u havent understood shiv's love for gauri i suppose....let me make it clear to u.....well he was rude to her bcos he thought that gauri was not happy with him....she did not want this marriage to happen....he thought that she had not forgotten shashank...he never knew that she was also trying to make their relationship a success...thats why he avoided her..he felt very bad when she moved away on their suhaag raat.....he did not want that to happen......

it was a very nice doubt....i think many of them were confused abt this...i hope i've cleared it now.....
