Synonymous to Perfection, the name that needs no introduction, Karan SuperStar Singh Grover, celebrates his 37th birthday today on 23rd of February, 2020.

Born on 23 February 1982 in New Delhi, India to a Punjabi Sikh family, blessed with an younger brother, Karan moved to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, when he was in elementary school. He finished his schooling in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and then pursued a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai. He then worked as a Marketing Executive in Sheraton Hotel, Oman.

In 2004, Karan pursued a career in modelling and participated in Gladrags Manhunt Contest and won the award of the "Most Popular Model." From there began his television career with Balaji Telefilms' youth show Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi as Arnav Deol, that aired on MTV India, for which he was chosen for after a nationwide talent hunt conducted by the production house. After the successful run of the show, Karan appeared as Aman in Princess Dolly and Uska Bag. He also appeared in a special episode of CID as SID. The very year, he was launched by Ekta Kapoor, in one of her most favourite projects, Kasauti Zindagi Ki in 2005. He essayed Sharad, who was a negative character.

After his successful stint in Kasauti, riding high on his success in 2007, Karan starred in the show Dill Mill Gayye, a medical youth drama, a show which is still loved by people of all ages even after over a decade. Dr Armaan Mallik, as he is still lovingly referred as became an "instant hit" and a "teenage icon" due to the show, and that the show became the no.1 show of STAR One.

Whilst shooting for Dill Mill Gayye, Karan being an actor who loves doing stunts, also participated in a few reality shows like, Zara Nach Ke Dikha where he was the host, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 grabbing the 2nd runner's up trophy, Khatron Ke Khiladi, Idea Rocks India, Perfect Couple, and was also seen in several advertisements of many well known brands.

Karan left the show for a while, but returned after 6 months due to huge fan demands. The show ended on 29 October 2010.

After Dill Mill Gayye, Karan did two shows with Cinevistaas, their telefilm Teri Meri Love Stories, as Raghu in the episode named Ek Nano Si Love Story and made a cameo appearance in Dil Dosti Dance as Prof. Karan Mallik, in 2012

On 29 October 2012, making all his fans the happiest, Karan returned to daily fiction with 4 Lions Films' dream project Qubool Hai. Here he essayed the character of an angry young man, Asad Ahmed Khan, a total contrast to Dr Armaan Mallik and won everyone's hearts in a matter of a week. The show gained popularity quite early becoming the number 2 show of Indian Television. Every news portal, hailed Karan for the success of the show and credited him for the high television ratings of the show. With this series, Karan was described as one of the highest paid Indian Television Actors.

In 2015, Karan got his dream break into Bollywood and featured in two films, a horror flick named Alone as Kabir and Hate Story 3 of the Hate Story franchise, as a villainero Saurav Sighaniya. Alone performed well while Hate Story 3 became a box office success, ranking the most profitable franchise of all time as it was an All Time Block Buster, one of the most profitable movies of the year . News portals and various other media houses like International Business Times reviewed Hate Story 3 and acknowledged Karan for the movie's success. Songs of both the movies still rank in the most watched music videos of the decade.

Karan met his crush and Bollywood's hottest bombshell, Bipasha Basu on the sets of Alone. The sizzling pair, not only set the big screen on fire, but both also decided to take a leap of faith and took their vows around the scared holy fire, on 31st April 2016, after a yearlong courtship. They have been hailed as Bollywood's madly in love power couple since then. Ever since then, both have appeared on various chat shows such as The Kapil Sharma Show, Bhabhi ji Ghar Par Hai, The Drama Company and so on and have featured in many advertisements too. They both have a movie, slated to release this year, called Aadat.

In June 2019, Karan made a comeback to television after six years with Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay as the most iconic and loved character, Mr. Rishabh Bajaj. This made Karan the highest paid TV actor, as he was charging 3 lakhs per day. He won the best Villain Award at Gold Awards the same year. His performance not only earned him new diehard fans, but also made every single person fall in love with the dark enigmatic Mr Bajaj once again. In August 2019, Karan made his digital debut in Ekta Kapoor's Alt Balaji's web series BOSS: Baap of Special Services, as conman turned police officer, Sudhir Kohli, which is also marked as one of the best and hit shows of ALT.

