I can't tell how happy I am.Well it was hell of a ride..khatta bhi meetha bhi.All I want is your support.Comment and I will post 😊. Part 17-
Hie V' Nandini said as she limped towards the sofa.
V.. she looked at her and then again turned her attention towards the TV uttering a "rukha sukha" Hi.
'Kya hua tum kyu nai gayi.Tumhe toh wahi jana tha na..' Nandini asked her.
'Bas nai gayi..' she replied.
'Tumhe kuch hua toh hai..tum share kar sakti ho..main judge nai karungi!! Tumhara mood off hai..!!' She said.
'If u so wanna hear it..Here it is then I like Manik and Manik likes you!! Maine usse ya baat kahi and now I guess he will not even befriend me.' she blasted her feelings and started crying.
Nandini gasped at this new found information. Was it like she came between them.Or like she was responsible for their encounter against each other. But above all,the guilt of having made someone cry with pain in heart made her gasp. She knew how it was to be just left alone..she knew the value of friendship...she knew how much the heart crumples with this just mere thought of a broken link...be it friendship or relationship. Nothing...nothing according to her could fill the space of a broken friendship. Relationships are secondary!! You could have a soul mate...a life partner..a better half. But bever in life will he be able to fulfil a friend's worth...or unless it had all begun with friendship.
She moved towards V and put her hand over her shoulder.. 'If it is so...I won't come in between your friendship.Friendship is the purest in this world..' she said with a heavy heart...only she knew how much it might cost her leaving the person she let in her heart and that too with so much of hope...that he'll be there...trust that he is willing to. AGAIN!! She might just be left..where she was sometime ago!
'That is not what I mean. That is the problem...Manik too has understood it that way. Well the point is I had no idea that such deep were Manik's feelings for you!! Otherwise I would've just gone with a flow.You see!! His being with me matters the most to me. I am not those daily soap vamps!! But my closest friend...not spending time with me..and just simply lighting away things..does matter..Bloody does affect.!!' She broke into tears.
Nandini didn't know what to say. She herself thought that it was like a third person between two inseparable friends. But it was mere jealously that had lead to such big consequences. Of course!! She should have understood that it was difficult and different from V's point of view. Fab5 saw them grow towards each other. 'Um...I'm sorry...I got you wrong. I thought tumhe..mujh..mujhse problem thi..' she spoke.
'Tumse nai tum dono k ek dusre mein itne khone se..ki aas paas koi na nazar aaye!!' V too said wiping her tears after getting a kind of relief after talking to Nandini. 'Pagal ladka girlfriend mil gayi toh dost ko bhul gaya..warna ye sab hota hi nai.!!'
A sudden blush crept Nandini's cheeks as she heard "girlfriend." 'Um..aisa...aisa.aa...nai..hai!!' she spoke.
'Nai hai toh ho jayega!!' V said naughtily switching off the TV and turning towards Nandini..
'Tumne TV kyu band kiya...mujhedekhna hai!!' our Nandu smartly changed the topic.
'Smart girl..' V winked and both of them turned to the TV.
'V!!' Nandu spoke after a while. 'Friends na..!?' she asked her questioning.
'Abhi puch rahi ho..' she said taking her in a hug.

It was quite late when the rest of the gang returned. Nandini already slept due to the medicines. V was on the terrace.
Manik gestured Cabir to take Navya for a while and he went to Nandini.
A beauty she looked..he thought when he saw a calm face sleeping. He came near her and pecked her forehead.She woke up with his touch.
'Hey! It's ok..its me. Go back to sleep.' he said caressing her hair.
'Hie..' she smiled.
'Khana khaya..' he asked her as he turned beside her taking her in a side hug.
'Hmm..maine aur V ne bhi. Tumne!?' she asked him.While he stood their confused.
'Me too.' he replied nevertheless. 'Kaisi ho ab!!'
'Main thik hoon.Aur V bhi!!' she said again.
'Tumhe kya hua..!?' he asked with a questioning look.
'Kuch nai...wo uss fight ke baad tum V k sath baat karne nai jaoge na.Isilye I'm telling you.' she answering all innocent.
'She told you...' he sighed.
'Hmm..Manik!!' she began.
'No Nandini..do you even know what she said..' he cut her in between.
'Did you even try and talk to her as in why all of this..such a fight!!' she replied.
'Manik!! What are friends for...to support you...to catch your back...to be happy with you.Someone you can blindly trust..you fight..you make up.. you have misunderstandings but at the end They are ur friends..n I guess that's what matters at the end. You are bound to share ur sorrows and happiness with them and they would never judge you...bet on that!! But all of a sudden what if that same friendgives less importance to you. What if she has a fear of losing you!! She will do everything possible to hold on to that thread which is not bound..not a compulsion...but mere choice..to be with that one..she will hold in to it...with all her strength.' she said.
'Tum neend mein bolti ho..!? Tum usi V ki side le rahi ho!! Jisne tumhe ek thik se smile bhi nai di.' he sid bewildered.
'I know what broken friendships result in.You don't bleed but don't breathe either. Friends are life! They are chosen..it's correct.But once chosen...you are addicted to them just as they are with you!' she cried remembering her past. 'I don't want you to become like how I was.You will regret it!! Navya and I...' she cried.
'Shh..shh don't think about the bad!!' he said wrapping his arm around her head.
'Go and talk to her!!' she said after a while..
'Hmm..but ye toh batao ye sab V ne kaha..!?' he asked.
'Manik it's just she was insecure and scared of losing something that meant the most to her.' she said and pecked his cheek.
'Aise toh roz ladna padega V se..' he said with naughtiness turning her all red. 'Go!!' she pushed him...and he went out chuckling.
