Nikita, glad you liked the interactions. Yup, Maasi took away his cell phone because he is always working and she wanted him to relax, and chill out. But of course no one can keep it away from him for too long. Will be continuing soon.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. Without taking too much time, here is the next part.

Part 3:

After lunch was over, Jai was back on sets in order to do what he had promised. Bani avoided him as much as possible as she wasn't involved in much of the action. The director along with the choreographers dealt with the recording while she was behind the camera seeing how things had come out.

Bani remained in her room watching the tapes, there was something about him. It was above the obvious attraction, it was the way he moved. It was disciplined yet loose. His body and looks could make any women go weak in the knees, but that wasn't the most important thing for him. It was his eyes, they were soulful, and there was warmth in them that could attract anyone they wanted. They could make anyone do anything. And that's why she despised him…

If she was able to capture what she wanted on camera then within a year every woman would want him, and every man would envy him.

Because things happened smoothly, they were able to shoot at least 5 different shots from different angle. Bani kept watching all the scenes over and over again, trying to pick which ones looked best. Just when she had made up her mind and went outside to talk to the directors, she accidentally bumped into none other then Jai Walia.

"You have been doing a good job at it." Jai smiled.

"A good job? At what?" A little confused about what he was referring to.

"Avoiding me…" Jai saw Bani try to fumble for an excuse "Don't worry about it. Do you ever relax?"

"Relax? Of course I do…" Bani was annoyed that he was so observant. She didn't like having herself being analyzed.

"Then why do you keep watching Rano so carefully? She is fine."

Bani wasn't surprised Jai already knew Rano's name so quickly. "Just being cautious. She is in her 8^th month of marriage and yet she won't take time off. I have told her many times to just stay at home, I can get the work done, but no!" And then she realized who she was saying all this to.

Jai smiled, for the first time Jai had seen warmth and generosity in her eyes when she talked about Rano. It was obvious that Bani cared a lot about Rano, maybe more then herself at this time. "Bani, how come you haven't eaten anything all day?"

Bani was surprised he had noticed. She tried to eat earlier, but just couldn't as he kept looking at her. And then after had become so busy that didn't even remember food. "I am not hungry."

Just then Bani's stomach made a rumbling noise, declaring a need for dinner. "Don't lie."

"Fine, I will go eat afterwards. Right now we are recording a game show in the other hall. I need to go make sure everything is going well there." Bani turned around to walk away from Jai Walia but to her surprise he followed her right through.

"I want to see it too." Jai was going to get her agree for dinner tonight if nothing else.

The two of them entered the room and the game was at it's peak with both the teams have 30 points each. There were 5 minutes left into the game, and it was obvious from Bani's face that she was totally into the game. "Bani, you want to make a bet?"

"A bet? Of what kind?" Bani liked bets but she was certain that if she lost any kind of bet with Jai Walia she would be in trouble.

"What team are you rooting for here?"

Bani looked at the teams, "Team two, why?"

"Okay, if team two wins then you can tell me to do anything and I will do it. If team one wins you will have dinner with me. Deal?"

Bani didn't like the odds, "If team one wins, and if I tell you to just keep the relationship between us purely professional, you will do it?"

"That would be a pity, but yes I would." Jai felt as if team two would win, at least he hoped with all his heart.

"All right, it's a deal." Bani watched the game and cheered as team one kept on getting higher and higher scores. There was a part of her that wanted her own team to lose but she ignored it.

However, things turned around in the last five minutes and team two ended up being the winners. "I guess you owe me dinner."

Bani would never back out on a promise but she really wanted to at least this one time. No excuse would work, "Fine."

"Good, I will pick you up tonight at 7."

She only nodded; it was hard for her to speak.

A few hours later, after her work had been done at the shoot, Bani finally rested in her office with her friend Rano sitting next to her. Rano saw Bani pop two pill in her mouth, a sure sign of trouble. "What's wrong?"

"It's been a long day," Bani knew she couldn't hide much from Rano; her eyes were sharp and knew everything.

"Want to talk about it?" She knew the answer would be a no, but why not try?

Bani never confided in anyone, probably because there was no one in her life that she could trust with all her heart. Rano was a good friend, always energetic and probably the only person that came close to being trustworthy in Bani's life. "Rano, I think you have enough things to worry about with the kids, and taking care of Ranveer."

"That stuff continues on, why are you so annoyed with yourself?"

"Annoyed with myself?" Bani hated it when people could see through her.

"Bani, I know you… what did you do that is making you really bugged?"

"What did you think of Jai Walia?" Bani knew she might as well tell the truth.

"Before or after I stopped drooling at him?" Rano smiled softly.

"Where is your shame? You are pregnant with Ranveer's children, woman!" Bani knew that even though Rano had said that, she still loved Ranveer more then anything.

"Oh come on, drooling at him is like drooling at Shahrukh or Salman, can't be stopped." Rano felt a kick in her stomach, "Fine, I wont drool, I guess even the kid isn't happy with me drooling."

"Rano, when will you change," for the first time all day Bani was fully relaxed if only for a second.

"Now, seriously what about him?" Rano was worried for her friend.

"What did you think of him?"

Rano was surprised by the question but answered simply. "I liked him, he wasn't condescending, he wasn't arrogant like rich people can often be. He wasn't snickering at any of the workers."

"Those are all negative virtues."

"Fine, he was nice, he signed autographs for everyone that wanted one. He joked around with everyone making sure everyone was happy and comfortable." Rano wondered why Bani was asking all this. " I give him 5 stars"

"Well, I guess I should be glad to hear that, considering I am having dinner with him tonight."

Rano's mouth opened up wide, in the past few years, Bani had gone out on very few dates but none of them went anywhere. "Wow!"

"It's confidential; I don't want it in every newspaper tomorrow."

"Okay, but doesn't it give you a tingle to look at him?"

Bani stated bluntly before getting up to leave, "It gives me pain, you know rich people like him aren't my type."

"You are sick, really very sick. You want me to go instead of you?"

Bani chuclked as she opened the door, "No, I think I can handle him." She had no idea if she really could though.

"Fine, I want all the details. I am pregnant and I have a need for weird information, so just let me know if he always smells so good."

"I never noticed his smell" but even as she said it, Bani knew that wasn't true, she clearly remembered what he smelt like—like a man.

I am not too sure what length that was because in lenght it seems long but the story still seems to be moving slowly. I realized that only after I had written it so let me know if you guys want me to speed things up. Also, let me know if you guys want all the details that I am giving or would you rather I just focus on the storyline and move it forward. Hoped you liked it, all your comments and suggestions will be taken into consideration, and fully appreciated.