Karan is also the brand ambassador of designer Rocky S's signature Brand RS. He is also the brand ambassador for UM Motorcycles , Timex watches, Forever21, Asus phones, Oppo phones, Sleepwell Mattresses, Muscle Doctor, and many more international labels and brands. Every year, Karan turns as a showstopper at Lakme Fashion Week.

Apart from being the most phenomenal actor that Indian Television can ever get, Karan is a fitness enthusiast, a super talented singer as well as an artist. In November 2017, Karan launched his music label under the name of Vanar and in January 2020 Karan launched his art series, StarInfinityArt. He has his labour of love exhibition, on 17th of March to 27th of March 2020, Mumbai.

Karan Singh Grover's charming and endearing personality, his handsome looks, his charisma, coupled with his immense talent and impeccable craft and the ease with which he owns each of his characters, has made him the most favorite of TV actors off all time. His charismatic benevolent nature along side his endearing smile , makes him a breeze when on ramp or modeling. He is a man of immense talent, who has mastered calligraphy and abstract painting in just a short span of time. Being highly spiritual, he has dedicated most of his tattoos to biblical references, his most favorite deity, Shiv ji, and has, Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion.

I first saw you as an antagonist in the first season of Kasauti Zindagi Kay. That time I never knew you as KSG; I knew you as Sharad. At that time I wasnt knowing that this newcomer who played an antagonist would play my loved character Mr Bajaj in the KZK reboot.

My next seeing you on the screens was as the the playful Dr Armaan in Dil Mill Gaye. And that time I became impressed by your acting. The playful and fun loving Dr Armaan. It struck a chord with me. Though I was impressed but I didnt become a KSGian back then. Nor did the you stint as Professor in D3 made me. But it all changed when I saw you on the screen slaying as the handsome hunk Asad Ahmed Khan. And that's when I became your fan. The character of Asad which was prim and sober with a slight touch of playfulness was what made me your fan.

You are on of the most phenomenal actors I have seen on the Indian Telly. You are so splendid. Your expressions just make all the things even more beautiful. You dont need words as your eyes convey all that you want to say.

My wish where ever I see you silky hair on your forehead my desireis to just move my fingers through them and give you tight kiss on your forehead . the way you experiment with your hairstyle some times its weird but it may look weird if someone else has that hair style. You can carry each and every one so peacefully.

These are most fascinating when some one else talks in scene and you are on screen I just look at your lips and how they keep changing. They are again expressive as your eyes

Man abhi unbutton shirt se itni mushkil hoti thi to yeh toaap soc hi sakte hain , it use to feel like so hot man so damn hot like fire . thatwell tone chest and beutuful shaped byceps and triceps . yaar yeh inke co starki jagah main kyun nahi ho sakti hahaha. Now my story

I never use to watch daily soaps much just mtv v tv and kitnimast hai zindagi make me meet him. First site and first impression he was so cuteman damn cute. Even though he was very raw that time new comer but sinceritywas so visible . I like his eyes from that time.

People will not believe but what makes me like him as anactor was sharad no no not positive shade positive one he was again cute babyface . but man when they turn him negative he and Shweta scenes I just use tolove and with rohit too. Make me follow him more. What a range a cute lookingactor can do that too. Dmg and qh areroller coaster ride they show your versatily and growth as an actor and yourtough times makes you grow as a person and make us grow as a ksgian

Your are an incredible actor, who does his work with utmost eminence which leaves everyone enthralled. The thing which I love most about you, even more than your acting is your eyes, which are really stunning. They way you express emotions through them onscreen, it makes us feel as if they have language of their own and is conversing with us.

I have been an ardent KSGian since DMG days. Dr. Armaan will always be a special for me, for me at that time he was not a character but a person who was mine first crush. When Armaan used to cry it would bring tears in my eyes and his one dimpled smile used to make my day.
