I don't really think a girl would throw herself onto a guy if she was attracted. Ekta just showed that to make it part of the drama and add complications. I dont think this is a matter she thought people would go into the depths of! I don't really know. I guess it is awkward but I don't know... I'm confused😕😕

Ok in a way i think maybe mukti became weak at that moment cos just before all this happened, she had gone through a lot of emotional turmoil, starting from the time she lost out on that valentine competition, and prem went with the other girl, then like a fool she confessed her love for him at the spur of the moment, and wen she turned back, she saw that he just went away and then she is seeing he is with that same girl near the bedroom and he goes in with her, then she overhears him talking about her class, so out of frustration she kicks that girl out of the room and slaps him, then he says that she is a very nice girl, so all over again maybe her frustrated and disappointed mind must have got a relief, which her 'at that moment weak' mind understood as love, and after all this emoitional turmoil, maybe automatically her mind went to that state for relaxation, and as a result of all this, she must have slept with her!!

that explanation makes sense to an extent. i mean if they would just showed her making out with him and touching etc, that would make sense, but taking off your clothes really is a lot of effort, and requires some thinking

i do feel bad for mukti, but the scene itself was unrealistic
... and if she would have got pregnant, then what about that poor life??

I do agree, but sometimes when the mind is totally weak and frustrated, beyond a point, it doesnt think or see sense, and it just refuses to go into tat senseful state for the fear of experiencing that same disappointment and frustration all over again. Like sometimes it feels as though it is better to remain in a particular mind state, even if that state is quite different from reality, just cos that state gives u some kind of peace of mind and relaxation. So knowingly or unknowingly, all ur mind wants to be in is the 'present moment', which u just dont want to pass away! Maybe she must have absentmindedly felt that if this doesnt happen, the moment may just go away and she may land up in the same state as she was just a few minutes back! Like look at prem now...he has paused his mind to the time when mukti was finally with him, and he just doesnt want to come out of that mindset as that would bring down his world!

well, if you give that explanation, then how would you explain her waking up with so much happiness? (she looked pretty proud of what she had done!!) she had no double thoughts about it! maybe she should have made an appointment with doctor to make sure she doesnt get pregnant
also, my friend really would be okay with her sleeping with him, if it didnt require taking her clothes off. coz it's understandable that things just happened, but taking your clothes off is a conscious effort!!! or at least thats what my friend thinks
people dont agree with my friend?

especially not Mukti who has so self respect and dignity

i really like this girl, she reminds me of my friend, but that one scene did not go with her character at all.

however, if you take out the unrealistic bit, the scene was very romantic!!

Its funny the way u say 'my friend thinks', 'my friend says', is she sitting next to u when u are typing to respond to each comment 😆 ?! Different ppl think in different perspectives, and it is difficult to say who is right and who is wrong, cos an unbiased person might think both are equally right! Hey tell us ur point of view and ur opinion instead of ur 'friend's' 😉 😆 !

I don't think you can call it unrealistic, haven't you heard of good girls who had fallen for the wrong guy and one day one moment because of one bad decision their whole lives had change for the worst,?
Their stories might not be as elaborate nor as pathetic as "oh my love was so pure at that moment" kind of a thing. 😉 But these thing do happen.
there are lots of unrealistic things happening in serials, but i don't think this is one of them. mukti made a bad decision and that's just it. And she did pay for it, no character no human is flawless,

If you really want to think about this deeply, though the topic is silly discussions, 😛
i guess you can call that mukti falling in love with prem is also unrealistic, since there were not many situations to show a reason for mukti to love Prem so deeply ,but she did anyways.

what i mean is if mukti a girl with such strong morals couldn't stop her self from falling in love with a guy who she knew might hurt her, she might not have had the streangth to stop what was about to happen, in short, and i reapeat she was in love with the wrong person, 😕

In all she was a young woman who were brought up with good morals, who paid for the one but the biggest mistake in her life. It was not wrongly or written out of character, but mukti at that moment was out of character, if she wasn't don't you think that will be then written wrongly, for people do sometime and mostly, when they are in love act out of character. 😉

see, falling in love doesnt have much to with your morals
you cant help who you fall for, you seriously cant, and I repeat YOU CANT!
now that i have emphasized that enough times already, let me make one thing clear, you still can/should control the actions you take to an extent.
for example, it was acceptable for her to wear revealing stuff in Panchmeshwar, she was just being out of her character, coz she was in love!
but sleeping with somebody is a VERY drastic step!! dont you agree?? they show it so casually in Ekta Kapoor's shows, and it makes my friend feel weird lol
my friend herself has been in love with a "bad" guy, there were nearly none situations that would make her wanna fall in love with him, but she still did. that's love, it doesnt have any logics. she did very weird things too like Mukti for him and due to him. She did things that was so not like her etc. However, if given a choice, I still dont think she would sleep with him. thats just her! According to her, sleeping with somebody and being in love with somebidy are two diff things. you guys dont have to agree with her, but she's like that

btw i dont have much problem with the scene, although my friend believes that they could have shown it in a more convincing way.

i know good girls fall in love with bad boys so often, and they even end up sleeping with them or doing something similarly drastic, but in case of Prem and Mukti, it just doesnt look that believable
