Part 26
Ranveer and Raashi went to a five star hotel. They took a seat beside the big windows, where they could see the waves of the ocean. Raashi and Ranveer were talking when suddenly someone yelled….
A: RANVEER!!! Ranveer looked up and a huge smile spread across his face. Raashi turned around to spot a beautiful girl maybe her age or a little older coming towards them. She had long hair and she was pretty tall. She wore a baby blue skirt and white spaghetti top. As she walked up to them, Ranveer stood up and hugged her.
R: Aarti!! Long time no see?
A: o, my dad was transferred. But I Missed u sooooooooooooooooooo much. And she hugs ranveer again. Raashi irritated at this newcomer for interrupting his dinner just sat there with clear anger written over her face.
A turning to look at raashi: And who is this?
Raashi puts a fake smile…. WHO the hell is she. Can't she see the manglsutar and sindoor. GOSH! Thought raashi.
R: Oh, Raashi this is Aarti, my class mate and Aarti this is Raashi. Raashi gave a look to Ranveer saying that introduce my PROPERLY. Ranveer comprehended that and added
R: my wife… Aarti's face dropped and Raashi's face lit up instantly.
A: Oh, nice to meet you, Raashi. Nice to see Ranveer finally be married. Raashi could clearly tell that Aarti was disappointed in hearing that Ranveer was married to HER, which surprisingly pleased Raashi. There was a moment of silence.
R: Ummmm, so why don't u join us Aarti? Raashi just looked at Ranveer with a questioning look.
A: Oh Sure, why not. I hope Raashi doesn't have a problem.
Raashi: Oh no. It will be a pleasure.
The rest of the dineer passed by with Raashi getting irritated by the way Aarti was behaving with HER husband. She kept talking to ranveer the whole time as if she didn't exist. She kept holding his hand and what not. And Ranveer just ignored her the way Aarti did. At the end, Raashi was soooooo angry and annoyed. She was just plain jealous.
As the three of them made their way back to the car, Ranveer offered a ride home to Aarti.
R: Aarti do u mind if I drop u home?
A: of coure not. And she proceeded to sit in the front seat which was Raashi's seat.
A: O Raashi, do u mind if I sit here today? Raashi did have a choice but to sit in the back. Ranveer dropped Aarti after what seemed a loooooooooooooooooong drive to Raashi.
A: Okay bye Ranveer.
R: Bye aarti. Raashi come and sit in the front.
Raashi: NO thanks. I fine here. And besides, that seat is reserved for your special ones. I don't mean anything to u anyway. Ranveer knew raashi was pissed with him. He didn't want to press the matter any further. So he just drove off the Walia Mansion. As soon as they reached there, Rasshi just stomped of to her… no their room. Ranveer entered ten minutes later, to see Raashi standing near the window with her back to him, staring at the stormy night. It was going to rain soon.
R: Raashi…. No reply
R: Raashi… no reply
R: Raashi… no reply. Ranveer walked up to the window and looked at raashi. Raashi turned arounf so that her back is facing him. Ranveer slowly came infront of her and held her by her arms. Raashi tried to tug og his strong arms but no use…
R: Raashi listen to me…
Raashi: I don't want to hear anything.
R: But u have to.
Raashi: No I don't. I had enough of this relationship. I want to go far away from here… far away from this house… far away from the world…. And far away from YOU!
R: Raashi…
Raashi: No ranveer. I don't want to listen to anything.
R: Raashi, I no u are mad at me and aarti for ignoring u at the restaurant. But we met after years…
Raashi: Still…. There was no need for her to be so near you and there is so reason for u to be so involved with her. NOW, everything made sense to Ranveer. He thought that she was mad at him ignoring but she was actually jealous (seriously men I tell you, they are so slow at understanding things).
R; Raashi, are u jealous?
Raashi: NO! Why would I be jealous. I have nothing to do with u to be jealous.
R: Ya right.
Raashi: I don't care about U or about that aarti.
R smiling: Ya keep going, I am listening.
Raashi: U no what, go to HELL. She freed her hand from ranveer's grip and walked towards the door, but Ranveer caught her hand once again. He slowly came infront of Raashi and held her face so that she is looking at him. His eyes spoke everything about his feelings that were arising in his heart. He slowly kissed her forehead and then her cheeks and then finally her lips… 😳 😳
Raashi knew that night would be a new chapter in her life. Today, she was truly Ranveer's wife. And NOBODY can change that fact. She is his. He finally claimed her… It started to rain heavily, making the night even more special that it is already…
