jai closed his eyes once the aircraft took off from mumbai's chatrapati shivaji airport ....he was kinda tired ...last 2 weeks had been very hectic as he had to complete loads of work before he left for his honeymoon ......his honeymoon ...yup they had been married for rufly over 2 weeks ..and ever since he was being pestered by everyone to go on his romantic sojourn .he had avoided the whole honeymoon thing successfully a few times but that day when everyone was having their breakfast masi surprised him by handing him two tickets to greece ...he didnt accept them but instead looked at her ...what followed he remembered clearly he shared a small eye lock with her...boy did those eyes speak or what ..those sparkling gems had conveyed to him that he keep his masi's wishes ........once he took the tickets ..he took great interest in the arrangements ...where they wud stay ..what all places wud they visit....cos after it was his honeymoon and that too with bani the love of his life and his wife ...he shud have been the happiest person rite now but he wasnt because the situation was so weird ...it was not a honeymoon really it was more of a vacation with a friend and it was going to be fun that was a guarantee with bani arnd ..rite now he cudnt expect more than this ...he opened his eyes and looked at bani she had finally made her self cosy in the seat and resting her head against the window had dosed off probably bec she must have thought he was sleeping ...well she must be tired as well with all the shopping she had done in the last few days well not her she had been dragged into the spree by anu ,jigs n masi forcibly ..he remembered her telling him the nite of her first day of the shoppin spree ...' jai my god what is wrong with everybody .they keep telling me buy this buy that ..its such a waste jai tell them to stop '..he had just laughed saying ' just go with it ..dont worry abt the money '..but bani she wasnt happy with all the spending ....jai smiled remembering all that then givin bani another look he closed his eyes ..the smile still on his lips .. they say greece ..is the city of romance ...and he was no less than a greek god .. so wud bani fall for him ...wud the ambience n his charm work together to weave some magic on her .....was the big question ..but the question /the very thought of the question widened the smile on his lips ..........

the swiss international flite touched down at the international airport of athens ...bani woke up feeling all fresh just before the flite touched down as for jai he was up towards the end of the flite ....after completing all the formalities at arrival jai and bani made their way to the domestic terminal ..as they had their flite to crete (greece is a n archipalago of islands nd crete is one of the many islands it is quite a romantic place...)
the ride from the heraklion airport ( the airport at crete ) to the hotel was an hour long but it was certainly worth it ..as the both jai n bani were completely zapped by the sheer beauty of the place ...bani in her heart cudnt thank masi enuf for choosing such a wonderful place ..but little did she know that masi only gave tickets to athens and this picturesque and definately very romantic island of crete was her husbands choice ...as for jai he certainly felt proud of his choice once again ..brilliant he thought ...he felt even better as he found bani enjoyin every minute of her ride...

As the cab came to a halt at Elounda gulf villas n Suites ....bani was zapped further ..she was at losss of words ..what she had expected was a conventional hi-fi hotel knowing jai's choice but what met her eyes left her searching for words ...here she was standing before a row of huge villa's ..beyond which she cud make out was the beach ....she was lost in a trance which was broken by jai's voice 'bani let's move ..'
bani made her way inside the villa ..it was huge n picturesque to say the least ...as she walked and made her way to the back portion of the villa ..she saw the huge pool that was there ...wow first such a huge villa ..then yr personal chef n butler ..and now yr private pool ..this place was certainly no less than heaven ...she heard the door being shut ..at a distan so now everyone must have left ..hmm finally its jai n me as she quickly made her way to where jai was and hugged him ever so tightly....and placed her head on his chest (it was a first of sorts)
bani lifting her head : jai .......thanku so much this place is gorgeous absolutely divine ...this is going to be my most memorable holiday cos this place is like nothing i have evr seen or i am gonna see ..and the very fact that its a holiday with u makes its even better.........(what made her say the last part didnt really strike bani ..she didnt realise that this very last bit wud touch jai immensely that he wud get confused abt their relationship ..she placing her head on his chest had left his heart pounding like never before )
jai placing his arms arnd her : u r welcum sweety ...i just hoped u liked the place ...
bani: yr choice n i dont like it yeh to ho hi nahin sakta ...
jai: ok now what u wanna relax today n start the site seeing tom ...
bani: lets freshen up first ....then eat...fir what ever u decide ....

Jai n bani opened their bags and decided to keep their clothes in the closet ...jai noticed while bani kept her clothes she was kinda miffed ...but smiled as well ..wonder what did that to her ....once both of them were done with their clothes ...one by one they freshened up n got ready ...with jai being the first one followed by bani ....as bani made her way to the dining area ..the butler n chef were there doing their work for a late lunch while jai was sitting outside by the pool side ...bani to made her way to the poolside ..jai was quite surprised to c bani dressed in a salwar kameez once again for all he knew bani was more into western wear ..but post marriage he had not seen her wear nething western ...it made jai wonder cos there were no restrictions at WM about what to wear n not ...
bani snapped her fingers in front of jai bringing him out of his thoughts ...
bani; kya hua
jai: u 've stopped wearing western clothes ..masi ne kuch kaha did she say something ...
bani nodded in the -ve
jai: then ..as jai kept lookinng at her waiting for an answer ....
bani: woh it slipped out of anu's tongue that u always wanted yr wife to wear indian clothes so....main aur kuch to nahin kar sakti for u to itna to ..par if u dont like it ...
her words hit jai's heart ...making him fall for her even more ..how did she do this.... care so much ...she changed her lifestyle just bec anu happened to say sumthing ..that 2 when she no's this marriage was not a typical marriage ...before jai cud say something the fone rang ..but jai quickly before piking up the call said : thanks for caring so much ..which solved the confusion in bani's mind to a certain extent
Once the call was over the butler came and called them for lunch ...it was a continental affair ...while jai enjoyed the meal .....bani well she did eat but when it came to food she wasnt very adventurous so she just had the bare minimum nd ne way she wasnt feeling very hungry...
soon after their late lunch they were off on a sunset cruise around the mirabello gulf...
finally made it....ok the honeymoon continues ..next chapter as well ..hopefully some romance ..but cant promise 😉 comments welcum ...they atleast tell me i am headed the rite way.....
