Ok finally, I am gonna continue… actually, it's a Friday night and no good movie has come out on dvd, so here I am.
Rishabh Bajaj has broken down and he doesn't want to say anything further, he has let it all out and no matter how much he hurts Prerna with those words, he was ultimately hurting himself, because he still loves Prerna unconditionally. He sits in his car and leaves…
Kasak and Sneha are worried about their father, and they run behind his car, Sam is worried too. Sam follows Bajaj in her car, as she doesn't want to stay there either.
Kasak in a fit of anger walks up to Prerna and Anurag. Sneha follows her, both sisters are mad!
K: Mom, mujhe aapse ye umeed nahin thi. Aaj pehli baar meine apne papa ko isss haalat mein dekha. How could you mom? Mein yeh toh nahin jaanti ki aap ke aur Anurag uncle ke beech kya tha, aur kya hai…lekin mein itna zaroor jaanti hoon, ke aaj mein papa ke saath hoon. I am disgusted.
Sneha cries and also shares the same sentiments as Kasak: mom, mujhe laga ke aapke aur papa ki duriyon ki wajah mein thi, meri wajah se papa aap se naraaz thay, lekin wajah toh kuch aur hee hai, mein apne aapko khos ti rahi, little did I know.
It's still raining hard and is thundering… Kasak and Sneha give Anurag and Prerna a look of disgust and walk off when suddenly Kasak's phone rings. It says Sampada aunty on the caller id. She picks up and is shocked to hear from her.
K: What?
S: Haan Kasak, Mr. Bajaj ka accident hogaya hai!
Kasak cries even harder, her phone drops from her hand. Sneha is shocked, so is Prerna, Sneha picks up the phone, and finds out that Sam has hung up the phone.
Kasak runs to her car, and Sneha follows her.
S: Kasak kahan jaa rahi ho? Kasak!!
Kasak just cries and is not listening, Sneha sits next to her. Kasak with great anger and sense of urgency changes the gears and takes the car in full speed. Sneha is still confused, Kasak finally says…
K: Sneha… Papa ka accident hogaya hai.
Sneha is devastated, she calls Prem.
P: Hello, Sneha
S: Prem…
P: Sneha what's wrong? Why you crying?
S: Prem, Papa...ka…
P: What, Papa ka kya Sneha? Speak up.
S: Papa ka accident hua hai, please tum Tusshar bhaiya ke saath milkar yahaan Lilavati hospital pahuch jao.
She hangs up.
Prem is shocked too, he starts crying. Mukti who comes out of the bathroom in her nightgown, see her love sitting on the bed, with his face covered.
Mukti sits beside him and comforts him.
M: Prem, yeh kya, I know today's been a very emotional day for all of us, but come on cheer up jaan, everything is gonna be fine.
She kisses him on his forehead, Prem holds her as she is standing and he is still sitting. Prem sobs like a baby and Mukti is now worried, she feels like there is definitely something wrong.
M: Kya hua Prem?
(she asks him as she caresses his hair)
Like a brave boy he wipes his tears off and gets up.
P: I am sorry Mukti, but papa ka accident hogaya hai, and I will go with Tushar bhaiya to the hospital, u and Doris bhabhi stay here. Ok?
Mukti is shocked she cries too.
P: Honey, everything's gonna be alright.
He kisses her on her forehead and leaves.
Tushar and Prem reach the hospital they see Sampada, Kasak and Sneha waiting outside the ICU, the girls are crying and Sam is supporting them, consoling them. When the two brothers come running to them Sneha and Kasak hug them both.
K: Bhaiyaa…Papa.
T: Kuch nahin hoga papa ko, he is gonna be fine.
Tushar hints at Prem to take care of the girls while he meets the doc.
Tushar goes while, Prem is with his two sisters. Kasak cries on his shoulder and for the first time he holds her and treats her like his sister, he feels like the man of the house. Kasak also feels his love, genuine love from a brother. Prem calms Sneha and Kasak and asks Sam to look after them, while he goes to see the doc with tuski bhaiya.
Prem waits outside the door as it is shut, and is able to hear everything…
T: Doc, what is it? Is it something serious?
D: Look, Mr. Bajaj I am not going to keep things from you, but your father, Mr. Rishabh Bajaj is in coma.
Tushar is shocked, Prem is too, who has been listening to their conversation.
D: Now we are trying our best mr. Bajaj but there is no guarantee. In fact by the kind of accident that struck your father, its quite surprising he is alive.
Tushar is too devastated for words, he just walks up and leaves the room, he is about to lose control and fall when Prem holds him…
T: Prem, Papa…
P: I know Bhaiya but we gotta be strong, agar hum iss tarah se toot jayenge toh humari behenon ka kya hoga. Now only we know what's wrong, and only we should be aware of this. Dad's gonna be fine, he is a survivor…always has been, he won't leave us like this.
