictat of Aaji, I feel is very senseless and uncalled for and that Ulka is taking a royal advantage of the situation to get Saachi married off to an old man. I guess, they are buliding this up to enrage DV and make him confront Aaji about her decision. DV is surely going to loose it big time and the old lady will have to bare the brunt tomorrow. I am so looking forward for this confrontaiton now.

-This brings me to what has been bothering me-I feel the makers are losing the plot w.r.t Saachi. She stands up for her family;y and will do anything for their happiness-agreed. They come foremost-agreed. Even before DV and his love-agreed.

But but but in all this haste to please aaji(who herself is not thinking straight)-has she forgotten abt what will happen to the family if she marries some random 50 yr old and goes away? Yes she's sooo badly hurting that she's not thinking straight, you might argue-but a woman whose been independent, strong and a self made person, just breaks like this?so much so that she isn't able to think for the very family she is claiming to get married to?

-Ideally I would have wanted her to stand up for herself-not for her love(that I can see why not)-but stand up & say NO to getting married to any random guy-on aaji's whim. She needs to say I will marry when the right guy(of your choice alright) comes along-who would understand me and my responsibilities-so till then UK kindly shut up and let me work on convincing my grannies!

-One a lighter note-the mahamilap is happening Friday and DV-Saachi both are going to Mumbai-so that means everything will be resolved this week itself😊
I have to give it to the makers-any other show and they would have stretched it for weeks if not months.

Heya Sam🤗...LOL arey I'm here only...yes I do lose motivation to say much from time to time...but I'm hanging around for now...the show still hasn't totally gone down the drain YET...yet ALWAYS being the keyword in Indian TV, remember😉😆


Re: Saachi...that's a valid point...and we've discussed this before also...around the time of the lame Rishi track...granted she wasn't fully in love with DV at that point but even THEN she had nothing to say, no stand to take regarding herself...just went with the flow cuz Aaji-Naani picked that guy for her and I found it quite strange...but then I've resigned myself to the fact that this IS her characterization.

Today she tells Naani that every single tear of hers and Aaji's is unbearable for Saachi...uspe bhaari padta hai to quote her exactly...toh it's not surprising at all that Saachi agrees to marry any random guy just to make Aaji happy...ofcourse she hasn't thought long term...and that is exactly what Naani pointed out too...but Saachi is like this when it comes to her family...she just wants to make them instantly happy...even if it means killing herself...and I can't even call this the cliched sacrificing TV soap heroine character...I dunno what it is...Sangeeta's acting maybe...but somehow even Saachi's sacrificing mode isn't completely typical in my opinion...there is a kind of pathos in her sacrifice also that makes you feel sorry for her...this woman who has NO thought for herself...what is she made of...and then there is the man who loves her...who only thinks about her, for her...even as she lashes out at him in hurt, he sees beyond the harsh words to the broken soul within and only wants to nurture THAT...what a pair these two are.


LOL I read the maha-milan spoilers...I guess after the big "Jaa jee le apni zindagi" moment from Aaji, DV-Saachi will just head off to Mumbai to meet DV's family?😕...but again...won't Aaji-Naani feel weird sending just Saachi by herself to talk marriage? Don't the families talk this stuff out?😕😆

@bold... i totally agree... if not for DV...not for her own life and happiness she shud at least say she cant just marry anyone because for now her responsibilities towards her family is not over...at least not till adu is settled career wise...

and yes...one gud thing (among many others) about this show is no track, mainly the irritating ones, r stretched for long...

absolutely loved this part anu...yes saachi-DV shares something more than love and that is the reason they r still tog by soul even though saachi is fully ready to sacrifice it for her family, rather for aji...

OMG even I was thinking about Mohan in the terrace scene...when the dialogue writers give such kind of dialogues to the heroes, we are bound to melt...lol...when they show honorable yet intense moments...even as you feel the pain of the characters in their eyes.

@bold1: WORD! these two are something else-sacch mein. I can't think of any man with soo much patience, insight, and relentless mad love for his lady!while Saachi toh is beyond me-such selfless love for family in this day and age👏

@bold2: agreed-yaar there are soo many spoilers out here-I dont know what to believe and what not to believe anymore😕-all I want is a logical course of events-that's it😆
