SS: 19th June Series, Mora Piya,Story VI uptd 17/6 - Page 2

This was a really cute story. I loved it! Poor Jai had to climb the pipes! Very funny. The last part was really nice when she tells him that he's going to be a dad! So sweet!

Awww, what a cute story. Both of them katti and like typical joint family, the whole family usually knows kya chal raha hai! Bechari Bani, shaanti se roothke nakhre bhi nahin kar sakti.. 😆 But then once Jai is hurt, Bani can't stay away. Of course, she has news to give him too...Very sweet...

Walia Mansion was looking like a queen, the daughter of the house of getting engaged, it was a big event, a prelude to 'Great Indian Wedding' as the lifestyle channels have termed it or designer weddings some people call it as a wedding planner is hired, dress with colour coordination is pre-ordered, flowers are flown in from abroad, specialized cooks from different regions come but then Anu's engagement was planned all of a sudden, nevertheless Jigyasa had left no stone unturned to make the event a dramatic one if not a memorable one, for last 3 days constant rehearsals by a dance group hired to sing and dance engagement songs, there was a Mother special and father special dance, grandmother specials….the list was endless obviously so when Jai Walia was approached for his dance he politely declined saying already too many and lets not bore the people, thank god he declined otherwise Bani would also have to dance with him as the group was pairing the couples….no Bani did not enjoy dancing with him, in fact she could not wait for it to get over ….

The last moment practice was on, the makeup people were having tough time in getting everybody ready, time is running out and we need to get to the hotel before Rohit's family arrive, Aditya Uncle shouted from time to time, the women hardly paid heed…

Bani moved away, she was ready, in a simple sari, her Mangalsutra and her regular earrings….every time she wears the Mangalsutra around her neck she thinks why do I wear it, kya jaroorat hai when the marriage is nothing but a farce…..but then as they say the show must go on, Bani sighed watching the moon and waiting for everybody to get ready, Anu should be happy after all she was getting married to the love of her life, her childhood love, how would it have been if she too have got married to someone else and not Jai Walia, yes she was not distained to marry him……….tears threatened to prickle…..

Areh tu idhar khari hai, ja taiyyar hokar a, Masi entered…..

Mai taiyyar hu masi….Bani turned…..

Yeh sari, tu aise jayegi …..ek plain sa sari, ek mangalsutra aur…..tu Jai Walia ki biwi hai….matlab…..

Just then a voice boomed across the house…..Everybody is busy with themselves, has anybody realized what I am going to wear, Tony get the sewing kit, iska button nikal aya…..

Within fraction of a second the house became quiet, Masi stood still then leaped towards her cupboard, taking out the sewing kit, she shoved it into Bani's hands…..

Ja….go….she whispered harshly….

Lekin mai….

Yes you, how many times I have told you it is your right and you should grab every opportunity….Mashi pushed her into the hallway ……

As Jai watched her climbing the stairs, he went into the room, well she is coming isn't she, he hoped she will but then you never know, Tony could have just popped but with Masi around….

Kaunsa button…the voice asked hesitantly from behind……

Jai became serious, yeh wala, he showed the sherwani he was wearing …..

Iska button….Bani asked,

Ha isika, as I was buttoning up it came out, here it is , now hurry up, he said in his impatient voice…..he did not want her to know he had to use his strength to take it out….

Will you take it out…..She asked ….

What and spoil the crease in turn…..can you do it or should I call someone else he snapped in his usual tone……with her head bowed she came, the material of the sherwani was thick, she was having problem in piercing, Jai could see through the veil of her hair, her lips pressing hard, he took a step and came closer, Bani stopped for a second, taking a deep breath she pierced the cloth, Jai watched her, she was trying to remain as quiet as possible, must be wanting to turn invisible, yes he has taken out his frustration on her and yes she has borne it silently, he knows if need be she can turn into a tigress protecting her cubs but since he is not after Pia and Pushkar any longer, she has become quiet, doing her duties quietly and when alone with him she tried to remain away from his path consciously, in one corner of the room except for few brushes and touches which happened accidently…..

Jai held his breath as she leaned to cut the thread with her teeth, such long eye lashes….

Thank you Bani, he replied as she turned away from him…..he came to face her as he buttoned up, I must also thank you for what you did for Anu, I mean without you today ….he realized she was biting her lips and blood was oozing from her finger which she was pressing with her thumb, oh no she has hurt herself, Jai quickly took her finger upto his mouth and sucked it….Bani became still she forgot to breath….as he continued he watched her face turning crimson….with his tip of he tongue he felt her finger, she shivered….

Jai we should be starting now…Aditya's voice floated…..

With one smoldering look he whispered the blood has stopped, come lets go down….

He in black and she in white and pink were complimenting each other very well though Masi thought Bani's dress was too plain…..

Well she should have taken more interest, after all she is Jai Walia's so called wife, Jigyasa added sarcastically…..

She looks fine to me, he observed, silencing everybody…..as he opened the door for her, very casually, sit we are late…..who else is coming with us he asked…..

As they drove out in the constant chatter of Dadi and Masi sitting at the back, Bani felt her finger, it was still moist from his saliva….

