Hmm, thanks a bunch to all my friends for making this FF of yours a success...I am really touched with the inspiring words and wonderful comments...I met some real selfish people too like Krishh..I told her that because the way she writes if I laugh too loud my neighbor may just throw me out, and her reply to it was quite appalling..You know what she said, even if the neighbor threw me out, that I must make sure that he throws out my Laptop as well...😳..Heights of selfishness😒....Hahaha, and I love her for it...😳😳😳 and Sonuu, how much ever you try, your Robs is a budhuuu, don't mind ha...😆😆😆..Look at my Robs, got started so late, but already he's got the girl he aimed for and did some romance with her too and yours is still lurking around...😛🤣
I am dedicating this part of the story to JW,Diva,RK,lwfw,Pragalbha,Herman,Manpreet,Ramsha,famy.kn,pop 77,whitestar&aksn and also all those members who are a reason for the success of this ever humming Kasturi section👏...A special mention of davia389- she is someone who puts full heart into whatever she does and her ff is an evidence to it...👏...
Now to the next part of the story...
Story So Far: R&K won't get a chance to talk to Raunak at all and so they won't be able to tell him about their love..K gets a call from her bauji about ladke waale coming to see her and K is obviously upset abt it and wanted to share it with Robs..Again they won't get a chance to talk because of the office work etc even though R senses that K is upset about something..R goes with Ra for an important lunch meeting with their clients reluctantly leaving a seemingly upset K behind...
Kasturi has no idea how to handle the situation...She is in no mood to go home early but also knows that there is no other way out...She is upset with R for being so lost in his work and not paying attention to whatever she was saying...
K gets another call from home to come over urgently...So she takes permission and leaves office and drags herself to home dreading what and how she was going to face the things that were coming up...
Lunch Meeting:
R is a little bit worried about K...By now he knows Kasturi so much that he can make out if she is upset...That very look on her face, when they were leaving , has been bothering him and not allowing him to focus properly...Raunak realizes that R is not concentrating and already nudges him twice about it...Finally R with the help of Ra, somehow goes through the session and Ra pretty much handles all the stuff with R playing a quite part..
The clients leave pretty happily and they were very impressed with the propositions put forth by Raunak and his business accumen..They leave after showering praises on him and telling him how much they were looking forward to doing business with him and his company..They also have a word of appreciation for Robs and his talent, which Robs doesn't pay much attention to...His mind is obviously not there by then...
Ra: ha, good yaar..I am very much satisfied with the meeting..what do you think?
R: yeah
Ra: what yeah??😕
R: aaa, oh tune kuch bola tha??
Ra: nahi, mein gana gaa raha tha...aur tumse pooch raha tha'tumhe kaisa laga'
R: ohh, kab??Maine suna nahi yaar..dekh tu mazaak mat kar yaar...😡
Ra: nahi to kya..I am seeing that you were not here all through the meeting...You almost blew the deal away..I somehow managed it...Where were you lost???😡
R: arre..kuch nahi yaar..actually I have a headache, that's why
Ra: ohh, then you should go home now...
R: Nope I am fine..Acha mein ab chalta hu yaar...What's your plan?
Ra: kuch to baat zaroor hi, jo tum mujhse sher nahi karna chaahta hi...Just see how you are talking....😛
R: arre chod na yaar..Aisa kuch nahi hi..I am just tired and having headache and all, bola na..
Ra: acha chalo maan liya...Shall I drop you off at home??I need to go somewhere else...
R: no, I am fine..you leave..I will take a cab and go..
Ra: are you sure??
R: yessss..now will you stop asking so many questions...goshhhh😔
Ra: arre, alright baba, I am leaving....huhhh
R calls K's cell right away...But doesn't get the line and so after repeated failed attempts to call her cell, he calls the office number and there also he could only get to her voice mail...He senses something wrong there, and hence calls the receptionist..
Rec: Sir..Kasturi maam left an hour ago sir..
R: Oh I see..did she tell any reason??
Rec: no sir she did not say anything...But I just heard her speaking on phone to her dad and I guess her marriage is being fixed and the bride groom party is coming to see her or something like that, Sir...She was very apologetic that she wasn't able to inform any earlier...
(The whole office staff, including the recetionist, just love Kasturi for her nature...This receptionist is very much aware of Robbie's anger and stuff and also how much he despises Kasturi, so she is trying her best to save Kasturi from his wrath, for going home early...Little did she know, what her over concern was going to bring on poor Kasturi😭)
Robbie is devastated listening to that...He just couldn't believe what he was hearing and checked twice if he heard it right...At that point he could only think of one thing...Why did Kasturi hide it from him???All the stuff that happened between them comes alive in front of him...He gets a daunting doubt in his mind if Kasturi's love was a drama, just to get back at whatever he did to her...He isn't able to collect his thoughts and get to a conclusion on anything..He is so lost right now and only one thing seemed a solution to all this...Meeting Kasturi right away and demand her for an answer...He is not able to believe that Kasturi would cheat him like that but his anger gets better of him and he just wants to get to K right away and know the truth...
