Her routinely art of posts were first named by me as the act of someone just inexperienced or perhaps being too young in the industry resulted in such petty tantrums. But I've learnt to rule out the age factor of actors now. She belongs to the same industry where child artists like Faisal have worked their butts off without bragging about their so called "successes" so why should I give her this benefit of doubt.

Funny enough her whining and demeaning of fans isn't what irritates me. It's almost like been here, done that. But the fact that she makes it sound like the whole world or in fact the whole show revolves around her efforts and sacrifices, is what pisses me off. The show is beyond her, parth or any of the other actors. The creative minds behind the story, the hard work of the camera men, directors and producers have made their share of sacrifices too and I don't see them complaining that we don't get appreciated enough. Heck, pretty sure we've bombarded the camera and lighting department with enormous hate. But well the difference between them and her is she has access to social mediums.

Sad enough we've sung too many praisal songs for her and now she just takes all of us for granted.

You're right about the minority and majority bit. It is debatable. But when celebs themselves start prioritising his/her personal fans over the group of people who loved the actors as well as the characters and the show as a whole, you do start getting the sense that we are the minors at the end of the day.

Hello all😃 this is my first post in this forum though i did stalk in the past well what a topic to write ur first post😆

Notes from this cast is not a new thing we have gotten many in the past too. Infact season 2 was full of notes:P but this particular note the tone atleast for me personally the tone was all wrong. First of all at the expense of sounding rude i'd like to ask why are we fans supposed to be grateful to the actors? Yes i am thankful and i absolutely appreciate der hardwork but why this continuous chant of ungrateful fans. We are supposed to be grateful for the actors did the job that they are paid for? Everyone seems to be tripping on the fact that they did a favor on the fans by doing a great job cos off course fans got sooo much since they did der jobs well. Appreciation gifts praises everything fans got:/

I always assumed u do well in ur proffesion cos it helps u grow not cos ur doing a favor on anyone. Fans get nothing out of the hardwork of the actors yet this particular note is full of how everything was done for the fans whereas all this while i appreciated her for pushing her boundaries limits for her work and doing the work soo efficiently but well its time i reasses that thought cos apparently all that was done for the "love of fans" and fans are ungrateful and "heartless". Everyone has issues problems in their professional life nobody really gets a workplace that's all perfect. This constant whining and cribbing which suddenly started from season two is annoying and also the timing is strange. Why this need to keep on telling i never got holidays its an issue with the ph and channel go tell them that but no with them u are all okay but u have to point that out to the fans. The i me myself and my endless sacrifice for the show is doing no good. Rathet focus on ur work do well and ppl will surely appreciate. Starting the blame game cos the new show might not have been that successful is pointless if anything ur making sure ppl dont bother abt it at all.

One thing i keep reading is some are delusional well all are delusional we all have made an image of the actors qe like be it a single actor or pairing soo this preaching needs to be stopped. Also no offence but the comaprison celeb are also human being beyond a point loses its credibility. Yes they are normal human beings they too make mistakes and they deserve that freedom soo if wen making mistakes ppl point out the flaws u have remind this point why not remind it when ppl praise u like ur god. And yes just like normal humans they can be stupid but the point is if i say hello on sns i would barely get any reaction unlike niti parth if ppl gt to know they have cold the whole sns is filled with get well soon msgs but the same isnt gonna happen if any person who aint celeb has lung infection. The celeb has indeed earned this position now please respect it rather then throwing away your own hard work down the drain.

and stop playing the victim card over and over again...the discomfort she must have felt are the choices she had made for the career of her choice...she is young and has talent...why can't she just let her work speak rather than damaging her image through endless sensless notes on sns is beyond me...

what I can't wrap my head around is this is the same Niti who came across as a positive soul and someone who was very happy with the work she is doing in the show..how can someone change so much within a year seriously...

Wow..just when i was wondering where the other thread disappeared to, I stumble upon this. I hope this stays long enough for me to post my thoughts.

I am not ready to move on from my memories of the show yet so anything these actors do to tarnish them pisses me off like anything. I tried to give Niti the benefit of the doubt SO many times mostly based on her age like Twinkle. i dont anymore.

