i think komo hired this woman to cause problems, and maybe anu has a mole on his foot and komo knows so she told the woman to say that to 'prove' that he is dhanraj😆

well if Anu has a mole on his foot then sure komo would know having been his wife but then this means Prerna should definitely know having been his wife/lover so why was Prerna so shocked?

exactly so basically the mole must have developed after anu goes through surgery it happens 😆
so prerna was shocked coz when she was his lover then he didnt have the mole afterwards probably he did...but eww foot par mole 😆 😆 😆 aur woh bhi u know it is there is sorta gross