Chawla house:
Kasturi enters the house very reluctantlly...She is least interested to know the details of what was coming up..For once she wanted to be left alone and be told that, whatever her bauji told on phone was a joke.....But looking the mood at home, when she entered, she knew her dad meant business...Everybody at home is beaming with happiness and they all were busy making arrangements and planning this and that...
Kasturi's mom first sees her and comes to her and plants an affectionate kiss on her forehead saying that she knew K was a very lucky girl and the fact that the ladka himself wanting to marry her is a perfect evidence to it...She says that Kasturi is very lucky to be married into such a big family and she is very sure that her daughter will be very happy with this marriage
Kasturi feels like throwing up at all this..She couldn't even tell off her mom..She feels really helpless and quite depressed...After everybody at home did the same routine like her mom, abt K's luck etc and etc, finally Kasturi gets to be alone in her room in the pretext of getting ready for the evening...
Kasturi reminisces all the cute moments with Robbie and in the same breath remembers how happy her family was abt this marraige...She also remembers how Robbie's dad made his engagement announcement with Ishita...She realizes that how much ever Robbie loves her, his family would never be able to accept her and their love...She feels that its her first priority to see that her family is happy and for that she decides that she will sacrifice her love for Robbie...But a part of her is against this line of thought and is fighting with her for Robbie and his love...She knows very well that without Robbie her life would loose its meaning...She is not even sure how to break this news to Robbie...She is scared of Robbie and his reaction to such a thing...
She was looking into her wardrobe to see what to wear for the evening, but the fact is , her mind is not there at all...She feels like running away from there and going to Robbie and hiding in his arms...
Whilst she was lost in these thoughts, Robbie enters her room through the back door of her room, which is the only room which has two doors, one that leads to the rest of the home and the other, which opens to a small garden and then the main gate...
Robbie snaps Kasturi out of her dream, looking at her with anger and frustration...Even without opening his mouth, he made it very clear why he was there...He is obviously very hurt and is waiting to hear it from Kasturi as to why she was doing that to him...He holds Kasturi's shoulders and looks deep into her eyes...
K: Siir, aap...(She is shocked to see him there)
R: ha mein..Kyo??You thought you will run away from me without even telling me???
K: (confused)Ye aap kya keh rahe hi sir???
R: basss...Don;t try to act innocent...He grips her shoulder with all the vengence.
K: sir, please leave me,,ye kya kar rahe hi aap..You are hurting me...😭(she is scared out of ther wits as she is seeing this face of Robbie for the first time..Also she isn;t aware that Robbie knew about her upcoming evening programme..)
R: Oh, then what about the hurt that you are giving me???Is it fair???
K: mujhe kuch samajh me nahi aa raha hi, aap kis baare me baat kar rahe hi??
R: Kasturi, I thought you really loved me...Even though you did not say it with your mouth, I thought I was able to see it in your eyes..But you have decided to do a double cross with me...Pyar mujhse aur shaadi kisi aur se???
K: Sirrr, ye aapko kisne...How did you know about it sir???
R: ohhh, now you are shocked that I came to know about it, is it??Hmm, you would rather keep me in the darkness and walk away with someone else's hands, is it???
K: Sirr..please aap meri baat suniye
R: huhhh...What is there to listen Kasturi Chawla..Do you think you can redeem yourself , by coming up with a new story???
K: sir, whether you listen to me or not..I am going to say this...I tried to tell this even in the office, but Raunak sir did not give me a chance to talk to you...And then she tells him how his bauji called her about these sudden visitors and how the ladke waale and all that story...
R: good you told me about it..My God, I was so heart broken that you were trying to play games with me and that you never loved me..I am sorry my dear to even think like that about you...Please forgive me...(then he hugs her very tightly as if he is scared that if he lets go of her, someone would take her away)
R: chalo Kasturi..we will tell everything to your bauji and the rest of the family..I will also call my parents and we will fix this problem right away..You don;t have to worry at all.. I am here and just trust me..I won't let you down..
K: Sirr, (she pushes Robbie away)..Please sir..aisa nahi ho sakta hi...Mere bauji ne already apni dost ko apna zubaan de diya hi aur mein hee jaanti hu, wo zubaan ke kitne pakke hi.. I am sure he will not take it too lightly that his daughter is the reason for him to loose his face in front of his friend...He would rather commit suicide than break his promise, sir...And my love is only a small price that I can pay to keep my dad's head from bowing in front of the world...
R: (shocked to hear this)What are you saying Kasturi??Are you out of your mind??Do you know what you are saying???Are you telling me that our love holds no value for you??Are you telling me that you can live happily holding somebody else's hand???
K: Sir, I prefer death to even laying my eyes on somebody else...I cannot think of anybody else other than you, even in my wildest nightmares I never thought of this...Eversince I started loving you,, I have known how much my life is intertwined with yours...However, like I said, my family is my first priority sir..I just cannot bring myself to put my vested interests before my family's...(she is crying all through)
R: and you thought I would allow you to just walk away with some one else, right in front of my eyes...🤢😡..Kasturi, I am going to tell everything to your dad, right now...