Her opinion about her own work and how uncomfortable it made her feel..ofcourse she has every right to walk away from something that doesnt make her comfy esp when it comes to physical intimacy and as a fan it sort of not only angers me but makes me feel guilty about loving something so passionately that was somewhere responsible for causing such an amount of pain to someone. In another scenario i would have even praised her for going on and doing something at a great personal discomfort if only she herself felt a sense of achievement in it..i would have praised her for crossing personal boundaries and inhibitions, heck to the point of being rebellious even going on with something ur family doesn't like just coz u believe in it with all ur heart..but alas, the fact that she would use this as some sort of bargaining material to gain fans' sympathy just makes me soo sad and angry.
It makes me feel stupid for defending her work and saving her integrity all this while because apparently she also thought less of their work. Which makes me suddenly appreciate their acting skills so much more for making it look SO flawless onscreen. It at all there was any discomfort it was never visible.

And What really pisses me off is how she is victimizing herself to no end and almost always believes only what she wants to believe. As someone who once cared deeply abt her it makes me angry to see her turning into this version of herself (or maybe bringing forth the insecurities she always had). And even more appalled at the people who in the name of love are letting her do that and encouraging her whims. I cannot even blame them entirely though considering how Niti absolutely refuses to listen to criticism, apparently the only language she understands is the one in which she is some kind of a martyr.

And how can fans even begin to understand her work issues? Its another thing if u want to make them aware of the situation by mentioning a few things but to expect them to understand her 100% failing which they are "heartless" is not only stupid but also extremely childish. Regardless of the situation anybody is put in and regardless of how they react to it, it is ALWAYS THEIR CHOICE. So convenient to put the blame on circumstances and other people by saying that u were forced to do something but we always forget that we did it anyway even when we had an option not to. It was her choice to go ahead with the intimate scenes in s1 and again her choice when for whatever reasons she refused to do them in s2. So if she could do that in s2 what was stopping her from exercising the same right in s1? I totally empathize with her abt not getting holidays and spending time with her family but instead of complaining abt this to the telated party, she made a cheap mockery of that sacrifice yet again by expecting fans to understand that incase of any failure on her part wrt her work its only and only coz of the background issues.

about her statements how the life and lies about her other coactors (exceptParth) on sns and otherwise, get unnoticed and untrolled..she doesn't seem to realise that the only memories fans still hold dear to their hearts months after the show has ended is that of MaNan. No Yaariyan, no fab5, heck even MtV is replaying memories of MaNan on their sns page. That should tel her why she means so much to people and why everything she does affects them.

Lastly no matter how unfair it is..she is a public firgure and there IS a responsibility attached to this term. The sooner she learns the value of that, the better.

I'm a huge SRK fan😳.

I mean look Raj and Simran became something way bigger than SRK/Kajol, I mean it made them bigger, people shipped, people prefer them with each other than Kajol with Ajay. But look their friendship it is intact and they act so cool about, these two were new and quite young as well when DDLJ happened to them. DDLJ was massive, it went way beyond expectations. Look at how SRK and Kajol handled it all, 21 years later and people are still in awe of them, that film is eternal and their jodi will be forever loved. Isn't that something actors want and crave for? 😕KY2 surely wasn't DDLJ but it was something similar for TV standards, if only editors were better and the writers stayed the same throughout. But the fact that KY2 keeps gaining new fans, and growing just shows how similar it is. Just shows that they have the power to make it into a cult show but these people are too busy trying to make people forget manan. LOL. The show that put them on the map, the show that gave them recognition, the show that made them known not just as Manik and Nandini but also allowed them to be Niti Taylor and Parth Samthaan, that show's fandom is too much for them now.

I think people don't realise that we aren't bashing Niti, in fact we are upset at the fact that she devalued and disrespected her OWN work and her co-stars. In what world are we haters when we are trying to tell her we loved her work, don't demean it. We appreciated your hard work then, we still appreciate it now, so just because some idiots said some things online and people didn't like your new work, don't try and turn people off the one piece of work you should be extremely proud of.

Hope to continue the EDT for a long time as well. 😃😆

Plus I prefer forum discussions, they are more fun, you can discuss stuff in more detail. Hate discussing on SNS it's not the same. Plus I agree how nowadays it's that one line and once it's discussed it's over. Forums allow us to analyse in more detail.

My impression was Niti was really good at fan service. Right now she is doing anti fan service .

I mean to drive away ky2 fans for PTKK is the lamest thing one can do...honestly i dont think anyone has much issues with her working in PTKK..may be couple of fans might have expressed some displeasure..so what.. its not majority opinion.

Also, i think its always in actor's interest if they dont mix up personal and professional space.

None of the actors have rosy life still they deliver .