Khun rukh giya na, he asked softly as he maneuvered the car……

Ji, she whispered going red once again being caught….

Munna tu ne kuch kaha….

Ji nehi masi, maine kuch nehi kaha…

They stole a glance at each other…..

Bani wanted to tear her hair, bang her head against the wall, why why why she asked again and again, the evening was going on so well, she was feeling as if she was in a dream, him touching casually, introducing guests, his hand around her waist at times taking her round to meet the boy's family, it was no longer non personal like the past, instead it was warm and touching her skin….then all of a sudden Roshni came and took him away, Roshni, Rohit's aunt and his ex girl-friend, business discussion…..

But Roshni now I am busy…..

Jai I just need your advice, I am stuck badly two minutes please, Bani if you will excuse us…..

Yes, sure, Bani moved away Pia was supposed to be here and she has still not come, she turned towards Rano who was getting ready for her dance with Anu ….it was too noisy, Bani came out of the hall onto the garden, as she tried Pia's no. which was not getting connected, her eyes fell on two figures, Jai and Roshni, walking hand in hand crossing the fountains to the other side of the garden, a waiter was passing, Bani stopped him, what is on that side….

Oh Madam, rooms… cottages rather, for guests to stay…..

His words hit Bani right into the heart, how many times Jigyasa auntie had made it clear to her that her brother's relationship with Roshni was anything but platonic, my brother was a hot blooded male but you seemed to have turned him into …

She waited for 20 minutes losing all interest to finding Pia's whereabouts…after 20 minutes she could take it no longer, no it is all farce, his warm breath on her face while they danced the opening dance, his palms on her back, his holding her hand and feeling her finger for the prick ….sab jhoot…..even after 20 minutes no sign of Roshni and Mr Walia, Jigyasa auntie was giving her mocking glances, her patience snapped…..

I am going back to Walia Mansion, I cannot remain here anymore …she whispered to Rano…

Lekin kyu….Rano asked puzzled everything was running well, Mr Walia was in his best behaviour….

Sab kyu ka mere pass jawab nehi hai, Bani replied harshly……

Rano looked around, Mr Walia is not in the room and so is Roshni…Rano observed…..

Bani walked out of the hall with as much dignity as possible……

Bani stood on the hallway, she did not want to go upto the room, she did not want to spend another night in that room but her things were there even her ATM card….she has to leave before they come back, she shoved off her hesitation and ran up, opening the door as she groped for switch, the beside lamp came on…..

Itna der kaha laga diya Bani, I have been waiting for you for a long time ….Jai was half lying on the bed………

After all these months, Bani could no longer control herself, she burst into tears….

He held her tight, waited for her sobs to subside, her sobs told him the depth of her hurt, as he kissed her, the salty tears, why she is crying so hard he did not know but he knew she has borne a lot, I will not hurt you anymore he whispered, mujhe maaf nehi karogi, her nails dug deep in his skin, he gave a sigh of relief, Masi always said Munna she is an epitome of kindness and love, toh apna dil dekar toh dekh……

Picking up her onto her chest, he looked into her eyes, even in this low light he could see a ray of disbelieve as if she was dreaming….'Tum meri banogi Bani'? She hid her face in his shoulders…..

They opened their eyes almost together, looked into each other's eyes, really did it happen, was it a dream, did they just consummate their marriage, Jai raised his hand to push back her hair, she raised her hand to trace his forehead, nose, then his lips, he bit it lightly, she blushed as he pulled her on his chest…..

The knock on the door was loud and rude…

Oh my god mere kapre ,,,,Bani groaned quickly releasing herself and tying her sari in lightening speed…

He simply sat up and pulled the comforter, who can it be…..uski toh mai khabar lunga and without much preamble Pia Shukla stormed into the room as soon as Bani opened the …..

As Pia cried and did her usual drama as Jai watched Bani, who was consoling Pia as a mother would, I made love to this woman now and who is Pia to claim that I love her more…who is she to claim her right over me…why is Bani not saying anything…didn't she feel what I felt….

Bani I had a long day, take Pia to Rano's room, Pia take rest….we are now too tired…we will see to it tomorrow morning……….

Come Pia, lets go to Rano's room, come my girl, as Bani took Pia out……Jai called her out….

Bani…..

Bani turned and looked at him….they stood watching each other when Pia pulled her towards Rano's room….

Jai kept on staring at the open door waiting for Bani to be back…..

Unki aakhon ki gheraiyon mein na kho jaye hum

Unki pyar bhari baton se na madhosh ho jaayein hum….

Darte hein khawab na nikle unka ya saath …

Jee na payenge hum abh unke bageir….

Great part! Everything was going fine until Mrs. Shukla ruined it. Beautifully penned. I loved it.

Pia and her bad timing. So Jai has confessed his feeling to her not in so many words. But Bani darling loves to act as a mother. And Jai is waiting for her. So I hope there is a second par tto this one.

nice update , liked the way jai was teasing bani when she got hurt but as usual pia has to ruin everything though i hope bani will not take things lightly this time
