Chapter 14: Girls Will Be Girls
"Here you go guys" manik says as he walks into his room with a pack of beers. He places the pack on the coffee table and pulls one beer out and throws it to kabir and he perfectly catches it. Kabir looks around and then nudges manik.
"Oye romeo where is the bottle opener?" kabir asks and manik holds his head.
"Just call the kitchen staff downstairs. Mein tera nokar nahi betha" manik jokes. Kabir rolls his eyes and calls downstairs and requests someone to bring the bottle opener and one of the servants comes and gives it then leaves.
"Can we play GTA 5 manik?" dhruv asks as he goes through manik's video game collection.
"Manik only plays for the strippers, he doesn't even care about completing the levels" Aaryaman jokes and everyone laughs with him.
"Kutte, jub sa shaddi huwi ha I haven't touched my gaming systems. Kya life ha" manik complains.
"Abha saalaa thori der pehle hi, at aliya's house you were telling Aaryaman ka itni pyaari biwi jub ho and what not and now you are complaining. Short term memory loss ha kya tujhe? " kabir asks.
"Obviously I love her yaar but look at this drawer" manik says and points at his side table drawer and everyone raises their eyebrows.
"This drawer used to be full of playing cards and poker chips and now..." he says and opens the drawer and everyone sees nandhini's jewelry. Aaryaman giggles and starts drinking his beer.
"It's okay buddy. The girls are enjoying themselves at the baby shower and we can have a boy's night here" dhruv says innocently.
"Abha yeh dhruv ko koi churiya (bangles) pehnao. He is too sweet" kabir jokes and chugs down a bottle of beer.
"vesa I wonder what the girls are doing there. Akhir yeh girls only parties mein hota kya ha?" Aaryaman says.
" choro na Hume kya" dhruv says.
"Chup ker dhruv. Aaryaman has a point" kabir says.
"haha lerkio ko itni importance kyew deraha ho. Probably talking about makeup, clothes and stuff" Manik says.
"Then why do they kick us out whenever these so called parties happen?" kabir asks and manik thinks for a while.
"Baat toh sahi ha. But how will we find out?" Manik asks and kabir thinks for a while. He then has an evil smile and manik raises his eyebrows.
"You are thinking something kabir? Bol!" manik yells.
"Okay I have a plan but we need someone to be the bakra. Someone the girls would least expect to be behind a plan" kabir says and everyone automatically looks at dhruv and he opens his eyes wide.
"No way" dhruv yells in innocence. Everyone grabs dhruv and start convincing him.

At the saxena household all the girls were eating appetizers and talking to each other in groups. There were atleast 30 girls in the room. Everyone was beautifully dressed and navya was sitting on the decorated swing with Aliya and they both were laughing and enjoying themselves. Just then Aliya received a text from dhruv and she opened it.
Come outside for a second please. I have a surprise for you J' Aliya reads the texts and confusingly looks at the front door. She shrugs her shoulders and gets up.
"I'll be back navya" she says and walks towards the door.
Meanwhile outside the saxena house :
All the guys were hiding behind the bushes in the garden
"Abha dhruv tere phone sa text bhi mene bhej diya ub ja na please" Kabir yells at drhuv and tries pushing him. Dhurv was still unwilling to do this and was not moving an inch.
"Please dhruv. Come on nobody will be hurt we promise" Aaryaman begs him. Dhruv nods his head in a no.
"This is invasion of privacy yaar!" Dhruv yells. Kabir looks at manik and signals him to do something.
"Sun buddy, mera yaar ha na. Please meri khatir? Bhai nahi ha mera?" Manik emotionally blackmails him. Dhruv can never turn away from manik or disobey him. Dhruv hesitatingly agrees and grabs the large white lily from maniks hand and walks towards the house door.
After waiting outside the door for a while, Aliya finally walks out and immediately closes the door.
"Kya huwa dhuv? Are you okay? Didn't you go to manik's house?" she asks. He looks around and is scared to say anything. Aliya waits for a reply and taps his shoulders.
"Woh..."
"I love you. Here you go" He says fast and hands her the white lilly.❤️
"A lilly?" She asks confused.
"Yes. Pin this to your saari. It will look nice." He says with a fake smile. Aliya smiles and nods her head and holds his cheek. She leans in to kiss him but he backs away as he knew the guys were behind the bushes.
"kya huwa?" she asks confused.
"I have to go back to manik's house. Love you bye" he says and runs out of saxena properties. The guys giggle behind the bushes and Aliya senses someone there.
"Is someone there?" Aliya asks loudly while looking at the bushes. The guys hush as soon as they hear aliya's question. Kabir makes the sound of a squirrel and Aliya smiles in relief and walks back inside the house. As soon as the coast is clear the guys run towards the car as well and quickly leave with dhruv.
At the Malhotra mansion:
The guys quickly run inside manik's room and grab manik's laptop. They all sit on the bed and open a bag full of snacks.
