Part 11

While Bani is thrilled over her new job and Anjali's improvement, Rano is lying on her bed starring at the ceiling and making confirming noises to all the things she is saying. Sahil's word keep ringing in her ears and she is mad with herself that she was not able to say anything back to that jerk. While calling herself names she tries to think of excuses in order to not to have to tutor Saahil, but since she is not a professional liar she can't think of any. Rano curses herself and wishes she could be more like Pia. While thinking of Pia she remembers what had happened that night. Just as she is about to tell Bani about everything Pia walks in. She just took a shower and looked full of energy and life. Rano cursed herself again and turned around and pretends to be asleep as her sisters keep chatting about the Walia's and Bani's new job.

Bani very hesistanly walks into the Walia mansion. Today is her first day as Anjali's 'nure' like mr. Walia said. She is nervous as she doesnt know how to deal with all the people in the house. She blushes when Tony, tells her that the family is having breakfast and that he will give mr. Walia a notice that she has arrived. In no time Jai is standing infront of her and greeting her with a warm smile. He invites her to the breakfast table, but Bani politely refuses saying that she already had her breakfast. The fact that she was lying made her blush. She was so nervous this morning she couldnt even drink her glass of juice. As there drops a silent Bani withdraws her eyes and starres at the ground while Jai doesnt even bother to let Bani out of his sight for a moment. He inspects her and decides to himself that the white with pink salwaar kameez she is wearing suits her very much. Tony is quite amused to see the sudden change in his bosses behaviour. When he notices Jigyasa getting up he quickly rushes towards Jai and with a polite cough draws the attention of both Jai and Bani. 'Excuse me sir, but will miss Dixit have her lunch with you and the family or with miss Anjali?' Jai and Bani reply at the same time with a different answer. While Jai seems to prefer Bani to have lunch with him, she prefers to have lunch with Anjali. They both look at each other and Bani tries her best to control the blush that is coming up. Jai seems to notice her discomfort and grins while telling Tony that from now onwards Anjali and Bani will join all the family meals. Bani withdraws her eyes from Jai and smiles shyly.

As the clock is ticking its way to 4 pm, Rano's heart is beating faster and faster. As she is sitting in an empty class-room she looks down to the college ground, where hundred of students are gathered. Despite the many student there is just a small group that catches all the attention. She can see the rich and famous students standing together. Rano gives a keen look at the skinny girl that is dressed in a short dress and long boots. She is surrounded by three of the most popular boys of college but her eyes seem to be set on someone else. Rano tries to figure out which guy will be her sisters next victim. She doesnt get much time to play her favourite game, as a bike enters the ground with much noise and the guy driving it gets all the female attention. Its clear that Pia was already waiting for him. She gives an annoying look to the boys around her and without paying anymore attention to them leaves towards a the bikerboy. Rano sighs deeply. She was suprised to see Pia in college today, but this seems to clarify everything. The alarm of her mobile goes off and pulls her back to reality. She has still 5 minutes to go before her much awaited "date". With heavy legs and a grumpy face Rano leaves for the library.

Bani is enjoying the sun while sitting in the huge park. Anjali seems to love the sun too. After taking a long walk, Bani helps Anjali out of her chair and they lie down in the grass. Bani giggles as she sees Anjali's reaction to the grass. In a soft and kind word she speaks to Anjali and asks her if she is enjoying their day. Anjali's eye twinkle. Bani tells her if yes she should put up her index-finger and if not she should make a fist with her hand. Anjali carfully lifts and index finger. Bani is thrilled as now she is sure that Anjali understand everything she is saying to her. She pats Anjali's head and tells her that she is a good girl. Bani tells the little girl that she loves her. 'Does Anjali love Bani too?' Anjali puts her finger up again and Bani burts outs laughing. She gives Anjali a tight hug and then starts telling her one fairytale after the other forgetting the world around them completely. 'Well, well miss Bani I didnt know you could narate so well.' Bani startlles from the familiar voice and gets up as fast as she can. She wonders how long mr. Walia has been standing there starring at them. The thought that he was watching her while she was lying down made her feel uncomfortable and blush left right and centre. She started stammering and didnt know what to say. Her insecurity made Jai only grin more and more and with the biggest easy he dropped himself in the grass next to his daughter. He gives her a big hug and showers her with kisses. Anjali rewards her papa with a big smile and when he tells her he loves her she put her index-finger up. Jai give a questionmark look to Bani. Bani giggles and sits herself next to Anjali. 'It means she loves you too. Anjali and I have made an agreement. Whenever she wants to confirms something she will put her index-finger up and if she doesnt like something she will make a fist with her hand. Right Anjali?' Anjali smiles and once again put her finger up. Jai can't believe his ears and with a happy face embraces his daughter once more, while he whispers a thank you to Bani.

It's 9 pm and most students have left the library. Rano is still waiting for Sahil to come. Everytime she decides to leave she gets scared of the thought that he will come and not find her. After a while she packs her books and gets up. When she closes the door of the library behind her and walks down the college ground she sees Sahil standing next to the bikerboy surrounded by his usual troops of boys and girls. Pia is sitting on the bike, making sure none of the other girls could get close to her new victory. Rano knows that she has to walk past the group in order to leave. She tries her best to make herself look invisible, but it was as if Sahil was waiting for her. 'Hey Specy! Did you do my homework I told you to do?' The group around Sahil drops silent and everyone turns to look at Rano. Rano decides to ignore Sahil and pretends she didn't hear him. She keeps walking. She is coming closer and closer to the group and Sahil doesnt seem to demand an answer. 'Hey you ugly nerd, Im talking to you!' The group starts laughing except for Pia and the bikerboy. The bikerboy asks who the girl is. 'Natwar don't you know who she is?' Sahil yells to make sure Rano hears him. 'Well how can you since this is your first day at college. Let me call her and introduce her to you!' Sahil gets up and walks towards Rano. Rano sees how the shadow is coming her way. Her heart starts beating faster and she gasps for breath. Without realising it, she presses her book to her chest in an attempt to protect herself from the nearing danger. She quickens her pass, and when she feels Sahils breathing, panick strikes her and she starts running. Tears fall down her cheeks while the loud laughing of the group keeps ringing in her ears.

AWW.. adorable. Sahil and Rano are soo cute. Jai and Bani have a more lust
worthy relationship. I am so glad you updated. I can't wait to read the next
chapter update.

Awwwwwwww Anjali and Bani are having bonding i am sensing in the future they will have a mother and daughter realtionship
I think Rano should teach Pia, Sahil and the gang the lesson by wearing make up and a decent dress without her specs like AMirta Rano's character did in Main Hoo Na, make her wear a beautiful salwar kammez with her hair open but not the behen ji type