T: Hmmm lekin Prem, how long will we hide this?
P: As long as we can, but for now let's take the girls home, and
T: and what, they are not so stupid. They will come back tomorrow, then what.
P: Bhaiya we will figure something out. Now let's take them home and we will come back later. Or u take em I will stay back. Yea, u go, I will stay back.
T: Ok, I will be back, though, I can't leave dad like this.
P: Neither can I.
Tushar and Prem go to their sisters and Sam aunty.
S: Bhaiya, Prem papa kaise hai?
Tushar and Prem look at each other for the support to lie.
T: Papa…..thi thiik hai, he is is he iss fine.
P: Yea, Papa is fine, they just kept him under you know, just in case… there are any complications. He will be fine.
Sneha and Kasak give away a sigh or relief. Sam on the other hand knows that the boys are lieing, and understands the reason behind it. She doesn't say anything yet. She goes along with the plan.
T: So Kasak Sneha tum log chalo, its too late, as it is the doctors won't let you meet dad, come on I will drop yall home.
K: Nahin Bhaiya, we wanna stay…
S: Yea bhaiya, how can u expect us to leave… nope, we are staying.
P: Oh come on! And this is not the Bajaj house where everybody is welcome, it's a hospital only two people can stay, and its gonna be me and Tuski bhaiya. Go and relax.
Kasak and Sneha agree that he has got a point, they are about to leave when T
T: Sampada aunty aap bhi chaliye.
S: Nahin Tushar mein rukti hoon, I will give Prem a company till you return, I will leave when once you are here.
Tushar agrees and he leaves with the girls. Prem and Sampada are sitting on the bench. Prem wants to cry but he doesn't.
S: Prem, kya hua Mr. Bajaj ko. I know there is something wrong, you can't hide it from me. Beta, bolo kya baat hai.
Prem hides his face in his hands, Sampada tries to uncover his face, and his eyes are red.
P: Nothing is wrong, nothing is wrong, u got that.
S: Then why these tears?
P: For the first time, everything was normal, or atleast turning out to be, when I finally got my father back, I am losing him. Is this the punishment for the sins I committed? For the first time I feel like I am losin something that is very dear to me, a part of me. Sam aunty dad is in coma.
He breaks down, he hugs his step mom, lol. Sampada cries too, she hugs Prem and consoles him.

Anurag and Prerna on the other hand are in the car, where they discuss what just happened. Anurag realizes that he has indeed been ignoring Sam and Prerna realizes that those words of her loving Anurag all her life, that phrase its self was wrong to utter, sure she added that she loved him in different forms but that I loved Anurag all my life was plain wrong. And the fact that she hid such a big thing, the reason for her imprisonment from her husband gave rise to his insecurity even further, even though it was for his good and her family's welfare.
Anurag : Prerna subah ke 3 am bajje, I think we should go home now, I will drop you home.
Finally he realized its too late. Lol
P: Haan anurag, baton mein kaise waqt guzzar gaya pata hee nahin chala, aaj mein mr. bajaj aur mere beech ki misunderstandings clear karke rahungi.
A: After all that happened do u think…
P: I don't know but I am going to try, I love him, he is my life, I am incomplete without him. No matter how mad he is at me, I will clear this misunderstanding, once and for all. And I want something from you…
A: Sure Prerna, what is it? Mein tumhare liye kuch bhi karne ke liye tayaar hoon.
P: Please, keep a distance from me.
Anurag is shocked.
P: Haan Anurag, mein jaanti hoon ke tum aur mein "sirf" acche "dost" hai, lekin humare iss rishte par log, uss nazar se nahin dekhte jaise hum dekhte hai. I don't want to lose Mr. Bajaj at any cost, and if this is what its gonna take for me to win back his love so be it. Anurag, Sam tumse bahut pyar karti hai, aur mein jaanti hoon ki tum usse bahut pyar karte ho, lekin usse pyar ko dikhaya bhi karna chahiye.
Mr. Bajaj ne aaj jo kuch bhi kahan, woh ghusse mein kaha.
A: Haan Prerna. I understand, Sam aur mein ek dusre "bahut pyar" karte hai. Lekin jiss tarah se meine tumhe khoya tha, mein Sam ko nahin khona chahta. Mein bhi puri koshish karunga, Sam ko waapas paane ki.
Prerna smiles, and baaton baaton mein Bajaj house aagaya.
Prerna a little apprehensive to enter the house, enter with full confidence to win back her love. Little does she know the love of her life is fighting with death for his life.
Writer's note: Aaj ke liye itna bas, I hope.
It wasn't as good as I expected it to be. I have disappointed myself. But dialogues aah hee nahin rahe thay. Okay well post your comments.
