In the last 8 year and in the 2 year of cancer, Katha didn't need any man because Aarav was too small to understand the need of father. Also Aarav was neither ready nor attached to someone who he can call father. Just imagine Katha getting marry when Aarav was sick. He was already fighting with cancer, and then have to deal with step father.

Mental ailment is different from physical ailment. Here Aarav need mental support. Katha was not able to provide that. Aarav become too attached with Raghav. I think the arrangement is setup by Yuvraj (not Aarav). Aarav might like the idea (however I feel he should be more paranoid with new papa but this is ITV so don't expect too much logical).

I believe Raghav took the advantage of Katha situation. However it is not wrong as Viaan took the advantage of Katha's condition. (Before anyone bash me for bringing up that topic, here I am making similarity to only point out Katha's behavior or response).

Still it is very stupid decision from Katha's side, because Raghav was anyway treating Aarav inspite of Katha saying no and Aarav was very well back then. Katha didn't need to do extra step and that too when Viaan was coming out from prison.

@bold, absolutely true. Viaan did only one mistake and she said this just after he recovered from near death experience after brutally beaten by Yuvraj. This is the worst.

It will be more appropriate if she put blame on entire Raghuvanshi family (not just Viaan).

The thing is Katha still consider ONS as some kind of paap or unethical. It is very difficult for moralistic people to change their perspective to termed it as just a private matter. Though Katha sympathize with Viaan but not justifying his action at all. If you hear her word to papaG "Jo kuch bhi sahana tha, maine sah liya".

For her, she was trying to mediate but it makes situation worse.

Also she already made a decision to leave Viaan before the argument started due to fear of Aarav getting know and start hating Viaan. The best would be to start prepare Aarav and tell him "Do not believe anybody".

Everything aside, how do you bring back a dead person logically? Please explain this scientific phenomenon to me. I'm quite perplexed

I don't see any kind of formality ka rishta with Garewals bcoz Katha takes advices from Yuvraaj to get Aarav treated by Raghav and even considers his suggestion of marrying Raghav.Yuvraj even comes running to Raghav's house so that he can make Katha talk to Kavita as she isn't able to connect to Katha over the phone.Formality ka rishta hota toh itna haq nahi hotey.

If you find it viable for Katha to stop this mess then, I can also say Viaan should have left the place saying - I am leaving for now but, I will come back later . So, playing blame game isn't wise here. Although, I will say Viaan was selfish that day to think only about his emotions. Don't know how he thought 2 minute talk is going to solve it. No one considered her plight when everyone is discussing one of her humiliating experiences which she experienced out of pure helplessness in life which she never wanted to face. Kavita asked everyone to please stop discussing it. Honestly, entire Raghuvanshi family looked stupid and selfish that day. That day was chaos and in chaos more chaos happens.

Also, you are mixing up shows. The dialogue you are expecting is more characteristic of OG show's character sheherzat not of Katha. Again, another example of bias and outside influence. What other shows are doing, I don't care about them. Is everything is current show making sense that is only thing that matters.

True indeed. Her decision is stupid and impulsive. At the time she took decision, it was because Aarav tossed the cake. Very lame writing from writer's part. Later, it was shown that additional reason for this step is to close all the doors for her to return back to Viaan. Also, Viaan will not move on unless Katha shows him that she hates him and has moved on in life. Viaan deserves better. He atleast deserves a child of his own who loves him. He deserves a life partner without any emotional baggage. He should move on in life too. This is more reasonable reasoning.

If that insurance guy in beginning ensured her that Aarav will get the insurance claim, she might have started plotting her own death as well.

Her move makes no sense if we consider her to be some sort of goddess, it makes sense if she is just a human. Just like humans she has weakness and that weakness of her is Aarav. Her pressure point. She is stupid, her actions are impulsive but, at the core it makes sense from where it is coming from.

What are you saying! The only people who came across as selfish as satan were only garewals.

Their guilt of leaving katha and aarav alone at the mercy of fate and ask them to die was the thing they hate themselves for. But since self hate was not their cup of tea and they are shameless people they tried to put it all on viaan. They used to sing songs in katha's praises that how she is very wise and mature but they didn't think even once about asking her pov and why she is marrying viaan. How typical of them.

The ons revelation made them loathe themselves and they wanted scapegoat to blame everything. So they punished viaan and destroyed katha's dream once again. Those people are big black spot in the name of family and still if katha cares about them and want to isolate viaan forever in the pain of separation then she is stupid af.

I might sound very opinionated here but its the truth, there can never be a logical reason of katha breaking up with viaan. She was horrible that day. Period.

Viaan may come across selfish to some people but in my opinion he was just a desperate lover trying to save his love, his family. We should not forget what kind of life he has lived, so full of negativity. And what he has achieved once he started loving katha. To him, katha was his jugnu who brought light to his dark life and a person like viaan would have fought till death to save his chance with katha and he is still doing so. Forget viaan, any man who loves his family as much as viaan does will behave like that. He is NOT selfish.
