Note: Sorry. The update is quite lengthy due to week end. But plz bear with me.

Ahhhhhhhhhh its Engagement of Milind & Prachi today.

OK let's start

Its 6 AM and Premlatha has walked into prachi's room to wake her up.

Premlatha: Beta get up its 6'O clock, I have got tea 4 u. U have to come down soon, as u have to do the pooja

Prachi: Mama, Good morning. Just give me half an hour, I will get up at 6.30 and then do the pooja.

Premlatha: Nahi beta, don't be lazy, get up fast.

Prachi: fine mama, but one thing give me a tight hug

Premlatha: oh my daughter, I luv u and she hugged her. She contd "Prachi i want u to be happy 4ever. I want milind to give all the happiness to u, and I am sure my damad would do that.

Prachi: mama ap Milind ki bahut tariff kar rahe ho.

Premalatha replied, kyu jalan ho rahi.

Prachi: nahi mama, I am really happy that u luv him so much.
Yeah he is like my son; he has always given me respect and treated me as his own mother.
Prachi's eyes were filled with tears.

Premlatha: OK fine, no more tears. Come down fast.

After shower Prachi wore her Engagement outfit (ghagra –Red color) and started wearing her jewellery. She heard a voice out "can I come in prachi". She replied "S"
And then prachi's face was all pink seeing her sis Ayesha who had come down for her engagement from US after a year. Ayesha had gone on a business deal.

Prachi: hi Ayesha, I am very happy that u came down for my engagement.

Ayesha: kyu nahi aati, after all it's my lovely sis engagement. And I had to see my jiju also.

Prachi: arey ayesha, I had sent u his snap

Ayesha: I received it, in that he was looking as he had not gone for saloon for years together. Long hair and his beard.
Prachi: he is the same now also and he looks very handsome.
Ayesha: hmmmmmmmmmmmmm… I thought u would support me by calling him a junglee, but u r appreciating him sooooooooo much. She contd "prachi fine, I agree my jiju is handsome, Ok now open this box.
Prachi opened the box and found diamond set.
Prachi: ayesha it is really very nice. It would match my dress. Can I wear it?
Ayesha: prachi it is for u only. I want my sis to look like princes today

Finally prachi was decked up, n she was looking gorgeous. Both sisters immediately came down to pooja room.

Prachi did the pooja and took blessings from dadi, mom n mamaji.

At 9 am, there was a call and premlatha received it.
Premlatha: Hello
Mishraji: namaskar, premlathaji we will arrive Shah Mansion at 10 AM, even our guruji would join us to give them blessings and finalise date for Marriage.

Shah Mansion was decorated well.
(usually shah mansion parties are in night times, but for me it would be day so that milind & prachi gets more time after engagement to celebrate).

Mishra family arrived Shah Mansion, Shah family welcomed them.
Naughty milind was trying to figure out where prachi would be, at the door step itself he started to call prachi on her cell. Prachi was in bad state, as all her friends had surrounded her. Ayesha immdtly could sense that Prachi was uncomfy.
Ayesha: Kya hua prachi
Prachi: nothing
Ayesha: u r getting call, take it
Prachi: no it is wrong no.
Ayesha: let me speak, and she grab the mobile from prachi's hand and said hello, there was no reply. She checked the name……n……it appeared as HONEY.
Now ayesha wanted to play prank on milind. On the other hand milind had not disconnected the call. He was waiting for prachi to take the call.
Ayesha: prachi no body is speaking, I believe it shld be ur old Boy friend.
Milind heard the convo and rushed to Prachi's room.
Milind: excuse me, can I come in.
Ayesha: S
Prachi asked her friends, just be out I and ayesha will come down
Nobody were in room except Prachi, Milind and Ayesha. Milind did not speak to Ayesha, he came to prachi and questioned
Milind: prachi wat was that I heard over the phone
Prachi: that was a prank played by ur beautiful Saali (wife's sis).
Milind: u mean this is ayesha. OK OK u had showed me her photo, but she was looking like a devil in photo now she is Ayesha Takia.
Ayesha: Oh Mister, hold ur tongue. What do u mean devil, u r a..................
Prachi intervened and said "guyz just stop it. Is this the way u introduce urself"
Ayesha: Fine. But I don't agree with prachi that he is smart and I am ready to call him JIJAJI.
Milind: Chalo Saali adhi gharwali hui.
After commenting milind eyes caught hold Prachi's eyes. N there was silence. And now ayesha felt that she was kabab mein haddi.
Ayesha: Ok u both can come down after ur chat. Prachi do u want me to stay here or not.
Milind: meri maa plz jaa.
Ayesha: OK. Now my sister does not reply, I get to hear from strangers
and she ran from there.

