Ok guys here it is in a nut shell...Prachi was about to tell everyone that she cannot do the engagement but Maamaji is able to brainwash her by saying that her engagement with Neev will not only save Milind's life, but give Dadi, PL and Neev a lot of happiness...Esp Neev coz he loves her...He then gives her the engagement ring saying that Milind has sent it for her...
Here during the engagement preps Milind thinks about Prachi and tells God that he will make this day memorable for her
