Another thing is ... is there any opposite for "shipping". What I mean to say is anti shipping of sorts? Sorry for deviating from the topic..but i think since niti's note had some comments about the other person..i think it is somewhat correlated.
this is general comment about KY2 fandom..not niti or just one segment...

I get what shippers doing..yes they go overboard..a lot. But what about comparing one celeb's actions or projects with other person even though when u say u r least interested in what other celeb is doing..yet u comment and dont even leave a single opportunity to put one down ..i mean focus is on the celeb u dont like . I dont think this is called competition either..for competition there has to be some common base..which i dont see after KY2...

so much shipping is there..i see the opposite also..still comparing one with the other..in my eyes i would call it shipping in negative way hahaha..and anti shipping is going overboard too

i could not say it properly but hope u all got what i meant here

Exactly this is the reason many of us got disturbed with note..not only from fan's pov..am kind of not sure how niti took the scenes now...at this point i would like to mention one statement of niti which had equally disturbed me back..but i ignored coz it was just one small statement and y to nitpick..she said she wanted the "KISS" to be removed..for a minute i was like.does she mean nandini should not have kissed manik ? or she was not comfy ? now with this note my confusion about here views regarding such scenes has increased. It was nt a professional statement. But i dont want to drag on that bit of the statement. just highlighted it .

I want niti to do scenes which she really believes is necessary for the script and for her growth as an actor ,and not for fans. Above all which she is comfortable doing.

Agree with what you have been saying, and if that is the truth then it's so sad. Yes I'm usually the one that is against kissing scenes and stuff in films because I feel romance can be shown without it but that doesn't mean if they put it in where needed it isn't fine. Because most of the time they just put it in for the fun of it. WIth Manan I felt they put it in the right places, I would have been fine without them as well because they had such amazing scenes any way but it wasn't us who asked for the kiss. LOL no one expected it when they got it and never did they expect it the way they executed it, especially the second one. That was all them. On Indian tv people don't expect kisses, it still isn't the norm yet but even if it happens it is not to this level, so the fans had no hand in the way they did it. It was all them. And every single person applauded them for it because they did a fabulous job, it didn't feel like acting, the emotions and love for each other felt very real.

This is all coming out because some haters had bashed and some fans didn't like her new pairing, which I believe is fair enough because we don't have to like them with everyone. If the chemistry was scorching hot or cute or whatever everyone would accept it but it wasn't. I saw the pool scene between the new guy and her lol that was very thanda, though when she was on his back that wasn't bad but otherwise I felt nothing. Now take the Manan scene from holi, you could see they were feeling so cold in real life but that chemistry was burning hot. We can't be expected to like everything of theirs, but yes no one should unnecessarily bash them with horrible messages. People will say I compared it to a Manan scene but let me take a non-manan scene, anyone watch YHA the baby love episode of Niti, well the love was not meant to be hot but it was meant to be cute and I found it cute. I liked their pairing and they looked cute together. But wherever I don't like it I won't be forced into liking it.

All they should be doing is working hard and sooner or later the fans will accept it, especially if it is good.

I swear to god PaNi has to be the most controversial pair in recent times, actually the whole cast I must say. Agar it's not the Ni in Pani it's the Pa. These two fit this proverb perfectly "aa bail, mujhe maar". LOL abhi Niti ka drama hatam nahi hoa, tho parth kay saath shuru. His friend was seen with Ayaz and Khoya Wha Larka.

@Saamya- Very well pointed out.
Actually, it's funny to read comments that Ky2 is over and fans should move on. Not one actor would want his/her fan base to "move on" which is why you will have pandering in the form of nostalgia or giving bytes in ivs( Niti's PTKK ivs ). And they should. Both Parth and Niti or any actor gets the next job based on the popularity of their previous work. Bashers and fans are part of the arc. If you keep kicking or putting down your best work , you are kicking your own chances and fans. Fans will deffo move on, with time and new shows..but the "soft corner" they have goes away.
It is down-right tacky when you constantly whine and put down your work . Yet you have no problems working with the same people or same employers. Ethics and Integrity, with this cast RY would have had a headache , yet she never let the off-screen stress out her creation, never has she put the actors down, even though both Parth and Niti have thrown them under the bus from time to time. Absolute disregard for the team, the show , that made them famous and the experience.

