Dear Friends,
I have been reading your fanfics which inspired me to write one of my own...this is my first and basically based the serial itself but the way I would have liked story to flow after the consummation scene i.e Jai not feeling guilty and slowly but surely Jai& Bani accepting each other as husband & wife. My hindi is not very good so the dialogues are mixed..Last but not the least I await your comments......
Part One
After the Consummation Scene:
Jai wakes up after sometime and sees that Bani is sleeping on his arm. He looks at her contently, thinks about what has happened but somehow feels very happy about it. He looks at her face, sleeping on his arm, he cannot remember the last time when he has seen such an innocent beautiful face…suddenly as if sensing something, Bani moves deeper into his arms and hugs him tightly with her face hidden into his chest…..as if it is most natural , Jai hugs her back and starts kissing her with his fingers running through her hair, biting gently her ears, kissing her sleeping eyes…they are her best features he thinks..I can drown in them………what about her lips…they are so cute…he simply could not resist them…Bani tries to open her eyes as a shiver runs through her body…..she realizes that her husband is trying making love to her…she calls out to him with her fingers in his hair…Mr Walia…Jai thinks he has never heard anything so sweet and heavenly…he knows that now she is with him.
Its 0830 in the morning the next day, and the new lovers are sleeping in each other's arms oblivious of the wide awake world outside. The intercom shrills, Jai gets up with a jolt and quickly picks up the line, trying his best not to disturb Bani, she had a busy night….
………..Mr Walia..Rano this side, can I have a word with Di please….
your Di is sleeping Rano....she will call you back when she gets up….ooof when will her sisters grow up..don't they realize that she has a husband now and she …Oh god…she is awake and already moving away from him…trying her best to cover herself with her petticoat & sari, her face blushed red , her eyes averted….he catches her hand just as she tries to get down from the bed..
……..Bani..I would like to have a word with you…..she snatches her hand back and runs into the bathroom…..Jai laughs …no she would definitely not like to have a word with him in this state…he gets up…rings for tea & papers, wears his dressing gown…knock…knock…
………come in Tony….should I make your tea Sir, he takes the paper, no Tony, I will wait for Bani…
Bani comes out looking fresh as a dew drop, but wearing the same sari..he looks up from the paper..smiles at himself…poor girl did not get the time to take out her clothes…
…….Bani…….Ji…can you please make my tea….ji …she shuts the cupboard after taking out his clothes, lays it on the bed and with her head bowed, all shy, she comes and sits opposite him, with a shaking hand makes his tea…hands it..over to him….he takes a sip …aahh……..bani you make the best tea…
bani about last night….ji Mr Walia….Bani…we are husband wife…ji….its most natural …ji Mr Walia…I hope I have not hurt you, Bani….I ……..Tring tring…Bani jumps up to take the call, Jai just raises his hand and runs it through his hair, so much so for a conversation, can't they leave us by ourselves…
Ha Rano bolo…keya….kab…accha..mai abhi ati hu…she puts down the phone quickly and looks at him drinking his tea…Mr Walia…Wo..Pia…mujhe niche jana hai…
thik hai Bani…we will talk later….Bani runs out of the room…Jai shakes his head, collects his clothes and goes to the Bathroom.
In Rano's Room
Bani : Kya hua Pia…tum kab…ayi ho
Rano: Subah 5 baje, Pushkar se jhagra karke,
Pia: Di, usne mere upor hath uthaya, mera apmaan kiya, his family is always first priority. Meri izzat kuch bhi nehi…sob..sob..
Rano: Are Pia ab rona bhi bandh karo. Kabse roye ja raheho. Tumbhi kuch kum nehi..kuch jaroor bola hoga pushkar ko.
Bani: Dekho Pia, shadi ke baad pati ke saath jhagra hona to swabhwavik hai. Iske matlab yeh nehi tum ghar chhor ke ajao.
Pia : Maine bahut galti ki Mr Walia ke saath shadi na karke. Mere waje se aapko kitna taklif ho rahi hai….Mr Walia ko kitna dukh pahucha hai….Pushkar is good for nothing…Mr Walia ke samne to kuch bhi nehi………
Bani (irritated): Dekho Pia, jo hogaya so hogaya, Bure samay sabke aate hai lekin usse koi bhag nehi jata…usko samna karo..Pushkar ka sath do..akhir tumne pyar karke shadi ki….
At the same time in the Puja Ghar
Masi : Bani kaha reh geyi..kaal raat ko bhi jaldi ghar chali ayi
Dadi : Are Pia ayi uske saath baat kar rahi hogi….phir jai ko bhi to tyar karna hai
Masi: Ha Munna bhi aajkal uske upor kitna depend karta hai...dunoko bhagwan khush rakhna.
