Part 12

It has been one month now, Jai and Bani has gotten so close during this period. Everyone at home was aware about this two seeing each other and they were happy for them and hoped that soon they will see them getting married. Of course they got to know by Pushkar who just couldn't shut his mouth but in one way they were grateful to him cause they didn't have to be the one telling.

Eventhough Jai and Bani don't meet everyday cause mostly they are busy with their work cause the project they were doing together had finally completed and was well received by eveyone but they often talked to each other over the phone especially before sleeping. During this time Bani has realized her inner feelings for Jai and she has decided to tell Jai about it.
On the other hand, Jai has never been this happy in his entire life and he decided that he can't live without Bani and wants her to be beside him forever. So today he has planned a special dinner near the beach side and decided to propose to her.

While getting ready, Bani have this strange feeling that something is going to happen today that will change her life but she was eager to meet Jai cause she wanted to tell him her love for him. Today she decide to wear a saree for the first time, she wore a black saree.

The whole family was aware that Jai was going to propose to Bani and at first they were so happy and excited that they wanted to tell the whole world but Jai told them to be quiet cause he didn't want Bani to know bout this. Jai has came down dressed in a black suit looking handsome and dashing as always.

Before he left he took blessing from Massi and hugged Ranveer and Raashi, Raashi was so happy for her devar and sister that she was in cloud nine. She hugged Jai and told him all the best.

Bani came down cause Jai will be coming soon so she decided to wait for him downstairs, as she made her way down she saw all the family members there and was looking at her. She was confuse at why were they looking at her like that but soon realized the reason as her mum came to her

Kiran : Bani beta u look so beautiful in a saree and with that she took her in a tight hug and blessed her.

Her father did the same thing and Pushkar just took he in a hug and told her good luck. Now she was more confuse but she didn't give it more thought as Jai have come. She bid everyone goodbye and headed towards the car.

As Jai saw her coming he quickly came out of the car to greet her but once he saw her he just kept looking at her cause this was the first time he saw her in a saree and she was looking gorgeous.

Bani's saree:



Bani who saw this couldn't help but blush and lowered her eyes. Jai came back at his senses as he saw her going shy so he quickly wnt to her and lead her to the car. But before closing the door he kissed her on the cheeks and whispered in her ears "Beautiful". At this she looked straight into his eyes and they stared at each other for a second till Jai came around and drove off.

Bani and Jai kept glancing at each other when they thought the other was not looking and both were feeling quiet nervous cause they was going to tell what they felt for each other and prayed to god that everything will be fine.

Soon the car stopped and when Bani looked outside she was surprise to see that they have come to the beach but didn't say anything and just followed Jai quietly. When they reached to the spot where they were going to have their dinner Bani was surprised and couldn't believe her eyes. In front of her was the most beautiful and romantic site that she has never seen before. There were a table for two which was lit by only candles facing the beach. She didn't have words to describe how wonderful the place looked.





Jai came behind her and asked her in her ears "how is it" sending chills into Banis body. Bani was lost of words first because of the place and secondly by being so close to Jai. She turned around and looked deep into his eyes and told him "Its perfect Jai….I loved it" and smiled sweetly. Jai was mesmerized with her as the light from the candle gave a different glow to her face. He just wanted to take her in his arms and kiss but he controlled himself and lead Bani to the chair.

Soon they started eating their dinner and talking, Bani was trying hard to find a way to tell him about her feelings while Jai was trying hard to calm himself cause he didn't want to spoilt their evening just cause his nervousness. Suddenly both of them spoke together

Jai : Bani I want to tell u something……

Bani : Jai I want to tell u something……

Both of them burst off laughing as they realized that they spoke at the same time. They soon calmed down as the atmosphere has lighten a bit. Jai decided that this will be the right time so he spoke up

Jai : Bani I know that we have known each other not too long but in this period I feel like I have known u for ages…….whenever I'm with u I feel so happy and relaxed…….i realized what I feel for u since the first day we bumped into each other……I love you Bani and today I want to ask u something….

He got up off his chair and kneeled infront of her and took out a box from his jacket.
Bani who was just staring at him was so happy to hear him saying he loved her but when he kneeled infront of her she just froze

Jai while opening he box said : Bani will u marry me…….will u make me the happiest man in the world by being by my side forever and I promise u that I will love and cherish u forever……..so Bani will u marry me……

Bani who felt overwhelmed that tears formed in her eyes just couldn't describe how happy she felt today

Bani : Jai…….of course I will marry u with that she gave him a tight hug and whispered into his ears 'I love u too JAI……I LOVE U"

Jai was so happy that she accepted his propose and on top of it she told him she loved him too just couldn't contain how happy he was that he just took her in his arms and twirled her around. Soon he stopped and put Bani on her feet. They kept looking at each other with a smile playing on their lips.

Jai took her hand still looking into her eyes and slipped the ring into her finger. Bani who felt something cold on her finger looked down and saw the most beautiful ring and kept admiring it till she heard Jai speaking.



Jai : Bani thank u…….today I feel like I'm in heaven

Bani : Jai I'm so happy today and all thanks to u

With that said they looked at each other and soon Jai sealed her lips in a slow and sensual kiss and this was their first kiss being together and this kiss was full of love and promising a wonderful life together.
