Both of them are really funny and weak and lame in S2.0. They thought Sacrifice is trending, so let's sacrifice. But when they did it, they cannot live with the consequences. 😆 Toddler's fancy and whims, they didnt see this coming. So now they are wondering and thinking of the damage. 😆

According to her, planning your own accident + trying to get someone else burnt makes Prerna feel important and needed. She doesn’t know Bajaj did the whole fire planning. I was stunned at how her thinking is regarding Anurags actions. Imagine a girl from today or any era actually thinking it’s ok for her to boyfriend to plan his own injury and someone else’s just to get her back. It’s so so toxic and unhealthy.

Why Prerna? Why do you want to feel important in such a manner? Where is your self-importance?

Agree

I liked Mr. Bajaj's that dialogue when Anu was in hospital and Prerna was not getting allowed by Mohini to meet AB and he made her realize how important self respect is?

Doesn't she have some sense? I hate this concept of a married woman always defending her x and taking a promise from her husband not to hurt him in any possible way? 😒

What baffles me the most here is - she has absolutely nothing to focus on in life other than Anurag. Until love, it was alright but from running after him irrespective of the reason despite him being married to someone else to marrying someone else - everything revolved around him. Earlier, the woman had a family to look after whom she seems to forget every now and then, to me. Shivani had to call her and rant about financial issues. Was Prerna really that ignorant to not think even once that her family might be having some?

All that she has been lately is someone's something/someone. That's about it. She has no individual identity.

This is modern day laila majnu...mad love knows no rules bound etc..purane jamane mein laila majnu the... log patharon se maarte they...love makes you do things any sane person won't think of doing...trying to relate this story to modern day lifestyle where makeup kar liya phir breakup kar liya iis the norm, is just gonna be a waste of time. I think this time they are not gonna change loyalties like kzk1 ping pong ball... ..they can if they want to but they promised they won't....let's see what future holds but Anupre will love each other and no one else. Toxic or stalking but that is what it is...

Prerna makes no sense. She has demented ideas about love. Where self sacrificing, caring a damn about self esteem and self destruction is her kind of romance.

TBH she seems like a person who has been fed about toxic masculity as heroism and regressive thoughts as self empowerment.

AnuPre are toxic for eachother. They only bring out the wrst in each other. Love can never nuture in such atmosphere. Today they are at each other like soulmates, later they get possesive and abusive. (Mental abuse)

Who writes Kasautii’s senseless dialogues?

I agree. Whatever Anurag has been doing is toxic masculinity personafied. He's hurting himself, stalking Prerna, isolating himself from everyone else but her, and not taking Prerna's no as an honest answer is toxic masculinity. And the fact that it's presented as romantic and soulmate-esque is ridiculous. Prerna saying that she feels important that Anurag did all of this to get her back? Gross. It's normalizing toxic behaviors and giving men the free pass to act like pretty dangerously in the name of love. No wonder we have movies like Kabir Singh, where behaviors like these are glorified and the girl still ends up with the guy at the end.

How many times do we have to say that WE NEED PRERNA'S INDIVIDUAL ARC???

I do agree. The writers may not have meant it that way but it did come across as problematic. I will blame the dialogue writers. They should write dialogues according to the screenplay...not whatever comes to their mind. Sometimes there is no sync between the screenplay and the dialogues.
