also not sure if negotiating with the company by citing a rival's offer would work in this case -- that works with job openings but not when you are already working with a company. won't that be seen more as blackmail instead of negotiation? also, they have no idea why she needs a loan and she sounds unrealiable. it hampers her future work prospects because people will get to know of her as the architect who shakes down her employers and holds her designs over their head. technicallly the designs belong to the company and not to her no?

@bold : Perspectives right..there is another saying, "ek jhooth jis se kisi ke jaan bache wo sau sach se bada hota hai". And we are speculating about tears of others. Often these companies are so big that they can easy absorb such losses...

@bold2 : may be yes, may be no... She can join rival and as I said maybe not same design but definitely outdo herself and give rival better designs.. does future job prospects matter, she is ready to die. There will be other ways to earn money but first her son needs to stay alive..

Not sure if OG had this rival angle. To be honest if she re-used the design her company can sue her and put her to jail..even rival will know this, so it can't be exact design but tweak the details like marginally lower quotes...

It is not not bothered at all. It does take it into consideration but as per his own level of trp which is very low. They mostly stick to stories.

Regarding the part about showing that would sony be so bold. They don't need to show any bold scenes per say they will only follow the story. Plus that had to happen as that would start the main story. Aditi is made for this character. There is no other actor on itv who could have played or would be able to pay the nuances of Katha as per the current and upcoming storyline. Adnan this is my first show and so far he has been good.

I had not thought that the pace would be so fast.

But I guess that will start the main story so let the show begin. I am so so excited.

i think itv can show this scene coz in silsila they showed fl sleeping with her best friend (another fl) husband (ml) out of love. So if colors can show bold scenes, then sony can also

am expecting all sorts of discussions and thoughts when the episode airs. this is one of those stories that has a very grey overtone. not something with clear cut answers. it will be interesting...

But we have to wait why Viaan put this demand out of the blue. May be he thinks Katha is shaking hands with rival company so testing her. Anyone know in original why ML put this demand??

from what I remember the ML was highly attracted to the FL but he said it as a dare and almost very sarcastically. he didn't expect her to actually say yes or actually carry it through. even at the last moment, he kept thinking she will back out.
