There are many contradiction happen during those phase. Some started to say, she started behaving like a wife, some started saying eyelock happening means romance started, some hated when there are officially no talks happening between lead pair when Katha asked Viaan to keep distance from him.

Everybody can have their own perception of viewing these scene. But most of these perception is coming because everybody know who are lead character and it is a love story.

Ya true it is a love story. Everyone know that main leads will eventually fall in love. So it kind of creates prejudice in mind towards their characters and somehow people pick up hints which are not so obvious or may be not even placed there with that intention but it all helps in binding the story.

As per my interpretation, yes, katha moving on from ons so easily, forgiving him and immediately developing soft corner after knowing his past, the clearly visible tension between them all the time, noticing each others smallest details gave me the basis of my theory.

Viaan was clearly smitten over but katha also took extra interest in all his matters. She didn't do this with any other colleagues. Ehsan was even openly flirting but she minded her own business and very clearly drawn boundaries with him. While her equation with ehsan was very obviously friendly, her equation with viaan was always dramatic, tensed and there eyelocks or one staring other was so....i dont know ....what should i say.. there is no one correct word. All i can say is from third person's view it was obvious there was something going on between them. I guess thats why ehsan was shown suspicious about them.

But, at this point it feels completely unjustified to ask for his punishment for the crime he did for which he has full realization of it and completely changed himself. I have a different opinion on this. But first I would like to hats off to the writer that he wrote the story in such a way there are no right wrong or there are many sides to the same story.

Katha was not at all in position to punish Viaan once she accepted his offer and went for ONS.

Practically, Emotionally, Fianacially, Morally, Ethically, Socially, she was in NO POSITION to punish Viaan. She always had the fear what if it comes out in front of everybody. Even if Viaan apologize, even in the Shamita's case, she couldn't go against Viaan because Viaan could always revenge back by saying she slept with him for money. There is always a power in Viaan's side and fear from Katha's side. The best she can do is to complete notice period and get out the company.

And that's where Garewal family comes in to punish Viaan. Garewal is equal with Viaan in all terms. For Garewal, they offered the money in the last day. So if Viaan didn't make this offer, Katha would have got the money from Garewal next day and saved Aarav. So Katha's sleeping with Viaan was a waste.

Yuvraj and PapaG are ready to go to jail after beating/killing Viaan. Financially they are equal and get him punished in a false accident case.

It is strange to me that Raghuvanshi's didn't blackmail Garewal that if they file a case against Viaan then they will leak the video. If Maya would have been there, they would not be able to send Viaan jail. Basically they took advantage of Viaan's goodness.

It is more like she has fallen after ONS. Katha has made prejudices against Viaan after ONS. So she started seeing other sides of him. Especially after Viaan asked for her forgiveness. More like falling for a mystery man where she like to decode.

By the time Viaan asked for forgiveness, Katha subconsciously know Viaan has liked Katha (not just her body). Otherwise who give 1 cr for one night or who asked for forgiveness if he just wanted lust.

@red, completely disagree. I dont understand where it is hinted that Katha was interested in him subconsciously before ONS. The theories are completely made up to greywashing Viaan ONS offer and to justify love story.

There are phases of life. There is phase where Katha just want to save Aarav, then she was scared of Viaans touch after ONS and try to keep distance from him, then she was consciously aware of his presence/action, then she become curious about him, after knowing his past she instantly forgive him then got interested in him in lonavala (their first proper talk), from there love story start. Even in their love story there are phases.

Rest of the thing, I agree.

Bold ; Exactly this is the one thing which even i don't agree on....she was still in love with Aadi / Aadhi pre and post ONS and had multiple hallucinatory episodes ( post ONS ) to even come to terms with her feelings for him which she started to develop somewhere from episodes 90-100.....

One thing i found funny was that in ep 253 Viaan said "i saw Raghav taking my place in my son's life" well Kailash felt the same when he saw that Viaan was trying to take his son's place in his grandson's life but Viaan said that he's just trying to make a place for himself ( which was true) and Kailas accepted it... if Raghav says the same thing Viaan would tell that Aarav will always be his son and will lose his shit ( he almost did that in the precap) fans who hate Kailash and think that he didn't grow as a character / his redemption was not done right should see that how he changed for the persom whom he wished death upon and how he came to love Aarav and became protective of him and they should also finally understand how hard it must've been for Kailash to accept him in the place of his son.....Viaan is acting like Kailash once did....

Anyway there's no use debating about this and this show is finally about to end in 5 episodes and I'm just here to see how it's going to end

Yup, Agreed. I have same opinions as you actually.

But, my context in the post was about suitability. Maybe I was unclear with my context and it happens, It is difficult to keep all those points in loop by which I stand by, at all the times. At this point when Viaan has full realization of his mistakes and has made amends there is no point in punishing him. At this point, it is like scratching the old wounds.

When wound was fresh and there was no improvement in him (after ONS or after he kept on harassing her), that should have been more suitable time for punishment . But, that is a different thing that Katha was in no position to file any case as at the end of the day, she was also a beneficiary. She stated that Agar kisi teesre se puchenge wo bolega dono ne kiya paap. So, she will also get caught up in the mess if she did anything. And, she wanted to live her life peacefully with Aarav so, not route she will pick.

Also, by punishing, it doesn't mean police call. She could have left the Earthcon instead of joining back and joined the other company. That would have been a significant loss to company as well considering how much they were dependent on her. But, again Katha at the moment knew the importance of a job and knew the fear of losing a job and the associated problems and she was facing that in the moment so, she was able to sympathise with them and rejoined.

I was just venting about the missteps the show took....and yes after a pont Katha actually forgave him i agree....

At this point there is no punishment needed for him....he just needs to move on and away from Katha's life and if he manages to make things better with Aarav then good , these two can try co -parenting but that's all....

I would like to disagree here. Making place for himself when the other person is not even alive or won't ever come in your life is totally different but doing same thing in front of that person is different. The other person is bound to get jealous and defensive.

Yes viaan has all the rights to get jealous , Aarav is his son...that post was for Viaan stanning and garewal family hatters in (formerly ) Twitter... i don't want to get into a headache inducing fight with them in X by posting this so i posted it over here

Viaan and Katha can co-parent if things between Viaan and Aarav gets better