LOL at comments like "he/she had a torturous time" during KY2 .Jeez. Petty-school fights, rivalries, stupid immaturity..yup. We get it. Tough life.

LOL at the comparisons. Shippers go over board, they live in their own delusional world ( as the Stans call that). But for me every fan lives in delusion . Stans have this "image" of their celeb - delusion too.

You argue with stans about their "idol" they will pull up the other , to make comparisons. keep tab and then troll/bash and joke. Yet you will see them arguing how shippers can never "look at Parth or Niti" individually.

Stans feel , their idol just needs these fanatical "positive" people yet they don't realize the audience draw has to be beyond them. Audience retention is part of their job.

there is always this comparison what he has done or what she has done? The hypothesis to justify Parth would have Niti in it or vice-versa. This is why there is so much hate. The fanatics will troll and cross lines on every sns medium.

Again- fan and celeb relationship. A "Celeb" is human but on sns , he/she is not ordinary. An ordinary person won't get so much traction for a simple 'hello" now will their sns behaviour draw media or mass attention. Their influencing power is massive.

You could only grow in life when you respect yourself and your own work. It's petty and silly when you let grudges, resentment and sns dictate and influence your opinion. Which Niti should I trust- the one who said ,these scenes are not comfy but demand of the script and depicts reality or made those statements. Or the one here who is hell bend on cheapening her own work and reducing MaNan and her own efforts to few intimate scenes.

This issue is still going on...wowww...
Don't u think that everyone here should take it a lil lightly n let it be rather than stretching the matter too much...
I mean yes she made a mistake (or whatever u wanna call it *crime etc)
N mistakes r criticised n pointed out which is good for the person commiting mistakes too n we have full freedom to do so...
Freedom of speech , moral policing ,stans ,criticism ,hero worshipping (I don't mean only male) r common things here n these terms r used were randomly here
But the point is that we should know when to leave the point n let it be
My POV is after a limit criticism becomes goosiping (but what to do we girls r famous for that)
In real lyf too there is a minor difference between criticism n gossip which we don't realise most of the time...

*not a personal comment...

Niti posts note pe note toh it's justifiable...we make one post toh it's "stretching the matter too far"...😆

The same issue will be brought up again and again if the person keeps repeating the same blunders again and again...which is what is happening in Niti's case...she feels justified in exhibiting the same stupidity again and again with these notes which only undermine her and insult fan sentiments...so each time she does that, invariably ppl will react to it...every one has an equal right to reaction.

THIS.

This is the basic PROFESSIONAL way of conducting your career...keep working sincerely and doing your hard work and one day you will get the reward for it. Instead, you are looking for excuses to blame the failure of your projects on...that is the lamest way of going about this.

Take ownership of the actual work you are doing instead of looking for ppl to blame.

am quoting you coz i want to reply to the statements u have made.

First of all I really dont understand..Who are you or I to tell to anyone how long the discussion should happen.. yes, some of us are discussing or rather "gossipin" in ur words in a forum meant for it ..so whats the big deal ? it is not stretching the issues coz we r not releasing it in media or targeting niti or anything of that sort.

I have discussed my past shows and cast for like 3 or 4 years in this very forum ..but never have i ever encountered members questioning why are u discussing or when will this end..

we will discuss till we have no more new points to add...till we have time etc...it may last 1 day...2 day or 1 year.. if people have objection coz they think the content is related to their fav ..best suggestion would be ..do not read it..

haha good point...hum log toh buddhe log hain who like to discuss extensively...instant one liners ka zamaana hai ab...jaldi likho and 2 second mein move on kar jaao...raat gayi, baat gayi😆

Irony toh yeh hai ki ppl obsess over actors for so long endlessly but agar ek debate TOPIC ko 2 din se zyada discuss kar lo toh it's too much bhai...baat khatam kar do😆

Cuz thing is endless praise is always welcome...debate is not😆