At the Breakfast Table
Roshni, Jigyasa, Ranveer, Aditya, Sahil already seated. Masi & Dadi are seen coming out of the Puja room with arati ki thali waiting for Jai who is coming down the stairs..Jai takes the arati looks at the B/F table ..and asks..where is Bani…
Jig: Welcoming her sister Pia, who barged in at 5 baje in the morning to pay a visit to us….after fighting with her husband…humne jo dharmshala kholke rakha…
Jai: Tony call Bani…
Bani comes down, gives a glance at the table and hurries into the kitchen.
Tony serving the Walia clan…
Roshni : Are tony Jai ka plate khali hai..Jai …Toast loge…tries to serve him toast..Jai just raises his hand and stops her…
Bani comes with a tray serves Jai with Juice, fruits, salad & cereal (health diet)…gives Jai a shy smile…proceeds to Aditya…serves him with Juice & Salad..gives a look at his paratha and says only one today Aditya uncle..then takes a seat besides him.
Roshni: Aree Bani, kal keya ho gaya tha, tum jaldi chali ayi party chhor kar..
JW: Kisine Bani ke drink me kuch mila diya tha..she had a headache.
Roshni: Are Jai, Bani ke drink me kuch milane se kya phayda…You are sounding like a protective husband.
JW (irritated): You forget Roshni, the drink was meant for me and yes I am a husband……Aditya hurry up...we are getting late…
Jig: Agar koi jaldi uthe to jaldi office ja sakte
Masi: Kal rat a party der tak chali...koi baat nehi –ek ad din der hoyi jate hai...
JW & Aditya get up to leave, Jai looks at Bani, catches her eye....Bani lunch bejwa dena something light....too much of rich food in the party…walks towards the door.
Bani: Mr Walia mujhe apse ek baat batani hai and runs to meet him…Aditya nods and walks out.
Jig: Tok diya pichhe se
Dadi: To keya huwa…biwi hai uski..
Bani: in a soft voice, Pia do char din ke liye yeha rehgi, Pushkar ke saath uska thoda jhagra ho gaya…..mera matlab, thik hai na, if she stays…
JW: Yeh ghar tumhara bhi hai Bani and she is your sister…
Bani is a little taken aback and surprised….gives Jai her famous look & they look into each others eyes and ……. Bani me ab chaloo….
Bani: Apna kheyal rakhiyga, gives him her shy smile…
Off to Office
Aditya driving the car and Jai sitting with a thoughtful look on his face:
Aditya: Jai kya hua…Tum kya sooch reh ho….
JW: Aditya shaadi me pyar bahut jaroori hota hai…
Adi: Ha, uske sath sath bharosa & understanding bhi jaroori hai..
JW: Matlab
Adi: Pyar to kayi log karte hai, maine bhi kiya tha tumhari behan se, lekin mere shaadi toot gayi kyoki understanding nehi thi...
JW: Pata nehi Bani aur mere bich ...................
Adi: Jai give sometime..your marriage to each other was unusual…..feelings grow with time & Bani is a matured girl for age.. She will be a good wife…trust me....now come lets go inside and start the day's work…its already late.
While they were about to part ways:
JW: Aditya….I mean..I….hmm..I have consummated by marriage
Adi: A slow smile spreads across his face…shows a thumb's up sign to Jai & says..Jai this is a great news…please don't feel guilty..you & Bani deserve to be happy….
JW: But our age difference…Bani did not want Pia to marry me because of this…
Adi: Jai…when there is meeting of souls, age difference does not matter………..Jai forget everything now…just enjoy being with Bani…You better keep my daughter happy otherwise you have to deal with me my son!!!

In the shopping mall
Bani, Anu, Rano, Pia are having a blast over cups of coffee & ice-cream and discussing what all purchases they have made and who will wear what during the wedding, the gifts they have bought for others back home:
Bani: Anu tumne jo ghagra choli mere liye kharide..I like the colour but not the choli..its too deep & lot of dories at the back...bandna mushkil ho jayega….
Anu: Apko keya mushkil..apka apna help hai na.
Bani: Kaun ?
Anu: Kyo Mamaji..maine tikne bar dekhe unhe apka dori bandte hue
While Bani turns red, Pia looks confused, Rano & Anu have a good laugh and they pull Bani leg for sometime…joke about how J&B stealing glances at each other thinking nobody is looking at them.
Anu: Rano, Mamaji ke expression dekhkar to lagta hai ki yeh job unhe bahut pasand hai…
Rano: Ha maine yeh bhi dekha hai ki di ki hath ke chodiya kholte huye.
Bani: Tum dono a koi kam nehi hai keya khali hum dono ke upar spying karne ke siwa
Both Anu & Rano together: NEHI
Anu: Pata nehi kya baat hai per mami aajto aap bahut glow kar rahe hai subha se…
Bani: Chalo ladkia ghar chalte hai sare nau bajne ko hai…
Anu: Ha ha ghar ake Mr Walia mujhe doonta hoga…achha Mami ...mamaji ko aap Jai nehi bula sakti…
Rano: Nehi to Munna ?
