Prachi never really loved him. She thought she did because she grew up with him, he is the only other man she knew other than her father. Since they shared many happy and sad times together she thought he was the man for her. Having lived a sheltered life, her world consisted of Neev and Inder.

Her father's death and the subsequent events turned her life topsy turvy. As she did not want to see him ruined by Ayesha's vendetta, she let go of him and closed his chapter the day she married Milsi. In Milsi she found true love, although this did not happen overnight. She realised what it is she was looking for and Milsi just fitted her right. Their opposite temperaments attracted them to each other and the similarity in their basic nature strengthened that attraction into a deep love.

In real life too, many childhood sweethearts dont remain sweethearts after they grow up, although a very few of them do. This is because people change as they grow up. Their outlook changes. The things they value changes. So a pair which may seem perfect when they are young may not appear so perfect as they grow and change. Prachi had changed. Neev has changed too. So Neev has to move on, either by trying to make his marriage work or by getting out of it and finding his happiness elsewhere. There is no use pining over the past love. It will only bring heartache.

Isn't it wrong of Ekta to do this to Neev and Prachi? She makes it seem like first love is nothing, when really its the most important thing!

I was just wondering, what do you think Prachi feels for Neev right now:

1) Love as a friend

2) Deep love, but loves her husband too

3) No feelings for Neev

Give me your feedback!!

I disagree with Opti, I think Prachi did love Neev (hah, I even think Ayesha does love Milind). However she doesn't love him anymore.

It's really unclear to me about Prachi's current feelings for Neev (though it's definitely not romantic love), I would like to think that she treasures him as a friend, but her conducts haven't really shown it to be that way😕.

As for first love, for me personally it is indeed precious. I still smile like a lunatic every time I think about my first love, because it was so sweet and sigh just wonderful, especially because it was a sweet memory of my very youthful life. However it means very little to me compare to my current love and life.

Magno, if she really loved Neev I dont think she can get over him so easily. One cannot switch off love like an on-off switch. If suffient time had elapsed between losing Neev and marrying Milsi I can understand. But the girl has stopped feeling anything romantic for Neev from the day she married Milsi. That is why I do not think Prachi really loved Neev. I am quite sure if something were to happen to Milsi tomorrow, she would not be able to recover from it for a long time to come. That is true love.

As to Ayesha loving Milsi, well yes she loves him as she would a pet dog. She wants him to be that and nothing else, obey her commands and stay loyal to her. She may keep him aside if she has better things to do, like taking revenge on the Shahs. And like any faithful dog he needs to wait his turn for his mistress's attention!

Persoanlly,I dont believe in first love to be everything. I believe in love but I dont think that first love is ultimate, everlasting, true love in a'real' persons life.

Wah you see, she's a strong willed lady. She's strong enough to actually give her love away to her sister for her lover's sake, and she's strong enough to tell herself 'you're married, so stop this love for another man!' and actually do it. I don't know anyone who can really do this, but then again Prachi is not a regular person😉

But she could not. She told him she can tolerate anything but cannot stay away from him. She was literally pushed to a corner when she agreed to the divorce. Even then she very nearly killed herself (whether intentionally or unintentionally one would never know) and it took her a full day to wander back into the Shah Mansion after being saved. This goes to show the extent of devastation a seperation from Milsi had caused her. This is true love not what she had felt for Neev when she did'nt still realise the full import of it. I will stick by this view atleast till they show Prachi get over Milsi too just as easily in future. By then I would have bid goodbye to this show.

Hah I too think that how real romantic love suppose to be, that you simply can't let go even when you want to. But just because she loves Milind to such wonderful extent it doesn't mean she didn't really love Neev back then. It was just a different degree of love.

Now why are you angry? I know dear that truth is sometimes hard to digest. A woman who would think of killing the object of love and affection of the man she claims to love cannot really be loving him. Obession if not love for me. Even before she married Neev and he married Prachi there was always this attitude of hers which conveyed that she liked to be in control of their relationship. Milsi allowed her the control because he was really blind to see her for the control freak she really was.

I put the angry icon because the comparison with the dog was too funny I laughed my butt off but as I'd like to appear serious I couldn't put the laughing icon now could I. So again hmmmmph😡

Yes Magno, she did love Neev but not as as she would a real man. It was somewhere between a friend and a lover, if there is such a thing. But she totally believed that was the real love till she actually fell for Milsi. With him she realised what romantic love really meant.

Now, now, dont you dare show that angry icon at me again. Defend your case or accept defeat.

Okay okay, maybe I will try to defend it tomorrow, though it's hard coz I have no real respect for Ayesha's love! You know Ayesha's love is just a case of giving the benefit of a doubt for me hehehehueks.
