As far it concerns the unborn child there was no clause in the deal that Prerna can't tell Anu about the child. Prerna could have easily told Anu about the child and Bajaj was unaware about Anu not knowing. It was Prerna's responsibility to tell Anu he deserved to know as a father but she didn't there she was wrong. She should have ideally told him after they got back together after Komo's exit but she kept mute but still even after marrying Bajaj she had another chance in the hospital she threw that away as well. People don't always stay together divorces happen but that doesn't mean a child can't know their parents even if she had told him after marrying Bajaj they could have co-parented.

Bajaj hasn't snatched the child right to know his or her father if Prerna opens her mouth Anupre can still co-parent but she has decided not to tell Anu. That's Prerna fault not Bajaj's.
