@bold: Yearning is the perfect word! That's what I loved about the terrace moments in last Thursday's episode...She sees him looking up at her and there's mutual yearning there between both of them...There's also regret in Saachi's eyes that DV's going through all this for her, and then when she's prodded just a little bit, a dam of emotions bursts and she lets out tears for both of them...There's even more of that coming up this week, and to be honest, I'm looking forward to it. On that note, I'm off...

You know the thing with Saachi is that she is so used to being the bigger person...that burden she takes on herself...no matter how tough, no matter how much it hurts her...that is what she is doing again by pushing DV away...she thinks she'll be able to deal with the pain like she's dealt with the other pain in her life...expects to swallow it and live with it as usual...but it's becoming harder and harder cuz DV isn't letting her be...so there is a whole mix of emotions going through her...she's trying to fix the situation vis a vis Aaji-Naani, she's hurting for the way DV is insulted, their love has been insulted, she feels guilty for hurting EVERYONE...DV as well as her grandmas but she soldiers on with ALL this weight on her.

So again, is it really surprising that she slaps him tomorrow? She takes on too much onto herself and then there is no one left but DV for her to lash out at...bechara...

Very much agree with the thoughts poured in this topic. This topic has always explained the depth of any scene by the sheer brilliance of its creater and everyone participating in it. Its insightful in so many ways and so is the current track going.

As I keep on seeing the current track, howmuch is may disagree with Saachi as the ever sacrificing low self worth girl and the impeccable maturity of DV supporting her unconditionally, I somehow search out the reason for bringing this track.

The reason which I could bring out to light is that they want pain to bond the two and show us their intensity, especially more of DV. Till now Saachi has only seen DV as a carefree young guy who has never faced hardships in life. Then her opinion changed and she understood him as a sensible guy and begin trusting him. Thereafter she has seen DV finding a way to get things done like forcing her to accept his love and then she has although heartfelt but seen his mushy romance. What she had not seen was the intensity of his love, the pain he can bear for her( the way she reacted when aadu said DV was crying for her and how aadu considered it big as for him boys don't cry and not boys like DV who are so confident). All throughout we have seen Saachi calling him as not serious about anything...remember how she always murmured" har waqt mazaak..har waqt mazaak". Saachi was never shown the intensity which DV is showing now and it will make Saachi very confident of her choice( ofcourse after aaji agrees to him). This track also shows how Saachi has got attached to DV emotionally as one soul as there haven't much time elapsed since she has confessed her love.

This track is as for me very integral in building their strong bond and show the patient and completely selfless side of DV. However uninteresting the current track maybe but I feel it has played a very vital part in character building.
