Bani started to laugh as suddenly as she had screamed. Jai was baffled and kept staring at his wife. She continued to laugh mirthfully.
Jai: "Bani what's wrong...are you okay?"
Bani: "Yes, it's not me...it's you!"
Jai: "Would you care to share the joke?"
Bani: "Jai...your pajamas...OMG they're so...ugly and un-sexy! They look like you took the curtains and made them into pajamas" 😆 😆 😆
Jai: Woman, I think I'll have to admit you in an asylum!"
"Why? Don't blame if you have such bad taste! I'll have to go shopping tomorrow," she said and ran into the bathroom to escape from him.
A few minutes later...
Bani: "Jai..Jai!..Are you there?"
"No, I'm not," Jai said to himself, he had heard her but was deliberately ignoring her. "She has forgotten to take her nightgown."
Bani: "Jai, didn't you hear me calling for you? I forgot to take my nightgown...where is it?"
"Rehene do...you don't need it! And by the way it's uglier than mine!" Jai said with a mischievous grin. He closes the distance between them, snakes his hand around her towel clad waist and kisses her shoulder...trails a path to her neck, heading for her lips...she entwines her hands into his hair.

jo mann mein rang-raliyaan hai, kaise kahoon❤️...
Knock...knock knock!!! Jai swears and lets her go.
Jai: "Who is it?"
Rano: "J...Jeejaji it's me, Rano"
He opens the door, "Yes, Rano what can I do for you?"
Rano: "Ummm...woh...I wanted to speak with Di. Di can you come to my room for a few minutes?"
Bani: "Ok Rano, lemme just change."
Jai took out her nightgown and handed it to her (it's like role reversal 😛 ) . Bani wore it.
Bani: "You're right, it is ugly! I definitely have to go shopping tomorrow!"
"Don't be long ok!" he whispers hoarsely into her ear.
Bani came back to their room twenty minutes later only to find her husband sound asleep. "Aww...my poor hubby...he must've been so tired!" she thought as she snuggled close to him.

Jai bent down to kiss her one more time before he left for work. He didn't feel like going to work today but he had to.
"Where do you think you're going?" Bani caught his hand.
Jai: "Work..."
Bani: "Without waking me?"
Jai: "You looked so innocent sleeping..."
Bani: "Aww...you're so sweet! Hey listen, gimme your credit card."
Jai: "Why?"
Bani with a grin: "I have to go shopping...rememberrrr?"
Jai: "Are you serious? You just came outta the hospital yesterday and you're going shopping today?"
Bani: "Jai, I feel fine and what's this about me getting out of the hospital yesterday? What about the week I spent in there recovering?"
Jai: "Ok let's not argue, take Rano or Pia with you...that'll make me fell much better."
Bani: "I can go by myself, I'm not a baby."
Jai: "Yes you are...you're my baby, baby!"
Bani: Oh come on...pleaseeee!"
Jai handed over his credit card to his wife with a "women, if you can't beat 'em join 'em" look on his face. "Hey do you know this is the first time you're going to use that?"
Bani: "Really? Then I must make up for all the times that I didn't!"
He places a kiss on her forehead and whispers, "Don't worry, tonight I'm surely going to continue what we started last night!" making her blush.
An hour later Bani held onto the rails tightly with one hand and clutched her sari with the other as she descends the stairs. She greets Rano and Raashi, touches Masi's and Dadi's feet.
"Bani Bhabi, you're all dressed up...you look pretty today. Are you going out somewhere?" Jigyaasa remarked giving Bani a broad fake smile.
"You must be Jigyaasa. As a matter of fact I am..." Bani replied tartly returning the same fake smile to Jigyaasa. She didn't remember this woman but from what Jai had told her and how she felt right now in her presence knew that she didn't like her at all.
Jigyaasa was taken aback by Bani's tone and the fact that she had called her Jigyaasa...and not "Jigyaasa Aunty". "How dare she!"
Bani: "We'll I'm off...bye everyone." She hurried out the door to avoid any questions.
The first store that caught Bani's eyes when she entered the mall was the flower shop and she walked into it with a smile.

"Mr. Walia, there's another delivery for you." Mrs. Singh said, she was curious as to who it was that kept sending roses to her boss, red and white ones at that too.
Jai: "Send it in..."
This time was two roses, a red and a white. "I heard someone whisper your name, but when I turned around to see who it was, I was alone. Then I realized that it was my heart telling me that I miss you. Tumhara aur sirf tumhara...Bani ;)"
When he received the first five red roses, he was surprised...but only for a minute as he instantly recognized his wife's handwriting on the card. "Time can change; a lot of things can change, but one thing that will never change is my love for you."
Then he had got another delivery. This time it was five white roses with another note. "If you give me your hug for breakfast, your kiss for lunch and your love for dinner, I promise you will never catch me eating elsewhere, because I have no reason to do so."
"You have no idea how much I miss you too babe." He thought to himself as he added the two roses to the vase near her picture.
"Looks like you got a new admirer!" Aditya's voice cut into his thoughts, "Hmm red and white roses, do you know what they mean Jai?"
"No, why don't you tell me?" Jai lied, "...since you're such an expert in such matters!"
Aditya with a grin: "Red roses symbolizes love, passion, respect and white roses symbolizes innocence, purity, loyalty...together they are used to represent unity. Who ever sent you those roses must love you a lot!"
Jai: "Thank you for your help, Dr. Love 😆 ...yaar, with your immense knowledge of these things how come you weren't able to save your marriage?"
Aditya: "Don't ruin my mood so early in the day yaar (Jigyaasa ) and no thank yous...I will send my bill later. So, who are they from?"
Jai: "You won't believe it...they're from Bani!"
Aditya getting a little serious: "Jai, I think you should tell her everything about the past before you move on with the future...that will be best for both of you."
Jai: "Dr. Love...you're too late. I have already told my wife everything about our past."
Aditya: "Well done my boy...it seems that my company is finally rubbing off on you after all the years."
With that Aditya went back to his cabin, leaving Jai to his thoughts. He has a flashback to the day Bani is discharged where he takes her hand into his and tells her everything. Him getting engaged to Pia, Pia running away with Pushkar, Jigyaasa making Bani take Pia's place, His anger etc. etc. etc.
Jai: "Bani, I know I have hurt you and I'm very sorry for that. But all of this happened before I fell in love with you, and that's something I'm not sorry about at all. The decision is up to you...if you want to stay married to me or..."
Bani: Jai, I don't remember a lot...but one of the things that I do remember clearly is how much I love you and want to be with you! Let's go home..."
He dials her number and waits...
Jai: "Hey, Mrs. Walia!"
Bani: "Hey Babe..."
Jai: "Where are you...I want to meet you right now."
Bani: "Your wish is my command...I'm right behind you!"
Well there's part 4. Sorry for the delay. I hope u like it, esp. the rose part...that was my attempt to make this ff different from the rest out there...cuz it was beginning to seem unoriginal to me.
