Gauri decides to tell shiv abt the convo prasan had with someone over the phone…shiv sees gauri and is shocked..he asks her what she is doing there.she tells him she came to apologise to prasan and ippy….shiv aslo tells the same..gauri tells shiv abt the convo and feels that there is something fishy going on.shiv tells her they have to bring out the truth but before that happens,she shd not tell anyone abt it.
Mahen wants out of court settlement and is ready to pay prasan the money he wants.he wants palak to join office.dadi says parents do everything possible for their children,but the kids don't listen to their parents and end up doing their own thing…becoz of palak,the whole family is facing problems..mahen blames himself for that..dada says shiv is lucky that gauri is his wife…mahen asks shyla abt vivan..vivan comes there..mahen asks him how his studies going on..he replies in the positive..mahen wants him to go abroad for doing MBA…vivan doesn't seem pleased..he says I want to do my own business…mahen asks him to join business with shiv after doing business management….vivan later tells shyla he is not interested in doing family business…shyla tries to convince him to do as she wants….but vivan is adamant..shyla gets emotional and says his father ruined her life and now her son also wants to do the same..vivan gets wild and shouts at her for comparing him with his dad….shyla says do whatever u want and gets emotional..vivan feels bad for shouting at his mom and tries to placate her..he says he wants to realize his dreams and asks for her support…shyla hesitatingly tells him to go ahead and fulfill his dreams…he apologises to her and aksk her to have dinner with him.
Palak is bored sitting in the office…her secretary comes there and tells her that she has to take interview ..madam is not interested and irritatingly tells the sec to ask the candidates to wait.the sec asks for some fixed time..palak gets a call frm maya asking her if she wud like to join her and her friend for shopping….she tells palak that mahen is ready to give money to prasan…palak says she is least bothered.
Ram has an interview to attend…somebody tries to stop him and he thinks that's not a good sign..a black cat crosses him and he is not at all pleased.vivan and kaya are having coffee in the canteen…daksh comes there and vivan is furious to see him there…daksh wanted to tell something to vivan,but vivan makes it clear that he doesn't want to meet him and he shd not call him beta anymore..he has lost the right to call him that.prasan meets mahen in his office..mahen apologises to him and gives him the money..prasan goes away with an evil looking smile.ram comes for the interview and is shocked to see a woman interviewer….he goes on rambling and palak's getting irritated.she appoints his as assistant engineer…just then maya and that moti aunty ram had cheated few days back for his chanda ..she tells palak that he is a fraud blah blah…palak asks him to get out of her office and that he cannot work there..ram tells her that she is losing a good employee..he goes..palak sees prasan and makes a weird face..she tells maya that she is in no mood to shop.shiv and gauri sees prasan walk towards his car and they decide to follow him.
Shiv thinks prasan is going to meet the person he was speaking to over the phone.they reach the restaurant and sees prasan waiting for someone..they keep an eye on him..after sometime,they see palak there and theye are shocked…palak goes towards the table where prasn is seated….gives him one big slap and tells hi that she will not sit quietly and sulk over what he did to her….she will get back to him..she leaves…prasn leaves after her..shiv and gauri thinks he is going to meet that phone wala person…..gauri aks shiv to go to prasan's place in their car and she will take a taxi….shiv says he will drop gauri at the taxi stand…they leave…..prasan is shown getting out of his car and going towards another car….the car door opens and out comes miss palak paneer giving a victorious smile to prasan..they give a hi fi to each other.