Now milind & prachi were left alone in the room.
Milind slowly took steps towards Prachi and halted in front of her and bow down his head and said:

Milind: Today I want to confess something
Prachi: what?
Milind: from today onwards my every second, minute, hour, day etc is only yours till my death.
Prachi: immdtly placed her hand on his mouth stating, milind wat r u saying.
Milind: yes prachi this is true.
And they both hugged each other passionately.

(Some idiots were banging the door and disturbing them.)

Prachi: Milind somebody is knocking the door.
Milind: it should be ur devil sis ayesha only
Prachi: she is my sis?
Milind: I know.
Prachi started to walk, but milind did not want any disturbance for some more time.
Milind held prachi's hand and pulled forcibly towards him.
Milind: prachi 4get the entire world for few seconds
Prachi now was melting in his arm, as he hold her very close.
Prachi: let me go milind.
Milind: I vl let u go, but
Prachi: but what?
Milind: close ur eyes
The moment prachi closed her eyes; milind removed his chain and put it on prachi. Prachi was mesmerized as his hands were on her shoulders. Prachi slowly opened her eyes and questioned milind
Prachi: what is this milind? Milind replied "this would be termed for me as mangalsutra and from now this moment onwards u would be my wife. He again hugged her.
Prachi: milind from now onwards we would be like husband and wife. But we would still go with the world until we are married with all rituals.
Milind: I really respect ur feelings
Prachi: but I want to gift u also something. Milind replied "what"?
Prachi went close to milind and kissed him on his lips. Milind was surprised. prachi said "I just wanted to tell thank u".
Milind: u mean u would thank like this from now on?
Prachi: nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Prachi opened the door. All her friends took her down for the ring ceremony. Milind was left behind.
Ayesha: Oye hero, chale….
Milind: chaliye meri adhi gharwali.
Ayesha: don't call me like that.
Milind: OK fine, lets be friends. Ayesha replied: why not. They shook hands and went down for the ceremony.

Both the families and their relatives were gathered.
Premlatha said "prachi put the ring", Milind replied: stop
Prachi: what?
Milind: prachi, neev has not yet come. Let me call him.
Milind tried reaching neev but in vain. Everybody heard an announcement "hi milind, neev has come, now come on exchange the ring. The moment u place the ring on my bhabhi's hand I vl be visible to u.
Milind: nautanki salah.

The ring ceremony took place. Milind & Prachi exchanged rings and neev appeared like it was magic.
Neev: Plz do not introduce me to bhabhi until guruji announces ur marriage date.
Everybody congratulated the couple. They took blessings from elders and also from guruji. Guruji blessed them and announced their marriage would take place on 20th March. So both the families had only 15 days to go. Guruji said it would be now after 15 days or after a year. So both families had taken a decision for chat mangni and pat biha. All were very happy.
Neev: ah now its time to meet my lovely bhabhi. He contd. "Hi bhabhi this is neev…neev shergill also ur fav devar becoz there is no other idiot who would be milinds bro or friend.
Prachi: hello devarji. Nice to meet u. I know how imp u r to milind.
Neev: nahi bhabhi aaj se mein important nahi aap ho iskeliye.
Milind: neev u or prachi r my arms. If one goes also I would die.
Neev & Prachi: plz do not tell like this. From now on we all r best friends and one family.
Suddenly toofan mail.
Ayesha: hey u guyz r so selfish, u 4got me.
Milind: no v never 4get devils.
Neev went close to milind and queried abt ayesha.
Milind introduced her to neev.
Neev meet my devil saali Ayesha.
Neev: HI Ayesha
Ayesha: hello
Milind: I think u both introduce urself, v will join u guyz later.
Milind & prachi left the place.

