Part 6:
"Bani!"
Bani froze and opened her eyes wide. This time she was definitely caught.
Bani: Papa
Papa: Bani, you've snuck out again?
Bani: Papa…
Papa: I know about the other times too Bani…
Bani: Papa…
Papa: You planning on saying anything other than Papa? 😆
To put it simply, Bani was shocked. She must look a scare. She was sneaking back into her own house at 3 AM. Her dress was still wet, plastered to her body, and she had no idea how to explain to her father.
Bani: Papa, woh main…
Then to her surprise, her father began laughing. 😲 Bani stared at him, shocked, and confused. She also started laughing hesitantly. Her father suddenly stopped. 😆 And she stared at him scared.
Papa: doston ke saath chali gayi?
Bani: uhh…
Papa: it's okay, Bani. You've got the most responsibilities in this house and sometimes its okay to run away from them. Just don't run away too often. I'm sorry I've put such a burden on you.
Bani now felt like a toad, a slug, worse than a slug. 😆 She snuck in late and her Papa was apologizing. She was a bad human being. She ran up to her father and hugged him.
Bani: Papa, it's no burden. I love my family. And I'm sorry. This won't ever happen again!
Papa: Arre, I don't want to kill your spirit Bani beta. I want you to sneak out. I want you to have fun. Just be careful. That's all I need.
Bani smiled at him and her father left telling her to have a good morning!

Bani and Pia barely got to college on time. Bani was so sleepy…she kept falling asleep in all her classes. The college board had decided it was time for a self defense class for girls AND boys. 😆 😆 (trust me Jai needs to defend himself 😆 ) So they combined two classes to give lectures on how to defend oneself.
Bani thinking: How convenient! Now I'm definitely going to fall asleep in between all these people.
She was looking at all the people around her. It was getting really crowded in the room with the two classes combined. She caught a guy staring at her. He looked really familiar. She narrowed her eyes. He was definitely staring at her. She looked down at herself. Everything was fine. She touched her face…do I have a huge p***le or something? 😆 Then he began walking towards her. She began tapping her fingers on the desk.
Guy: Hi. Can I sit next to you?
Finally she figured out. It was Pushkar, the guy Pia kept talking about. She smiled at him and nodded.
Pushkar: My name is Pushkar. Tum Pia ki behan Bani ho right?
Bani smiled: ha…lekin tum yaha kaise? I thought you were a first year student…
Pushkar smiled and shook his head: No I'm third year…Pia came into a wrong class that first day (how typical of Pia)😆 ….that's how I met her.
Bani surprised: oooh…she didn't tell me.
Professor clapped his hands: okay quiet!
Bani rolled her eyes. Who claps their hands to gain someone's attention? Pushkar whistled. Bani looked at him surprised.
Pushkar shrugged: he's not going to know it was me!
Bani giggled.
Pushkar: come on! You should whistle too…he won't know! Trust me…I've taken a couple of his classes. His left ear – he can't hear!
Bani looked at him surprised: really? Poor him. I can't believe you'd make fun of him.
Pushkar shrugged.
They both somehow managed to stay awake the rest of the class. Bani continued giggling as Pushkar did stupid things.

For a change, Jai was waiting for Bani. He had to endure a very boooooooring class on self defense and he really needed to do something fun. Nothing was more fun than making fun of Bani. 😆 But she hadn't come out of class yet. Class ended fifteen minutes ago. He kept looking at his watch and swearing every other minute(like the real ram kapoor 😆 ). As he was about to leave, he heard Bani's laugh. He looked up to find her laughing at Pushkar's jokes. They were walking out together as if they'd known each other a lifetime. Jai narrowed his eyes.
Jai: Bani…
Bani still smiling: Hi Jai…this is Pushkar…omg that class was sooooo funny.
Jai: I know him….and I didn't think that class was that funny. In fact, I didn't find it the least bit amusing.
Bani looked at him and sobered: What's wrong? You look annoyed!
Jai glared at Pushkar. Pushkar got his cue. 😆
Pushkar: umm..Bani, I've to go. Bye.
And just like that he left. Bani frowned. Jai smirked.
Bani: I have to talk to you.
Jai: so? Talk!
Bani sighed: I got caught!
Jai: You? I told you to study! 😆
Bani was confused: what?
Jai: Bani, I never expected you to cheat! 😲 😆
Bani super confused: I did not cheat…I'm talking about last night.
Jai nodded: oh…who caught you this time?
Bani: Papa…I really can't sneak out anymore.
Jai shrugged: okay.
Bani looked at him surprised, a look saying, "you got nothing more to say?" 😆
Jai: what?
Bani exasperated: nothing!
She frowned at him and began walking away.
Jai: Bani.
She didn't stop.
Jai: Bani.
She stopped but didn't turn around. Jai walked around and stood in front of her. She didn't look at him. He put his hands on either side of her face and made her look at him. What she saw in his eyes made her heart beat faster. 😳 He was looking at her so tenderly. She blinked. He continued looking at her that way. She knew it. He was going to apologize. She gave him a small smile.
Jai: AHA! I knew I could make you smile.
Bani's smile got wider.
Jai: okay…since you can't come, could you find out if Pia can sneak out instead? 😲 😆
Bani looked at him with her mouth wide open. She smacked him on his shoulder. He put his hands up in surrender.
Jai: okay…I'll be serious.
He gave her a cocky grin, put his hands on her waist, pulled her closer and said, "You wanna get married?" 😲 😳
And that was the most serious Jai Walia was ever going to get in his life!
see? i can't think more than once per day...so i came up self defense classes 😆 😆 i was bored 😆
