Jai mused as he waited for masi and rest of the family to get ready for the sangeet. He had already been put on his clothes…Turquoise colored pure silk kurta pajama with embroidery on the collar and front and asymmetric embroidery on the chest, with plain black pyjama had been chosen by Anu, Bani and masi. The trio had gone shopping for him and had spent whole day going through countless outfits before selecting several suits keeping in mind all the ceremonies. When they arrived home loaded with bags upon bags of clothes, Jai had wondered if they had used up his credit limit.
He took the quiet time to reflect on the past two weeks, where the wedding was almost called off because Bani had cold feet and she had come to her senses when he had threatened to carry her off into his bedroom and show her how much he loved her, saying he didn't need to go through all the rituals etc to make Bani his. Jai told her she was stubborn, passionate and excitable and he would love to see demo of how passionate and excitable she could be. One night whilst surfing the web, Jai decided to check out Chinese horoscope to see if her personality matched one defined for her birth year.

After one day of trying to plan the wedding with masi and Kiran, Jai had given up and decided to hire a professional wedding consultant and let them deal with Bani, Kiran and masi. The sangeet was to be held in the garden of Walia mansion. A large tent had been set up two days ago and the decorator and spent half day today arranging lights, flowers, candles etc A separate catering tent had been busy creating dishes to please several palates. The smell of the food had wafted into the house making everyone sneak out to the tent and sample the dishes.
Bani arrived with Kiran and went straight to the tent as they expected everyone to be there. Seeing Jai and family had not arrived they just mingled with the few guests already arrived. Few minutes later Anu arrived with a bunch of giggling girls carrying backpacks. They walked up to Bani and Anu introduced them….Jigna, Bunny, Harv, Rivya, Ridhi, Coolgurl, HeartBreaker, the girls called themselves the JB Gurlz (J for Jigna and B for Bunny as they are the main choreographers) and will be performing a dance at party. Bani gave them her sweet smile and hoped the girls would stay around for the rest of the party after the dance. Anu took the girls to the house where they could change into the costume. They spied Jai looking extremely sexy and fell over themselves as Jigna almost stopped to ogle at the man. Once in the room the girls bombarded Anu with questions about the sexy guy downstairs and were disappointed when they found out the guy was her mamaji and he was getting married in two days time. The girls soon perked up when Anu told them there will be other hot guys at the party, including her two brothers, Ranveer and Sahil.
Jai and family made their way to the tent, but not before Jai berated Jigyasa for taking so long to get ready. Bani's eyes lit up as she saw Jai entering the tent, looking so hot in the turquoise kurta. Jai smirked at Bani staring at her and blew her a kiss as he walked up to her. Twirling her around as he admired the dark pink georgette sari with resham and kundan jari embroidery. He whistled at the almost backless blouse making her blush. Adi thumped Jai in the back and said, "That's enough of drooling at your fiance, show some respect and stop embarrassing her in front of elders." Draping his arm over Bani's shoulder, Jai glared at Adi, "Find your own girl to drool at Adi, leave me and Bani alone."
Adi rolled his eyebrows and joked, "Your sister has eyes in the back of head, if I did what you just did with a beautiful woman she would bite my head off." Ranveer and Sahil who were standing behind Adi grabbed his arm and said "Come on dad let's go and find our own girls before mamaji wraps mami up in a burka." The trio went off laughing at Jai glowered at them.
Slowly the guests arrived and soon the tent was buzzing with guests talk and laughter. Avibhaiya of Avi Styling had been hired by Jai to video tape the events and so he came looking hot and sexy in black kurta. He brought along his other two buddies Ravi and Manish to help out…Ravi and Manish were more of a hindrance to Avi than help as they had really came to check out the JB Gurlz. They had heard JB Gurlz were going to dance at the party.(There are so few guys on the KS forum so thought why not include them in the ff.)
Soon it was time for the entertainment to begin and Anu arranged to get Jai and Bani to sit in front of the stage. The lights dimmed and JB Gurlz dressed in pink (Jai's favourite colour), complete with pink and silver jewellery and hands of full of bangles glided on the stage. (saris worn by JB Gurlz)
Music began and the girls launched into a lively cheography to "Mere Haathon Main Nau Nau Chudiyaa Hai". Lot of clapping and whistling accompanied the dancing as the girls twirled and moved to intricate steps. During the last chorus of the song, Jigna went and pulled Jai on the stage and completed the last routine dancing around the dulha to be. When the dance ended the tent erupted with claps and shouts of more. Jai thanked the girls and kissed (only on the cheeks, lips are reserved for Bani) as they left the stage. Bani walked over to the girls where they were standing and thanked them for putting on a wonderful dance. She invited all of them to the mehndi party next day and to the wedding. As Bani walked away a Ranveer, Sahil,and Pushkar came up and asked the girls if they would do join them for a dance since they wanted to dance to "Bole chudiyaan Bole kangna…" Bunny asked them to wait a minute while they talked it over. The girls went away and talked in hushed tones for minute or so and then Bunny walked back and looked at Ranveer, "We'll do it but it'll cost you. You have to take all of us out to dinner at a restaurant of our choice." Ranveer, Sahil and Pushkar all shouted together, "It's a deal. Ok we'll give you few minutes to get ready while we get Anu to organize the music."
Ten minutes later, the lights dimmed again, the guys walked on the stage, including Ravi and Manish…they weren't going to miss a chance of dancing with their favourite girls. The music started and as the girls joined the guys, a loud cheer went up almost drowning out the music.
JB Gurlz had previously done this dance so had all the moves and as they did their moves, the guys struggled to match them with Sahil and Pushkar falling over each other couple of times. Ranveer seemed to be the only one that could match the steps danced by the girls. The end of dance again brought on lots of cheering, clapping and whistling.
Finale of the entertainment ended with surprise for Jai. Anu had blackmailed Bani to do a dance and so as Bani came on the stage, Jai clapped and whistled the loudest in the crowd. Bani turned beetroot red and wanted to walk off the stage. Bani danced to one of her favourite songs "Piyaa tose nainaa laage re, nainaa laage re, jaane kyaa ho ab aage re". Unknown to Jai Kiran had forced Bani to take Bharatnatyam lessons for several years when she was young, and therefore she danced gracefully with emotive facial expressions.
Kiran had tears in her eyes, as it had been a long time since Bani had done any dancing. When the dance ended there was a moment of silence and then everyone started clapping, Jai just jumped on the stage (a la jumping Jeetendra style) and picked up Bani and twirled her around and planted her kiss on her cheek. (Gotta make some JB moments just like the tv) Avi made sure he recorded all of it for Jai.
The party ended quiet late as dinner, dancing and more fun followed. The JB Gurlz were seen off by Jai and Bani with promises of seeing them at the mehndi party next day.