The Engagement ceremony came to end by 7.00 in the evening. All relatives had left . Later at around 8.00 PM Milind went to Premlatha and asked
Milind: Maa kya mein prachi ko thodi der ke liye bahar le jasakta hoon?
Premalatha: Yes Beta. Y not? After all she is going to be ur wife, but do remember u guyz return back before 10 PM.
Milind wasting no time, he pulled Prachi away from her friends and made a way out of Shah Mansion
Prachi: Milind, give me a break. Can u plz tell me where r v going?
Milind: just sit in the car. I will explain u later
Prachi: I need to inform mamma?
Milind: why r u worrying abt my mother-inlaw, she has already given permission., and plz for godsake don't waste time now, as ur mom has given us permission till 10'O clock only. So lets move
(MIlind & Prachi left the place in care)
Milind stopped the car at his favorite place. i.e, the Chawl , where he had lived and would live 4ever.
Prachi: Milind where have v come
Milind: I know u live in a posh place where only hygine, status and all stuffs are taken care. This is my house. Where I was born & brought up. Where I had played with my friends. where my mom & dad had made their own world of living. Though I have bought a posh flat for myself or even I can buy another 10, but all this is priceless in front of this chawl.
Prachi: But
Milind: But what prachi? U r not willing to come into this house due to the environment?
Prachi: Not at all? I never thought like that milind? Where ever u stand my world begins there. I just wanted to know the reason for being here?
Milind: I have a surprise 4 u? come lets g+o inside?
Milind & Prachi stepped inside the house. Milind asked prachi to close her eyes. Milind reached the cupboard closeby and immdltly grabbed a saree & gold pendant given by his mom for the daughter-in-law.
Milind: Prachi this was given by my mom for her future daughter-in-law? I want u to wear this saree & Pendant on the first night.
Prachi: Sure. Wish I could see ur mom and take her blessings.
Milind: evem i wish I could stay in this house forever. But unable to do so becoz of Baba. I want Baba to get all the luxury in life.
Prachi: Milind can we do one thing. Let start our life with this house only. I mean to say "our first night".
Milind: was now mischievous. Prachi what did u say?
Prachi: hmmmmmmmmmm…………. I said ……………nothing and escaped
Milind pulled her close and enquired what? She was now holding her breath. There was no other way to escape.
Prachi: Milind plz let me go or else………(she did not complete the sentence)
Milind came very close, there was no space for breathing also. Placed a kiss on forehead, then on nose, chin and the last place he found was the pink petal lips. But he stopped and slowly uttered
Milind: prachi I am really happy to have u in my life. Being from such a posh family u r so down to earth person, that u wanted to start ur life from this house only.
Prachi: hey u heard everything.
Milind: S, but I wanted to hear it again.
Prachi: I said "Let start our life with this house. i.e,our first night".
Milind: so shall v start now only
Prachi: u r very naughty.
Milind hugged her very tightly as he did not want to let her go forever.
Prachi: shall v go back now its already 10.
Milind: S, but the next time u return to this house will be our Wedding night only, and u will find our bedroom decorated with all our dreams.
Both left the place. Milind dropped her back to Shah Mansion.
As there were only 15 days left for the marriage, Milind & Prachi spent the days shopping for their marriage, 13th day was Mehandi ceremony.
