That's why it won't be called as Workplace Harassment. It was her choice.

My understanding is circumstances may force you to do anything. You may cheat your company, steal money from somewhere or sleep with someone. So we can't judge that person. Every person has different set of morals and ethics.

If you ask me ,mei sayad cheat kar lungi aise situation mei.😆 pata nahi actually.😆

yes, exactly. there are lots of nuances between making an uncomfortable adult choice and feeling harassed and voiceless. people think of choices as something good but that is not always the case. also, the same choices may be viewed very differently depending on the invidiual. even within the family.

I think there may be fireworks in the forum but lets see what happens. fingers crossed, we have good convos even if we disagree. :)

@bold2 : may be yes, may be no... She can join rival and as I said maybe not same design but definitely outdo herself and give rival better designs.. does future job prospects matter, she is ready to die. There will be other ways to earn money but first her son needs to stay alive..

Not sure if OG had this rival angle. To be honest if she re-used the design her company can sue her and put her to jail..even rival will know this, so it can't be exact design but tweak the details like marginally lower quotes...

Today I was discussing with my colleagues about the ONS offer. To my surprise one of my colleagues said she will accept the ONS offer. Her arguments were quite valid though.

She said her first priority would be her son and his treatment. If she cheats and gets caught,she will be thrown out of the comp or may be put behind the bars. If we(women) don't have the power or position (also no support system financially n emotionally), then we shouldn't fight with the bigwigs. Rival comp will not take care of her son if she goes to jail.

She said she will accept the ONS offer and take the money. let the society think what they wanna think about her,she will be happy that her son got the treatment at the right time.

I am not in a position to judge her. rather i got shocked hearing this bold statement from her. What sau girls? Will you judge her?