"I'm ordering pizza. What do you guys want?" Manik asks. Kabir was busy setting up the laptop but as soon as he heard pizza he opened his eyes wide.
"Peperoni" Kabir yelled and continued his set up.
"Chicken" Aaryaman said.
"Plain cheese please" Dhruv said.
"Bhooke sub ke sub ek cheez nahi decide ker sakte" Manik jokes and places the order.
"Hogaya!!!" Kabir yells and everyone gets excited.
"Oh I love technology" Aaryaman yells and kisses kabir on the cheek. Kabir pushes him away and wipes his face in disgust.
"Over excite na ho Aaryaman, im not nandhini" kabir jokes and manik looks at kabir in anger.
"sorry" Kabir says and holds his ears.
"Anyways turn up the volume" Manik says in annoyance.
"Guys this is wrong" Dhruv says and starts sweating.
"Shut up dhruv! Mushkil sa we found a mini spy camera with a microphone at such short notice and inserted it into that flower. Don't spoil the plan" everyone says and pushes him off the bed.
The guys look at the laptop screen and see the inside of Aliya's house...
The girls were still just eating and drinking the appetizers and chit chatting like before. Aliya was sitting on the swing with navya so the boys got the perfect view of the entire lounge.
"Okay girls come on lets finally start the games" Aliya says and everyone gathers around the stage where the mother to be and the bua to be were sitting.
"So the first game is for navya, to test if she is ready to be a mommy or not" Aliya says loudly.
"We will ask navya a few questions and see how she will handle situations post baby and along with that we will give her some information as well" mukti says.
Everyone claps and listens carefully.
"So first question. Are you ready for labor? Your water broke all of a sudden 2 months before your set date. Nothing is packed. You have 5 minutes to pack everything what do you pack?" Aliya asks.
Navya smiles.
"I don't need to pack or worry about packing. My bag is already packed in advance, Kabir packed it for me" Navya says with a huge smile. All the girls hoot and behind the screen all the guys look at kabir in shock.
"Did you really?" Manik asks him and kabir nods and blushes.
"Kitna bera softie ha yeh" Aaryaman laughs at him and kabir punches him.
"Okay okay next question" Nandhini says and all the guys divert their attention back at the screen.
"The baby is crying and so is kabir. They both want your attention and your b**bs. What do you do?" nandhini asks and the guys awkwardly look at kabir then look back at the screen.
Navya laughs.
"God gave me two for a reason" She jokes and winks and all the girls hoot again. Kabir chokes on his chips and dhruv runs and grabs water for him.
"I can't believe nandhini and navya are like this" Aaryaman says shocked. Kabir finally stopped choking.
"I didn't know either" Kabir says and breathes deeply.
Everyone looks back on screen.
"Okay so now for a video. Just to get navya a little more prepared for what's upcoming" Mukti says and plays a video on the lcd tv.
The guys look and figure out it is a birthing video. They look at the screen in shock.
"EEWWW" they all yell together and look away in disgust.
"Make it stop!" Manik yells.

After a while the boys calm down and the video ends.
"okay girls so now for a little game for all of us. We will play passing the parcel (hot potato) whoever the music stops on must pick a piece of paper and have to do or say whatever is written on that paper" Aliya says and all the girls gather around in a circle and everyone starts passing the pillow. The guys look at the screen with interest. The first time the music stops, Aliya has the pillow. Aliya makes a sad face then gets up and grabs a chit from a huge bowl. She unfolds the piece of paper and opens her mouth wide as she reads it.
"Read it to all of us" Navya demands and Aliya nods her head.
"How many children do you want maximum" Aliya reads out loud and dhruv looks at the guys in embarrassment.
"So your answer?" mukti asks.
"I guess max 5" she says with a smile. Dhruv opens his eyes wide and the guys start laughing.
"tu toh gaya dhruv" Kabir says and laughs like crazy.
"Dhruv my boy please don't bring over your 5 kids to the Malhotra mansion" manik jokes and dhruv gets annoyed.
"Okay lets continue playing" nandhini says and the game starts again. The boys continue watching the laptop screen. This time it stops on mukti and she gets a paper.
"what the..." she yells.
"Bolo bolo" Aliya teases her.
"When is the last time I did it?" Mukti reads and manik and kabir start laughing. Aaryaman felt a little uneasy.
"Okay I don't want to know" Aliya says as she thought it was about her brother.
"NOO TELL US TELL US AND YOU CAN'T LIE" all the girls screamed together.
Mukti rolls her eyes.
"Fine. Yesterday night. Happy?" mukti says and manik and kabir confusingly look at each other. They both knew that mukti and harshad broke up yesterday. Aaryaman looks guilty and tries to leave manik's room but as he gets up and leaves manik understood everything. Manik gestures kabir too look at Aaryaman leaving. Kabir did not understand what manik meant. Manik just rolled his eyes in anger and gestured kabir to follow him.
