I don't think he fully realised he loved her until, he just said it. But then again subconsciously, his feelings for them never went away.

i loved the last part, milsi regained his memory and the best part was when mlsi acknowledged prachi when he woke up by saying "hey u" prachi finally got her milsi back 😳

the epilogue was sooooooooooooo cute, riley finally took his first steps 👏
