I don't understand Prachi

What does she want in life? What is her thinking line? What are her priorities?

When she was married to Milind, she seemed to have made it her top priority to behave like a perfect, dutiful wife. She hardly questioned him though he was wrong and mean to her often.
But then she did fall in love with her husband and longed to be with him. Her wish was indeed fulfilled.

But very soon, her marriage was taken to court as she lied to her husband to save his sister. She didn't want him to be defamed with his sister being unwed mother. But did Prachi understand it would equally hurt him (or even more- as he is in love with her) to understand his wife had slept with someone and had a kid too..? Would he not have been defamed this way too with his wife having an illegitimate child?

Now she has left her husband again. And living a fake life with a fake family. She has created a fake father for her child. She seems to be not having huge problems with all this. Why does she not want to try getting back with her husband... giving Milind and her son what they deserve?

How could she assume Milind would have moved on with Mallika when she saw herself he couldn't even marry Ayesha (who was 100 times better and closer to him)? She left him to save his life.. but she was taking his life away from him..

How does Prachi understand life? I don't understand.. Please some one explain...

I have posted this because I don't want to be angry with Prachi.. but she drives me nuts. Some one help me make peace with her.

Shubs as i mentioned before Prachi thinking approach restricts her in making short term decisions... not long term if she had thought abt the long term effects she would have realised that the way she deals with her life would effect milind in determential way to. She thinks she is doing the right thing in the short term but doesnt understand that long term it is only resulting in the worst effects.

Shuba, Prachi is an enigma who I dont think anyone including the creatives understand. So no use breaking your head over it. If you love Michi, accept her for what she is for they will be showing this nonsense till she reunites with Milsi. Lets not forget that she is the reason for Michi in the first place. She is going through a low phase now thanks to the creatives, but that does not discount who she is, one half of Michi. As to the PIM track while she was largely to be blamed, Milsi was not entirely blameless, believing her stupid lies.

Bona has perfectly echoed my thoughts, as I've been saying, Prachi is short-sighted, she doesn't consider the long-term consequences of her actions... So its not that she is unaware or confused about her duty, but just plain short-sighted... this is why after Sukriti drills sense into her head that the Ritwik secret is driving the MICHI marriage apart, does Prachi realize the long-term consequence of her behaviour and immediately makes amends to solve the problem, such as telling Milsi the half-truth about how she is not Ritwiks mother... her methods are faulty...

Bona, I never wanted Prachi to behave perfect. In fact her trying to be the perfect everything (bhabhi, sister, wife) has been a cause of many problems.

If I have to completely accept and appreciate the current Prachi, I might have to compromise.

I hope she makes me proud in future by standing up for HER love.

The thing is Milind though he does mistakes, regrets and apologizes so quickly that I make peace with him instantly. For example his regret after the rape attempt, his cry in the court (PIM track)......

Hmm..you are right Opti Akka.. I shall give up understanding Prachi if she is an enigma.

I too am at my wits end with Prachi...... I've given up trying to understand her not only is she herself clueless of life but also drives other ppl nuts in the process of living it.