"Dhruv I will be back. I think the pizza guy is here" Manik says and runs outside the room to catch up with Aaryaman.
"umm I'll help" Kabir says and runs out too leaving dhruv alone in the room.
Manik and Kabir catch Aaryaman in the hallway and manik immediately grabs him in anger and pushes him against the wall.
"HOW DARE YOU!" Manik yells at him as he pulls his collar.
"wait wait wait what happened?" Kabir asks as he was still confused.
"Kabir what did mukti say?" Manik asks him.
"That she did it yesterday" kabir says confused.
"And what happened yesterday?" manik asks.
"umm didn't she and harshad break up so how did they?" kabir asks manik.
"What happened after the break up?" manik asks.
"We all went home" Kabir says still confused.
"God dammit kabir where did mukti go last night?" manik asks and kabir opens his eyes wide and looks at Aaryman.
"No! Aaryaman! Dude why?" kabir says in shock.
"Aliya will be broken man" Manik says in worry. Aaryaman opens his eyes wide as he figured out that manik knew about him and Aliya.
"Why Aliya?" Kabir asks in confusion. Manik looks up at kabir and realizes this was a secret he was supposed to keep and he promised nandhini to not let anyone know that he knows. Manik takes a deep breath and ignores kabir.
"You guys are hiding something. Tell me!" Kabir demands.
"Me and Aliya dated for a short period while she and dhruv were fighting. This happened a few months ago. Nobody knew about this but apparently Aliya told the girls and nandhini told manik and now you know. So the only person who does not know about this is dhruv. And he shoulndn't find out okay! He and Aliya are happy and don't need unnecessary drama." Aaryaman says and kabir just tried to sink in all that information.
"But Aliya will be heartbroken If she finds out Mukti broke up with her brother then hooked up with Aaryaman the same night" Manik say in annoyance.
"That is what Mukti fears as well but I told her if Aliya is a true friend she will understand and besides nobody can stop true love" Aaryaman says and manik laughs at his statement.
"True love? You and mukti? Bullshit!" Manik says in anger and Aaryaman just looks at him and then gives manik a light push.
"Problem kya ha? Yesterday you told me to lay my eyes off of your wife so I did. You have a problem with me and mukti as well? What is she your side chick?" Aaryaman says in anger and manik just looks at him in shock for a few seconds and then punches him on the head.😡 Luckily he didn't start bleeding but manik was ready to punch him again but kabir came in-between.
"Stop fighting!" Kabir yelled.
"Aliya and Mukti are my best friends. I care for them like sisters okay! And because of you these two might get into a fight. Aliya might never forgive mukti! And if you so called loved mukti you would have never called her a side chick! Learn how to respect her!" manik yells and kabir gestures him to be quite as dhruv might get suspicious.
"Enough you both. Aaryaman never use that word for any girl in our group okay! Jo hona tha woh hogaya. If Aaryaman and mukti are meant to be then nobody can stop it. As for Aliya we just have to find the right time to tell her everything. Now let's go back inside please" Kabir says and both the guys agree and walk towards maniks room.
"Btw when did nandhini tell you?" Aaryaman asks manik.
"When we were in London for our honeymoon" He says.
The three guys walk back in the room and dhruv was still watching the screen.
"Haha tumhe toh nahi dekhna tha na" kabir jokes and hits dhruv jokingly.
"Aliya got a dare to do a belly dance. It was so cool" dhruv says excitedly.
The guys sit back down on the bed.
"Glad we missed that" Kabir jokes.
"So whats happening now?" manik asks dhruv.
"They are continuing the game" dhruv says.
The girls were passing the pillow again and the music stopped at nandhini. Manik raised his eyebrows and smirked.
"Finally" Manik said and giggled. The guys closely observed nandhini as she opened her paper chit. She immediately nodded a no.
"Nandhini what does it say? You have to do it!" Mukti says and reads the piece of paper and laughs loudly. Everyone was curious to what the paper said. Mukti gestured nandhini to read it to everyone.
"Take off all your clothes for the rest of the party" Nandhini read off the paper. All the guys had a mini heart attack.
"No she wouldn't do it. Chill" Manik said hoping he was right.
"Ya probably won't do it" Kabir says.
"And I doubt anyone would pressurize her" Dhruv says.
The guys continued looking at the screen. Mukti winked at nandhini and she started giggling.
"Fine lets do this!!!" Nadhini yelled and started laughing. All the guys were shocked. 😲
Nandhini reached for her dori and manik immediately closed the laptop.😆
"Okay we are done" manik yells awkwardly.😕
"We are never spying on the girls again" Aaryaman says as he takes a deep breath.😕
"Yup never. They crazy. Manik teri biwi is crazy" Kabir says and manik nods in agreement.😲
"I told you so. I told you it was a bad idea" Dhruv says with a smile and all the guys look at him in annoyance. 😆