The mehndi party was held at Bani's house, actually it was held on the roof top balcony of the building that all the tenants shared in the building. It was decorated with pots of jasmine, pink impatients, roses and large bowls with lotus and floating diyas. Colourful Chinese lanterns cast soft light around the balcony. It was going to be small affair with very close friends of Bani and Jai's family.
The JB Gurlz had arrived early and they all were having mehndi done on their hands. Bani already had one hand covered in mehndi design all the way up to her elbow. The girls were having fun feeding each other and dancing to the songs being played on the cd player. Bani was being teased by her friends, especially by the ones that were already married.
Jai sat with the guys in one corner drinking and talking but all the while watching Bani. After some time he walked over towards the girls and was immediately hauled by Anu to sit next to Bani. The girls teased their jiju and tried to get him have a mehndi tattoo done on his arms. Jai good naturedly humoured the girls but refused the tattoo saying he didn't want to outshine Bani by having his tattoo come out more dark red than hers because he loved her so much. The comment of earned him a pout from Bani and a pinch from Anu as Bani's hands were covered with mehndi.
Around midnight the crowd had scattered and only Jai and Bani were left on the balcony. Anu had shooed everyone away as Jai had told her he wanted to be alone with Bani before he went home. Anu brought up a bowl of gajjar ka halwa for them and left. They quietly shared a bowl of gajjar ka halwa which Bani's mum had made as it was favourite of Bani.

On the day of wedding both houses were a buzz of activity as masi and Kiran tried to accomplish many of the rituals. Jai put on the sherwani, a cream and maroon creation with light gold embroidery. He went downstairs and masi, Jigyasa and Anu tied the traditional headdress and sehra. Masi gave shagun to Jai and blessed him as they got ready to leave for the venue.
Adi called Ranveer over and asked to go and bring the ghodi up to the front of the house. Ranveer went outside to look for the ghodi and boy was he in for a surprise. He saw a pure white Lipizzaner Stallion, decorated in red and gold waiting patiently, but what made his heart jump was the beautiful woman standing next to the horse holding the reins. Taz the owner of the horse was dressed in a dark red outfit that showed off her curves off provocatively. The choli revealed her creamy bare midriff and her long hair in a braid with the golden tassles at the end hung over her shoulders. (What Taz is wearing)
As Ranveer approached look dashing in a gold sherwani, Taz batted her eyelids at him. She whispered quietly, "Prabhu , sansaar mai aisi koi baat to hai nahi jo tumse chhoopi ho. tum to sab jaante ho. Dekho mai ye nahi kahati ke tumhe yaad nahi hoga , lekin phir bhi apni taraf se kah denaa achchaa hotaa hai. Aaj ktna subh din hai. bas ek chhotisi binati hai prabhu. Dekho .. jaraa Dekho ye ghodi ki lagaam khinchate khinchate haath aise ho gaye. hai jaise ghodi ke khoor. Arre tumhare liye kya mushkeel hai? bas who rajkumaar aatia hari usse baat lagaao prabhu ke Taz raani ban ke raaj karay , yu ke majaa aa jaae jindagi kaa. aage jaisi tumhari marzi."
Ranveer could smell the scent of jasmine coming from the gajra worn by Taz. He should in front of her and stuttered, "mei…aapko…bulane…aya…meri saath chalogi…"
Taz swayed her hip slightly and stared in his eyes and husked, "any where with you handsome." She linked her arm through Ranveer and planted a kiss on her ghodi, Dhano, "Yaar, you are still my best friend."
Next wedding and honeymoon. I hope the JB girls and Taz_234 liked taking parts in the update. Avi, Manish and Ravi hope you don't mind taking part in the update. If I have forgotten to mention any names that wanted to be in the dance…sorry.
Ps let me know if I have made any major mistakes as I am not editing the part.