The girls break into peals of laughter….
The girls enter the Walia house well after 10 p.m. …Rest of the family are having dinner…JW gives a glance at Bani's direction…
Dadi: Aree ladkia khana khane ajayo..
Anu: Nehi Dadi ..bahut snacks kha liya bhuk nehi hai…
After sometime
JW is working in his study with a glass of whiskey next to his laptop….he can hear the ladies laughing aloud from time to time but he is only straining to hear Bani's voice…he gives up working, picks up his glass goes and peeps into the drawing room from the balcony above…
Aditya looks up and sees him, smiles at himself and tells the party, now girls thanks for the presents, raat bahut hogayi hai, abhi sone jayo, now you all should take good rest as you have to look best on the wedding day i.e two days from now…jao ..jao..
JW quickly enters his room, puts down his glass and gets into his bed and thinks aditya is such a darling…switches off the lights…
Little later Bani tip toes into the room…goes & changes…creeps into the bed trying not to disturb JW…suddenly a hand reaches and pulls her against him…itna der kaha laga di Bani…aap jag rahe ho….nehi mai so raha hu…Bani laughs & moves into his arms with her head on his chest…
No Jai thinks…no need for a talk with her about their physical relationship..it shows that she has already accepted him. ….JW hugs bani tight & starts kissing her…
Part II
Rano & Sahil try to elope the next day, but are caught, Bani is very upset with Rano…just fails to understand how a level headed girl like Rano do something stupid like this inspite of her warnings not to fall for Sahil…
Sahil is JW's pet…Jig is mad..cursing Bani & her sisters as gold diggers etc etc…JW hears it for sometime & blows his steam out…
Jigyasa thank your lucky stars that something like this happened before the wedding day and not on the day itself….and stop cursing Rano…Sahil is equally responsible…
Jig: Is bani ne apne baheno ko amir ladka phasane sikhaya hai..sabke samne bholi phirti hai..
JW now totally irritated…Jigyasa…now don't blame Bani…as it is she is very upset herself…I think I will arrange for Sahil's & Rano's wedding…
Jig: Upset my foot…and I will not agree Jai Bhaiya…
JW: You have no choice, Rano does not have parents and I am her Jijaji & your elder brother…I have taken the decision and no arguments….Aditya you can arrange for sagun and I will get Bani to accept it..
Ranvijay & Roshni march in just then & threatens to call off the wedding of Rohit (frog face) & Anu…
JW: Tells them coldly…think carefully, if that your son wants, I have no objection, but I will not have my family blackmailed into any kind of relationship..
Jig tries to say something, aditya stops her, JW just gets up to his room to fetch Bani.
JW: Bani..mere saath niche chalo..
Bani: With red eyes…kyo Mr Walia….mujhe kahi nehi jana hai..kisi se nehi baat karni hai….
JW: Mere taraf dekho Bani…lifts her forcibly to face him…sees tears in her eyes..wipes them….and holds her face between his palms…nobody will say anything to you…I have decided….to get Rano & Sahil married….lekin Mr Walia…Anu..
Mamaji…JW lets go of bani and turns to see Ranveer is standing at the door..
Kya hai Ranveer…and takes hold of bani's hand to go out of the room….
Ranveer sees this and says that to keep family's honour he has decided to marry rashi…
JW gives ranveer a irritated look, squeezes bani hand and says…tumko aisa kuch bhi nehi karna parega incase you do not want to do it…mujhe blackmail hona pasand nehi hai…
Lekin Mamaji, I am serious…o.k then ranveer lets make the announcement now…pulls bani with him to go out of the room followed by ranveer…
They come down together ….Ranvijay & Roshni give him a nasty look…but just stares back…JW well guys here's an announcement ….the whole family gathers…
As Head of this family I have decided to get Sahil & Rano married on a suitable date…aditya claps followed by others except JIG, RAN, RANVIJAY and ROSHNI…Ranveer has decided to get married and is willing to marry Raashi…I have no objection to it provided he is doing it willingly and aditya & jigyasa approves it…now its upto the Chopra's as to what they will decide…..
Ranvijay looks at Roshni and smiles…he comes forward and shakes hand with Jai & says that he is willing to accept Ranveer as son-in-law and they decide for three weddings together from a date 15 days from now to make all necessary arrangements…the group breaks up for drinks and snacks…
Jai looks for Bani & sees her instructing tony and is partly hidden by a pillar, as Jai approaches tony leaves….Jai about to speak to Bani but instead finds himself pulled behind the pillar by Bani who gives him a quick hug and whispers thank you in his ears and runs away to join the gathering….
JW is just awestruck,
as if a lighting has struck him…this is the first time Bani has initiated a physical move towards him….
Roshni sees this and is very jealous…and as JW joins the group..creeps upto him & whispers…does Bani know your secret Jai…..
JW gives her a nasty look and moves on to stand besides Bani.
